One of the worst service experiences I've ever had! I brought my Ford Fusion in to this service center to get the A/C fixed and a headlight replaced. I was told I'd get a call back in 3 hours with an update--two full days went by without a single call. When I finally heard back, they gave me an absurdly high quote. I agreed to it anyway because I needed my car for work. Then they held my car for another three days just to tell me they couldn't fix the headlight--at a Ford service center, no less. They also tried to fix the A/C and failed at that too. To top it all off, they didn't even screw the under-shield back in properly, and it ended up dragging under my car while I was driving. The customer service was terrible from start to finish. No one was friendly, helpful, or professional. I strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else but here. Total waste of time and money. I purchased a new truck and I found a piece of the interior was damaged prior to delivery sometime between the time I test-drove it and when I picked it up. I was given a 'we owe' for the repair and I had to bring the truck to the service department several days later for them to look at it and order the part. The part was on backorder and it was unknown when the part would be in. Two months later the part arrived, at my front door. It was shipped to my house with a return address showing it had been shipped to me by the dealership. I called the dealership, they had no explanation for why it was shipped to my house but they made an appointment to have it installed. Since they would not provide a rental (even though I bought the extended warranty that provides one) the earliest morning appointment for waiting available was early morning 3 weeks later with service advisor Carey Paul. I was told the part would take about an hour to install so it was not worth dropping it off and arranging to have someone pick me up and bring me back for something that was going to take such a short amount of time. 3 weeks later after adjusting my work schedule I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes early for my appointment, located Carey Paul, and informed him I was there to have the part installed. He looked at his computer, found the appointment, and then told me the only person who works there who can install interior parts already has several vehicles he is working on and would not be able to get to mine until later in the afternoon or the following day. I asked if that was the case why was I not called the day before to reschedule if they knew he had too much work and I've had a wait appointment booked 3 weeks in advance? Carey replied that he was unaware I had an appointment until I was standing in front of him as he doesn't look at his upcoming appointments. I went on to explain that I had adjusted my work schedule already based on this being the day I was told they were able to install this part while I waited and inquired how to solve this. His response, "Well you can leave it here and we will get to it". I was told it may be done later in the day or 2 days later, he could not say. When I asked how I was supposed to get home and to work while they had my truck for an undetermined length of time I was told "We can call Enterprise for you and you can pay for your own rental or you can use Uber" I turned around and walked out. Completely unprofessional behavior. I paid all that money for a vehicle and warranty that provides a rental just for them to tell me I have to provide my own transportation due to their inability to keep an appointment or reschedule it prior to my arrival. Since I had the part in my possession due to them inadvertently sending it to me and already took the morning off work I went home, watched some YouTube videos on how to disassemble that part of the interior, and took the truck apart myself to install the part. Over a year has passed and they never contacted me to reschedule the appointment. I have also not gotten any emails or phone calls about scheduled maintenance or recalls, they just completely abandoned a relationship with a new customer. read more

Alright, time to write my post mortem. I've visited Loganville Ford a few times after my previous review. What is the price of my integrity? Apparently, paying $60 for an oil change and tire rotation. In this day and age, you have to save money where you can. So why am I keeping my review at one star? Honest to goodness, these guys never made things right for me after my previous disgustingly horrible service. In fairness, the manager did ask me over the phone if they can do anything, but I'm not one who likes to ask for a handout. After the BS that I went through last time [which only compounded because the local Just Tires that they referred me to stripped one of the studs on one of my wheels...], I frankly deserved a free oil change and rotation. I also have reason to believe recent service jobs weren't done very well. My Fiesta had recurring tire pressure issues after my last visit. I'd put this on that Fiesta if it weren't for the fact that... My Jetta's TPMS light also stayed on after I left [kind of a potential real recurring problem that they have...]. They also didn't properly calibrate the computer to remind me of my next oil change, so now I have 2000 miles til I need an oil change, but my car doesn't know that. It's a Volkswagen not a BMW. European cars are a pain to work on by non-specialists, but Loganville Ford shouldn't advertise that they service all makes and models. If I live in the area again and drive a Ford, I probably will get basic service at Loganville Ford. Better customer service would've made sure my next red mustang would be bought from Loganville Ford. As it stands, I can't in good conscience do that. read more

