I asked that Karl assess the reason I was getting what appeared to be an oil leak under my Jeep. His inspection revealed 3 items that required attention. The water pump was the part that required immediate replacement. Karl advised attention should be paid to the other 2 items, but also recommended when they should be inspected/repaired. The guys are great here but not sure about ability to do repairs. I took my truck to them with two problems. So, I was in no hurry for my truck to be repaired, it was fine they had it for almost a month and took their time with it. After $600+ I was hoping all was good. They were able to fix one problem but still having the same other problem. I have to jump start it ever time it sits for more than a day. They checked battery and I have took battery out and had it checked since. It's not the battery. I guess it's time to try another mechanic for the repairs. read more

As an ER Nurse I take care of people and know little about caring for cars. I met Karl and his lovely wife when they had to come to the ER for a little body work!
