Spent 10 min giving him my info from name, email, reason for call, the specifics about the case and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day or in 24 hrs. two days pass and I call again . This time I listen and hear their line say calls are recorded and go hmm ... so who picks up the phone ? It's James again . I then tell him I never received the calll so he looks me up by my phone number and information. James can't seem to "find" anything. Meanwhile I refresh his memory and he recalls the conversation, proceeds to ask me the SAME questions from our previous conversation. So I interrupted him and say "how do you not have this information already aren't your calls recorded and he replies yes and then tells me he'll go back to the recorded call and call me back. Well it's been over a week. I guess James is still searching for that call.

They're NOT litigators. They wanted to pass my case onto another law firm. Then, for a worker's comp, they have be consistently calling and emailing me, causing me a lot of undue stress. I asked them respectfully to stop, but their methods turned into harassment. One case worker said they would stop contacting me, while another continued with emails and phone messages. It got so bad that I had to block their phone messages. Then, they use another phone number. I should have known something was bad when my phone never accepted their phone calls saying their phone numbers were listed as scam. They've obviously done this to many other people. I would call Peter's office constantly because the insurance company was trying not pay my medical bills and other money I was owed. This was a monthly thing I had to do. Peter would ask me each time we talked, about my case and medical journey. He knew nothing about my case, each time I called him. Like he didn't know who I was or what was going on. He would even ask me what the insurance company was doing at the time. I would have to explain and fill him in on everything! I went to workers comp court a few times, with a random paralegal that Peter would send. Some shady things happened. At one point the judge even told the paralegal that he knew very well who Peter was, and he didn't have nice things to say about him. Yikes!! I even tried called around to see if I could get a different lawyer after all these shady things were happening. The few I spoke to told me negative things about Peter. I had a good case, backed by every doctor I saw. Even the QME. Peter quoted me half of what my case was worth. After he took his share, I was left with even less.