Then to top off they continue to lie and say all dealers are doing it, so I checked around and both the ones I called said they do NOT markup reservation orders, but they do on stock. The following Monday after we received the worst customer service on Saturday from Matt, my Mom called on Monday and she was transferred once again to Matt in service. He told my Mom they didn't have time to look at her truck due to other priorities. She called again on Tuesday and was transferred to Barry who is supposed to be a supervisor in used car sales. He assured once again they would look at her truck that day and let her know something by that evening or Wednesday morning. Well Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday came and went with no word from Barry...surprise, surprise. SMH It took my brother and my Mom going up to Loganville Ford in person and requesting to speak with the general manager, a man named Brad. Well they weren't sent to Brad. They were put in touch with a man named Lance. Apparently Lance is one step below Brad. Our family was not playing games anymore and told Lance they wanted to speak with the person where the buck stops!! Lance said he was that man. And he was. Lance got my Mom's truck to the service dept FINALLY since the Saturday before. He apologized for the bad service we received up until then. He told us that Loganville Ford should have provided the tow. He apologized for Matt and Barry's behavior and owned the problem. Once my mom's F150 was finally looked at they determined it was the body control monitor had condensation on it. They assumed it got wet when they were shampooing her truck before she took it home originally. They offered to put $500 toward the repair. They also offered a 4 year premium care bumper to bumper warranty for $1200 (which y'all is their cost) they tried to sell that to my mom at purchase for $4200. So keep that in mind. I'm giving a over-rated 3 stars to this dealer because Lance finally did the right thing. But knowing they tried to swindle an extra three thousand dollars out of us for a warranty at original purchase upsets us! AND the fact it took my family having to take off work and go up to this dealer to speak with someone is bananas!! Also I'm sure Loganville Ford has an extra $1200 laying around somewhere. We should not have had to pay anything out of pocket because of the trauma and HORRIBLE customer service we received for days from their employees. Lance mentioned to my brother that they had seen my original review. I hope you see this one too. If anything else happens to Mama's truck I'll be more than happy to share. I bought original OEM keys and took them into the service department to be programmed. I was told that they could not be programmed they would not read in the system. Was charged $120 to program but they did not program them. Regardless was still charge the $120. Ended up having to go to A&j locksmith to get them cut and programmed. Andre had them programmed in 15 minutes they were cut and I was gone in under 30 minutes and he gave me a discount because I was already charged for nothing by a crooked dealership that wanted to sell me their keys for double the money. Shame on these people. I called back and spoke to Carey Paul and he told me that they just didn't have the software to program them. Imagine that a Ford dealership not having the software to program a Ford Key! What a world. Sounds to me like dishonesty at its best. Someone just wanted to charge for keys. Today I went to purchase a vehicle with my Son who is 22 and has never financed a vehicle. We had a deal for a higher priced car with Maxi Price Chevy a half of a mile away but it was too much of a note for my son to maintain. My lady found a vehicle closer to ten thousand online at Loganville Ford. So we drove about a mile to Loganville Ford. I explained: my son is 22, has a job, has money saved up for a down payment and his budget is 10-15k. Trusting the salesman with my Son, I walked off to look at vehicles only to see my son and the salesman come out into the lot to look at a car that would be about 20 k. When I approached and asked why? The salesman got defensive and attempted to use reverse psychology saying "you asked me to help you!" I responded " no I didn't! I requested a vehicle that my son could afford to purchase and maintain a car note within his budget!" I said "no deal!" and we got in our vehicle when something was said that I couldn't quite hear (so I won't falsely quote) but felt the energy . Because I feel strongly about the future of the youth of our Great Nation, I got out of the vehicle and asked "why would you guys want to take advantage of a young man doing the right things and being a productive citizen in the community? He would drown and fall behind. Why can't he get a vehicle within his budget?" I was met with Venomous energy ! I will not mention the several salesmen nor managers that I faced but I will say that these folks don't care about the youth, but only a couple of dollars in commission. My 2017 fusion sport was in for an oil change and the tech noticed the leaking oil