My favorite nail salon ever!!!! Its beautiful, spotless and upscale. The prices are great for the service you get. I've looked for a long time for a nail salon that I would keep going back to and this is it! I've had manicures and pedicures done by many different people and they've all been good. I really like BeOn. I have been there for mani's and pedi's and eyebrow waxes. I think they are great, very clean place. They even use a cover for the pedi tub so you aren't concerned about if it is clean or not! I see all the sanitized equipment and feel they are great. Their pedi's are amazing for the price. Had a horrible experience getting acrylic nails removed. The man doing them used a fake nail to PRY my (very stuck) nail off. My nails felt like they were being torn off. After a a few painful nails were removed I asked him why he cant soak them in acetone first and he told me (very annoyed and very short with me) 'it takes too long. Do you have 45 minutes' I DID have 45 minutes when I arrived had he ASKED me...but at that point I didnt so he had to finish prying them off...taking parts of my nail with him. My nails looked like swiss cheese after. My nail beds are still throbbing the next day. Everytime I flinched he rolled his eyes at me snd took calming breaths. I loved this place but I will NEVER go back. Upon asking numerous people about this process I'm told most places will soak them first. This was absolutely horrible. I want to love this place but my gel manicure started to peel within 24hours ugh . It's unfortunate it's beautiful inside and the staff is super friendly but I feel as if they use inferior products or maybe they water their products down. I've had numerous pedicures here and although it's a good experience they chip quickly. This doesn't happen when I go elsewhere. Sadly I will MoveOn from BeOn. What a great nail salon. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the nail services/technician, the selection of polishes (they have a ton -- including all the new OPI 7-day), and very importantly, the cleanliness. BeOn is spotless and seems to use good hygiene practices. I had such a good experience here with my friend, they were able to quickly give us an appt even though it was a busy Sun and even sat us next to each other. I highly recommend it! read more

Be careful getting your eyebrows waxed here....they don't know what they are doing and have ruined my brows....sick over how I was treated when I complained to manager, John. He clearly was not interested in my complaint or how they destroyed my eyebrows. read more

I will start on a positive note, which is that everyone has been very nice and courteous and the free neck massage was an added bonus. I imagine some people must be happy because their business seems to be booming. However, I will say that in all the gel manicures I've received at other salons, I've never had a gel manicure chip as many times as they've chipped after getting one here. I had a gel manicure last Saturday. By Wednesday, I had to have 4 nails repaired due to chipping and peeling. By Friday, another which I had repaired yesterday (Monday) when I was able to get there. The man who originally did my nails, repaired them this time. The woman at the counter said to him, "Make sure you check all the other nails." He gave them a quick once over, but that was it. Another clear coat would have been nice, but what do I know, I'm not a nail tech. Today, another nail chipped... one that was already repaired last week. A $30 gel manicure should last at least 2 weeks, not less than one week. I'm not going back for another fix... I don't have that kind of patience. I shouldn't have to go back at all for any repairs, let alone three times. It's a shame because I'm going away this weekend and it would have been nice to have a manicure that lasted. I went here because I had a gift card and I still have money left on it, so I'll give them one more chance at a later date but never again after that unless I'm more pleasantly surprised next time. In which case, I'll update my review. Truthfully, I think I should receive another full manicure at no charge at all... but I rarely complain or ask for freebies. read more

This is the first time at this nail salon and when I made the appointment I expressed this was my first time. The nail tech named Zoe either was extremely tired or didn't care about doing a good pedicure. The massage was weak and less than 5 minutes for both feet and legs. I will try again at this salon but with another nail tech. I am not that hard to please and felt a stronger, firmer massage would have been much more pleasing. I am also qualified to rate this pedicure as I am a retired Cosmetology Instructor. Zoe, improve your technique. read more

I had the worst manicure at this salon. It cost $17 - I had the manicure on Wednesday, by Saturday every nail was chipped. I went in this morning to ask them to repolish my nails. He said no - they don't guarantee their work. It was my first time there and I will NEVER go to this salon again. read more

Get your fake nails here only here!!! Since they opened (fall/winter I think) til a couple of weeks ago (May), I got acrylic/gel nails here. Then I decided I wanted them taken off. They gently removed them without pain and my nails are ACTUALLY normal underneath!! Now anyone who's had falsies will tell you that is NOT normally the case - certain other local area nail salons have left my nails peeling, ridged, weak, brittle. Not beon! And I've had many technicians - never the same. Although the guy w tattoos gives amazing massages! ... also, I have not gotten a pedicure in years due to fear of foot fungus - I do them myself. Convinced by my daughter we got them here 3 weeks ago. Beon takes all proper precautions with health and safety - besides being the best pedi ever where they scraped off all my dead skin and even tied a little baggie of paraffin around each heel!!! Wow. My polish hasnt chipped and I'm only noticing I need to go back now - it's lasted that long. Customer for life. Please do not close EVER. Will be booking another pedicure soon! Overpriced & under experienced! The 1st time I went here I just got a pedicure, it was not worth paying for...I could have painted my nails myself. The young man who took care of me did not know what he was doing. Lack luster massage, filing was quick and barely done, my cuticles were all cut up the next day. I decided to try them again hoping to get a more experienced person since the place is clean, nice atmosphere and close to home. I got a manicure and pedicure and it was better than my initial experience...however, they charged $10 more than the previous time but they gave out $10 gift cards to be used WITHIN a month. I was not happy about the price for the service given, every other place around charges $35 not $45 for the same service. In a time constraint, I returned for a manicure and it was my last time. The paint was not smooth, and it chipped, I mean REALLY chipped, 8 out of 10 nails 1 day and 1/2 later! And again the next day my cuticles were all cut up. I think it's because they use the new tools for each person and the clippers are so sharp. I am done with this overpriced and under experienced place! read more

I went there a few times for pedicures and was pleased. Then I brought my 2 granddaughters (7 and 4) for a special treat and they got fancy colors and little flowers and loved it. In took them again on Tuesday. We were the only ones there and I was very disappointed. My pedicure was very rushed. The 4 year old picked 2 colors and only one was used. Neither got flowers. I should have specified but anytime little ones get their nails done in any salon they always get a flower. I couldn't see what they were getting and no one asked us what we wanted. We all left unhappy. I went back the next day to express my disappointment. The girl at the front desk listened and said she was sorry. I even called later that day to tell her what time we were in and gave her my name so she could look into it and see who did our nails. I asked to speak to the manager John but he was doing a manicure. He never got back to me. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more
