Six years of a 50 pound heavily shedding dog, two people, and innumerable road trips with lots of fast food and ice cream, and these guys made my car look off-the-lot brand new for a very affordable price. Scotty is the most meticulous, diligent and honest detailer around the tri-state area. I don't say this lightly as I have extremely high standards for my cars and Scotty always exceeds them. He treats my car as his own and goes above and beyond (like compounding and polishing my car to make it perfect). He is also very skilled at installing paint protection film and window tint on cars. Scotty and his team far exceeded my expectations. I called for a hand wash and was quoted a fair if not inexpensive price. Based on Yelp and Google reviews, I was expecting 5 star service; I received 6 star service instead. His team paid more attention during the two person wash than I have ever seen. Plenty of suds, lots of two bucket methods, brushes in the wheels, hand blow drying for quite some time, followed up with flashlights in the body seams and under the chassis looking for spots they missed. They vacuumed the interior, wiped everything down, power washed and took a polisher to my beaten down weather tech mats. This was more detail than just a hand wash. I choose very carefully who gets to work on my IS F, and with no doubt these are now my go to guys. They do PPF, ceramic coating among other services. I'll be coming back for maintenance washes and top ups going forward. They are 5 mins from my home. Incredible. read more

This place is amazing. We had spilled milk in our car and the smell was unbearable for over a month. We finally decided to get it taken care of, and these guys spent 7 hours cleaning our car, removing seats, etc, and it is now completely gone. They were in constant communication throughout, super professional, and thorough. They also did the outside and it looks better than it did the day we got it. They were incredibly friendly and generous, throwing in a bunch of things for free. All in all they treated the car like it was their own, and were incredibly invested and proud of their work. I am going to be as factual as possible and I have no intention of lying because there is no reason to. Anyway, I had a dent and a scratch so I called their number and inquired about this. First, Scotty (the owner) told me to come and visit the shop to check my car. I agreed and told him I would come at around 4pm (He told me that they would close at 6:30pm on that day). I traveled 1 hour from my place and when I finally reached this shop, he told me that they closed early and he was sorry. SMH. I just lost 2 hrs of my time (counting the travel time on my way back). This was our first interaction. I should have known better that this was a sign. Second reason for the 1 star review.. James (the other guy who works there) took a picture of the color code specific to my car and still bought and used the wrong color for the touch up. #DetailsDONOTmatter. And finally, the dents were not fixed properly. I went to another shop to fix again the dents. All in all, I wasted my time and 650 dollars. read more

Came here to get my car washed, clayed and polished. The owner scotty is amazing. The process can take a while and there's not really seating so I suggest dropping your car off and picking it back up. But I was pleased with the detail that was taken to my car. I had a little scratch from a car side swiping my side view mirror and he compounded it out just out of the kindness of his heart. He explained to me the process and suggestions for next time without seeming to force it on me, genuine suggestions. I must say...I am certainly pleased with the service. Scotty did an AMAZING job to the interior of my car, and the courtesy car wash was a plus too. My carpet had major stains, there was an odor and my daughter decided to color the back seats. There isn't a trace of anything after the detail. My car feel and looks new on the inside.