pan seal ( common issue on these cars) Mike crouch the same service manager worked with me every step to make sure I had a loner car and that I could drop off and pick up after hours. Dear Loganville Customers, Since I was a kid, I enjoyed watching Ford F-150 futuristic changes over the years, which is the reason I made the purchase of a 2018 F-150. After owning the truck going into the second year, it has been a mistake. I am not sure what happens after other manufactures sell someone a vehicle with the sticker price being in the $50,000 range but I hope that it is a better experience that what I have. 1st I have 2 recalls that no one can fix at the time I bring my truck. I don't know about you, but this is a daily driver. I can not leave the truck over night or the next day. I would think since its a recall then it should be FORD who gives the customer a courtesy vehicle is being repaired. 2nd For some odd reason, my windshield wipers come on with out the switch being on. I have a video showing it. 3rd the Truck runs rough dues to the Auto shut off feature is about to enable which creates lag on the performance. So this is coming secondhand, because my husband dealt with the dealership directly, but it did have an affect on our family. This place came HIGHLY recommended and so he drove all of the way out here to turn in his truck and get a new "used" one. He had a great experience. We then needed his van back, and this location provided the necessary repairs for him at a reasonable price. I take the blame for not buying the warranty but when you sell a customer a 43,000 used vehicle and your salesman says its solid and the truck only lasts 4 months you should stand behind your service and your vehicle. Cary Paul the Service Advisor and all the advisors helped me with the Ford Pass adviser that we called up for help with a password problem. The two persons we talked with Ford Pass were not helpful at all. They were not very good at listening to me or the Service Advisors. Ford needs to improve and retrain its Ford Pass call staff. Rough Start, Strong Finish! On February 20, 2019 at 2:45 pm I spoke with Carey Paul to schedule an appointment for our 2014 Mustang to have the passenger side airbag replaced. He said "no problem we have the parts bring it in at 7:00 am and we'll have you out in 90 minutes." I also made clear that I would wait for the car. Today, February 28, 2019 I brought our Mustang in for the scheduled repair. The Service Pro Chris Escoe, my intake person told me that there was no appointment in the system. Also, I was told that although I brought it in at 7:00 am, the service techs don't start work until 8:00 am. So a huge fail by Carey Paul who I spoke with to make the appointment. Two fails for you to learn by, one make sure you enter the information when a customer calls and two, be sure to let the customer know what time to actually bring a car in when making a waiting appointment. Chris Escoe took great care of me, said they would provide me with great service and get me out as quickly as possible. To my pleasant surprise I was out the door at 8:30 am. We called before heading up and explained all of our concerns and he told us "you will for sure leave in a truck today, I can make that happen" - when arriving we were handed off to Marquis, he was very polite and helpful, but when our earlier mentioned concerns were brought up he explained he didn't understand why someone would have told us we could leave in a truck without a down payment. We were quoted VERY low for our 2009 car and we were asked for a $4000 down payment PLUS our car trade in for a USED 2007 truck. Wasted 2 hours and left the same way we arrived. BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE--this first one has been removed REPOST If there was a negative believe me this place would get it. I took my van with only 147000 miles in for a check of all including a rattle I hear on passenger side and a recall. I was told $135 covered a full check also to check on a rattle I heard. I ask if I get services done will that price come off of any repairs. Brian stated yes. Now again, my van only has 147000 miles. I get a call back stating a tune up is needed in which the van has been running great so no need (BS), time for a transmission flush (OK),He stated the noise or rattle I was hearing was the front bracket from muffler, (invoice states back bracket). This fool lied out right, he stated we will need to drop the muffler to let it un bound sense the bracket has been broken off. Brian said the muffler bounded up and that the muffler would need to relax, then after a couple of hours ($$$) they could reattach. I was straight lied to by Brian. Umm, I am a woman that works on cars with my husband. Metal muffler by no means bind or as he said bounds nor should you ever have to take hours to attach a bracket. I passed on that service sense he wanted to charge $400 for a 2 minute weld spot. I had to ask about my breaks which is listed on an automatics check list anywhere you go. Bryan then says umm O yea you need back brakes and rotors turned (Another lie) they were replaced not long ago. So, I decided go ahead with the recall and transmission flush for the $199 on transmission flush, I had been quoted. I ask if the $135 would come off the service as we previously discussed. Bryan said "so your not getting the rattle fixed", I said NO not right now, he then stated "sense you are not getting that