I love this place. It's exactly what I was looking for. They have everything on their menu! I said to my husband, "I want to find a place where I can order from the counter" (euphemism for "I'm picky and I want what I want") and we stumbled upon this place on our walk to the 9/11 Museum. The best chicken parm you ever will have is here!! I don't know what they do to the chicken, but it is AMAZING and so tender. Great ratio of chicken sauce and cheese + soft bread. The french fries are also sooo yummy. I ate here with my boyfriend and he had accidentally spilled most of his fries on the floor, and the staff so generously gave him new ones (thank you again!!!) They have cute picnic tables outside you can sit at too and the street is quiet, so it's actually a nice atmosphere. I've heard the chicken caesar wrap is also incredible. Today 1/21/25 I order bacon, egg, cheese on a roll with a $20.00 bill and the new girl they got give me back change as if I gave a $10.00 bill. Unfortunately, this is not the first time she screwed up the order but now the second time. So I said to the new girl cancel the order and just give and give me back which should of been the $20 but I will settle for the $10 dollar bill and never return. Of course I didn't think I needed to read the description because the name explains what it is. I took one bite and was not happy with my order since it was not a chicken Caesar salad, so I brought it back and they told me I'd receive a refund its been almost a month I still have not received my money back. If you order here please be sure to read the description because the name might be false advertising. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich on a hero with sweet potato fries. They used to have the best SPF ever. When I saw the fries I couldn't believe my eyes not only did I get a smaller amount but they were skinnier than my shoe string. I needed a microscope to find them . The Philly cheese steak sandwich on a hero well the bread shrunk so small it was slightly bigger than a frankfurter roll. Will I order this again hell no!! Beware--lousy hygiene and bad customer service. Every salad I order ends up containing the ingredients of previous salads. I have never ordered olives nor shredded yellow cheese, yet my salad contained small amounts of both because something wasn't being cleaned. Disgusting. Additionally, I order from this place a lot--six times in seven days. I have ordered from this restaurant three times in two days to get a particular salad because they were the only salad place near me that would put berries in a salad. However, I just received a call saying they only put fruit in their non-customizable $5 fruit salad cup and would not add fruit to my salad anymore. If price were an issue they could have said they would need to charge me more, but no, they just won't make the salad. The salad did not have $5 worth of fruit--it was 2 strawberries cut into 6 little pieces each and a few blueberries. (An entire container of strawberries from the grocery store costs $6). I felt like I walked into some European cafe when I entered. The set up was odd to me. They have a large menu board so I looked around. The manage (maybe owner) kept going back and forth with us in regards to where to order. We were told to order with the guy making sandwiches but then the guy telling us this asked for our order as well. Why tell so many people? And then when we ordered he seemed annoyed that we didn't tell the guy cooking what we wanted. Don't they have order slips they can use instead of relying on customers to do this? Odd, but ok... I ordered the chicken noodle soup. I like that the noodles were placed in the bowl and then the soup. Tasted great and wasn't too salty. I then tried the pesto chicken which was pretty good as well. I'm a dog walker and I work in the Tribeca area , I walk through this neighborhood everyday and I've been wanting to go inside for a while, I had read reviews on yelp and it really made me want to go in more. Last week Thursday on March 10th I came in with my boyfriend after I was done walking dogs and the staff were super friendly, we were greeted by everyone working behind the counter! We didn't know what to order , it was a huge menu and me being the semi blind person I am couldn't see the small letters on the boards lol. Luckily they have a QR code with the online menu for you to check out ! We ordered the cheese burger with Mozzarella cheese and it came with a side of fries for $11.95. The burger looked and smelled delicious, I wanted to bite right into it but I had to build it myself, they had the lettuce and tomato separate. The burger meat was so juicy it melted in your mouth and it was just super tasty. I would say tho , the meat was very tender and juicy but it lacked a bit of seasoning , without the cheese I think I wouldn't have eaten it. The side order of fries , where should I start , they were super fresh and the crunch was outstanding, I loved everything about the fries !!
