I contacted Ben'z to install a Schlage keyless entry for my front door. Arrived on time and very professional. New exactly the product he was installing and also knew how to set up the phone app. I was very impressed because I never really needed to call a locksmith before. I was very excited to use this keyless entry for my front door because I was going out of town and I needed to allow access to my son while I was out of town. A few months went by and the dead bolt was not working and was jammed. I looked everywhere for the locksmith (Ben'z) who came to my home and I couldn't find his contact information anywhere... I searched my email and call log and could not locate his number. I attempted to hire someone else to come out and help me with the issue.. Called another locksmith and explained my issue and explained that the guy who installed my Schlage did an amazing job and that it was most likely a manufacturing issue..
