Melanie and John (the owners) were so great to work with, and after doing estate sales for over 15 years, they know what they are doing. They are very easy to work with, know how to price to sell, and let you know what they are doing along the way. I was so pleased with their services - they did a great job for me. Whatever wasn't sold was taken to Goodwill (we agreed on that beforehand), and they cleaned everything before they left. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend their services if you need to hold an estate sale.

I called to see if Omnipak carries champagne flute boxes not knowing this is a wholesale company…read morehowever I called them as they were close to my place of business. Never telling me once or turning me away because they don't deal with the walk in general population I was told with gracious demeanor to stop by and they will take care of me. At the door I was greeted by Connor who was the GM of the company and led through their warehouse on a quest to find the right boxes for my meager application. Mind you, this is the GM who has other things to do of more importance taking time for me and my need for 15 measly boxes. We found what I was looking for along with the packing material with assistance from some of the help who were glad to lend a hand. As I left I was told my request was not mainstream as they do much wholesale business and online sales. I apologized right away for not realizing this as I found them by merely being a neighbor (4 mile away neighbor, but a neighbor never the less) but was quickly corrected with Connor stating "it didn't matter who you are, we try to treat everyone like a client no matter where they came from". I was invoiced and off I went with no more than 10 thank you's from him. It's a shame they don't have a retail storefront because they would put every other like/kind competitor out of business real quick!! I am in retail and they treated me like I wanted to be treated. Most businesses now days try to use the "we treat people like our own" B.S. and make it sound so sincere. This company, these people, and certainly Connor not only say it but do it! I'm sipping the lapsang souchong right now and it's lovely. They have different gradients of each tea, this one has three levels and priced accordingly. The tea I got is 92 dollars a pound. I got .10 lbs, so my order came to $9.20, and they gave me 20 cents off, I assume because I had to listen to the husband yell at the wife to get off the phone and help me. Customer service isn't great, you sort of have to know what you want when you go in, and there is a language barrier if you try to ask for in depth explanations. But if you love good tea, this is a great place to go. It's in the Fubonn center, to the right of the entrance to the market inside.
