Seaweed Salad (3/5): Fine and fresh, but pretty average. Sake Nigiri (3/5): Okay, but a bit heavy on the rice compared to the fish. Grilled Steak Roll (3/5): Steak, avocado, and cheese. It was fine, but the cheese flavor was too strong and there was too much rice, which took over the bite. Seared Salmon (5/5): Wow. This was the highlight of the meal. Very tender, perfectly seared, and full of flavor. This alone is a reason to come here. Smoked Salmon (3.5/5): Good and nicely balanced, with fish that was not too thick and a decent amount of rice. Edamame (3.5/5): Beans were good inside, though the pods were a bit firm and cooler than expected. Service: Friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Pretty decent for a conveyor sushi spot. Their hot green tea is actually really good and they bring you a whole pot of tea which I highly appreciated. I like how they have signage labeling the dishes on the belt. They had some options I haven't seen at other sushi belt places like smoked salmon which was tasty. I went here last night (5-19-25). I admit it lately i have been eating at restaurants much more than I had been, but my mindset has changed a lot in the last couple months as well. This was another sushi track restaurant, but as compared to Sushi Hana and Kura Sushi, i would actually give this place higher marks. One, the roll quality seems to be better, and two,the price points for the plates seem to be a wider range (see the price strip picture) and the vibe of the place was kinda cool. The service was minimal obviously, since not much interaction with staff, but I decided to tip 15% because the prices were so reasonable. Under $12 for 4 rolls. I think I am gonna pass on the robot and come here from now on. Might still go to Sushi Mioga too...that place is good too. read more

This has become our go to spot for our kids to get their sushi fix. There's a lot of variety and their price point is hard to beat. Rolls are cut to 5 pieces, the most expensive being $3.85 for a red plate. I would prefer that hot places like calamari were fried to order but the whole model of this place is conveyor belt convenience. There are plenty of booth tables in the middle for larger parties and counter style seating on the outside of the conveyor loop. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at my favorite sushi restaurant. I had to get up 4 times to get service, from a special order, drink refills, and dessert. Food and service continues to be great. They will make whatever you want that is on the menu and not on the belt. no guessing at what you are eating, ingredients all on the signs before each section. Love this place! And one of the owners, Luke is opening Lukes Noodle House a few doors down in the same shopping center. No doubt the noodle dishes will be great there too. I was so glad to see that they no longer use Styrofoam for their to go containers. It was impressive when I ordered some delivery. It was impressive to see their prices, especially for tempura since they sent a lot for a very low price. It is not the best just mainly as I am spoiled and really love it super crispy with a lighter coating but this was hardly the worst. The one thing done that I love and do not love...cucumber. Ok, cucumber salad which is sliced cucumber with ponzu ... most sushi places skin their cucumber and they do not which is great for the salad but is not pleasant for me in sushi rolls. I had never experienced that before and it was not a good mouth feel for eating sushi. That was sad too since I really loved the rolls and nearly everything has cucumber. Good spot for fast casual sushi. Keep the right expectation: It's not fancy sushi. If you're craving sushi and just want something simple- here it is. It's simple and good. You'll see the same rolls come out but they still have a good variety. You can also order "fancier" sushi or other foods outside of the belt. Personally, I like the sushi here. The crab salad they make/use as the bases for the rolls is very good and I feel like that's what matters the most in simple sushi. The fish tastes good. No fishiness and good texture. This is my first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, the ambiance, and the quality of the plates for the pricing. They have a big parking lot shared with other businesses in the same complex and walking in to friendly service and you can basically see the whole restaurant at a glance. There were booths in the middle and you can also sit around the belt for easy access. I loved that the picture plates good you what the dish was and what was in the rolls - that was very helpful in making the selection decision! Everything seemed fresh although a lot of it tasted very sweet to me, either from the rice or from the creamy sauces or Mayo. The scallop roll was especially sweet and was not my favorite. Otherwise no frills, reasonable pricing per plate color and we were full just a few plates later with it only costing $20 for some great variety. If the new sushi place across the street is too Judy and you don't want to wait, I would consider coming here for a more laid back experience! read more