fixed you will have to pay the $199 + the $135". No way. Just fix the recall and that is it. I basically had to pay the $135 to check my vehicle and fix the FREE recall. My bill stated $10.80 in (customer pay for shop supplies for repair order) equaling $146.56. I was a little lost if price was $135 why so much. LOL, They charge a shop supply fee on your bill. Who does that? They test drove my vehicle and did a FREE recall as needed, yet some how I guess they needed supplies to drive around. A recall would have been free all they way around. LOLI have never heard of this. People watch your pockets here. I went to pick up my van with Brian knowing he lied and obviously pissed I was NOT the fool he played me to be, he didn't greet me, take me to pay out, nor show me to my car. Another note to anyone going here I was told if you need a diagnosis they will charge you the $135 per area you want checked. If you get the motor and transmission checked you pay that amount for each check. If you have both checked and only fix one then you get charged the $135 for the one not fixed and then you get the $135 off the one you do get fixed. Ridiculous. I have a Raptor and never at Peachtree Industrial Ford have been charged anything like this crap. If I had taken the van (definitely should have) to them for same issue with the van then the $135 would have came off even the transmission flush. I then took my van next door to the Quick Lube for just the Transmission flush to get a call lying saying my transmission needs repairs and that they could not service the transmission. (NOW FORD DEALER BRIAN WAS ABOUT TO DO FLUSH WITH NO PROBLEM, IT WAS ON RACK WHEN I SAID NEVER MIND) yet now all of a sudden it has an issue. LMAO Nothing has ever been wrong with my transmission. I ask how they found that when I just asked them to flush it. He just kept repeating it has an issue and we cant do the service. I already know the dealership came over and told them do not touch my van sense I didn't use them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Horrible customer service. Salesman and management (GSM Lance Goodson & GM Brad Correll) completely mislead me after pressuring me multiple times to come in and sell my truck to the dealership. I was given a price to sell my 2022 Ford F-250 in writing that was not honored. I even made sure everything was locked in before coming because I live out of town. Upon arrival the salesman Curtis Tisdale ended up offering me nearly $4,000 less than was promised. Wasted my time on multiple phone calls, texts, wasted hours of time traveled, wasted money on gas and energy. I recommend that you do business with a reputable dealership that stands by their word instead of lying to customers with givng a low-ball offer such as this, and yes I left the dealership with my truck. If you want a decent offer on the sell of your truck go straight to CarMax. Even after I reached out to the salesman Curtis Tisdale and Management to express my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated they completely ignored me at first but then later responded to my text saying that I was trying to "throw mud". I purchased a Volkswagen Routan from Loganville Ford. We were so excited about this van. When we got there, we were treated really well. They allowed me to check the van out and take it for a test ride. I smelled a little burning fluid. I asked about it. The salesman told me oh don't worry about it. We just changed the oil this morning before you came, so they just spilled a little oil. He told me that I have nothing to worry about. Said they do a full inspection and that they guarantee its in top shape. I decided to trust him. I should have gone with my gut and pressed into the matter. Even though Loganville Ford said it's as is, no warranty, "but don't worry, nothing is wrong with this car." Two months later, that smell is still there. 6 months later, the problem got worse and turns out it's a huge coolant leak, which is a head gasket problem.... $4,000 dollar fix, minimum. Do not use the Loganville Ford Service department. I booked an online appointment almost two weeks ago and their system sent me several appointment reminders only to show up today to find out they "didnt have me in the system". The service manage that met me made me feel like i was a pain in his butt that he would have to book something. while I was explaining the issues with my truck and one that I have researched online and found to be a very common problem, their is literally hundreds of pages mentioning it, i was told that somethings on line are true but some aren't and are just people with too much time on their hands. I grabbed my keys and started to walk out, I should have kept going. the manager asked me to stay and try to work it out, i will admit I was angry because i was already behind schedule having to redo stuff that I spent time online doing. In our conversation i told him i wanted to speak to the supervisor, so he took me to him I waited for mike and was met with the same kind of extremely horrible customer service, There was never Any I am so sorry for the confusion, lets get this fixed write away, no I am sorry our system messed up and it didn't go through, i was met with excuses and told i was being sarcastic, I went and grabbed my keys again and left. There system screwed up, not mine. I WAS THE ONE BEING INCONVENIENCED NOT THEM, But I was the one being treated like i was the problem.
