Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. The electrical system, engine system, fuel system even the trailer. I called and left many messages they do not return my calls. The oil level was low, the trailer winch was bent (they must have overloaded the trailer with some massive boat) all the hardware is not the correct material I have rust everywhere I am going through the boat and replacing all the hardware to 316.

After picking up the boat, here is what transpired. 1- The break system did not function right, and Pawl's comments was that he did not touch the brake lines, and that I would have to take it to a brake trailer place in Huntington Beach, which I did. $800.00 later it was fixed. 2- Took it to the river, the #7 cylinder failed, end of that trip to say the least. 3- Their suggestion was to replace my Ford 5.0 L with a Chevy block from Marine Power in LA. That would cost me $15K. I decided not take it elsewhere and (Dave's Marine) in Chino and they actually know their shit! After looking into my motor, to redo my port side (left) head, it would be $1,500.00 total!!!! That is all my motor needed. Kowel Boat works just did not want to look into fixing the Ford motor, at all, that just had 500 hours. All I can say is beware of this place.