Best conveyor sushi ever. I am a huge fan of the seared salmon here, and the servings are pretty thick. A lot of the dishes on the conveyor are so good, especially the specialty rolls. Just try not to eat too much because it's easy to get full here. Staff is quick as are most conveyor sushi restaurants. Akira is a pretty well loved spot and I always see plenty of people here. read more

You know, for a track sushi, this place is fabulous. Never too crowded, clean, friendly staff that's always kind and willing to take special orders. They have good prices (starts at just $1.85) and even though there are pretty made rolls I've never had one that seemed old. When you're avoiding rice and the carbs the poke salad and the cucumber wrapped Naruto roll is a fantastic choice. The only downside is they charge for Green tea but with the cheap prices, it's worth it. read more

If you want sushi from the conveyor belt it's good. Ordering on door dash means they just pull the oldest rolls from the line to deliver. Seen this happen in person and when I've ordered delivery it's always the driest rolls. If you order from the menu and something isn't an available on the belt it takes FOREVER to show up. It seriously took 1hr to get chicken teriyaki. By then the entire table was done with their food. Aside from that, the prices are good. I only recommend eating from the belt. read more

One of the more mediocre dining experiences I have had in recent memory. Everything that should have been warm on the conveyer belt was cold. After being disappointed by the first couple of things I pulled off the conveyer belt I decided to order the chicken katsu. The miso soup was good (and finally something warm). The chicken was mediocre. The sauce was mediocre and tasted like corn syrup. Even the cumber salad was mediocre. How do you ruin a cucumber salad? By using a dressing that also tasted like it was made with corn syrup. I ended up eating a few bites and then taking the rest home to turn into something edible. I won't be back. read more

Each style rolls on the conveyor arrives with a sign describing the ingredients of the roll or item. No guessing needed. Many different creative rolls made with fresh fish sized appropriately. Plus, it's affordable! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. I ordered a hot tea, and they provided an entire pot for my table. Ive been refraining from making a review here for the past year because I do genuinely love coming here for sushi. I literally have come ATLEAST once a week for the past year. Today 1/8 at around 3:15 I did a pickup for my friend and myself. after I paid I asked if I could have soy sauce, the lady ringing me up said no, i already put some in your order. I said "I understand but l like a lot of soy sauce and Im going to a friends house after this and its for me and her" she asked how many i wanted I said 15 packets and she charged me $3 for it. she laughed at me for getting that much and then was talking about me to another employee in the establishment and called another employee from the back to also laugh at me for ordering that much soy sauce. I wish I was making this up lol. I'm a regular here and honestly the service isnt great but i deal with it because i do like the food and i try to be very respectful considering the service, at first i stopped tipping because i was tired of it and they started to ignore me and give me even WORSE service. So then id come and started tipping again hoping it would get better, it didnt and I would also get asked to tip by them when id go up to pay. the only person working here that has always been kind and respectful to me is the young boy that works here during the week. the rest of the servers have all had tendencies of being unprofessional and what happened today honestly hurt and made me feel so humiliated. read more

First time at this location. My wife and I love Kaiten belt sushi, but it can be a challenge finding a nice spot. I'll start by saying the service is the lowest point. It feels like they are understaffed, so when it gets busy there are definitely tables that are left dirty and it's hard to get attention of the staff for drinks and orders. Other than that the quality of food is decent. I especially like that they include a picture of the roll and the included ingredients on the belt itself so you know what you are getting. Some of the menu items are hit or miss, for instance the sesame ball had almost no filling which was a disappointment. I will say the biggest draw is the pricing. It is hard to find any sushi place now a days with a plate under 2$. read more

There are also some items that are unavailable on delivery apps (such as special requests, or custom orders). In house service could be a bit more attentive with checking in, but not the worst considering the options on the conveyer belt. They have clear signs, indicating and labeling the different diahes on the belt making it easy to idenfity whats under the caps before you pull a dish off.
