Ozzy and I spoke early in the week and he was supposed to come on Thursday for a car detailing. Less than an hour before he was supposed to arrive, he let me know he couldn't make it that day, and would have to come the next day. The next day, Friday, I confirmed with him an hour before he was supposed to arrive that we were still on track. TEN MINUTES before he was supposed to arrive, he cancelled again. It wasn't raining - our gardeners were outside and I even sent him a screenshot to show that it's not raining - but he used it as an excuse anyhow. For starters, I can NEVER go back to regular car washes. Ozzy is amazingly professional and thorough. He's cleaned my car several times, with each wash and service better than the one before. He's also very responsive and has great availability. Unlike regular washes or other similar providers, he doesn't push services onto the customer; he's honest about which services are best and which can wait. For example, he advised for me to wait for one more wash before reapplying the leather treatment, instead of letting me do so just to make more money. Ozzy is very timely. He gives accurate estimates on service times, so you're not left waiting. He takes his time to provide great service. After my first wash, my car was as clean as when I got it. Ozzy detailed my 2022 Benz and said he "steam cleaned " my interior and now none of my buttons are working! In terms of the work done he did ok, he was able to remove a stain from my leather seats and almost brought that spot back to life. I hired him for an interior detail and he did a good job there overall. I would not recommend because of the horrific customer service. He was 35 mn late with no notice, and just texted that he was on his way, won't no explanation or apologies. Secondly I noticed my cup cover wasn't working after he got done with the car but he said it was already that way. Which I let slide. A few days after the service I noticed a wave like scratch on my car , not consistent with another car scratching it but more like a metal fine object that was dragged up and down along the car. I called him to see if we could determine if it was his doing. He did not receive the request well and was defensive. Even though I did allow him to speak and reminded him afterwards that even if we determined it was him I never said I would ask him to pay since a have a great deductible. I really needed to figure out when that scratch came from but he hung up on me after being the one who raised his voice and was condescending. Great bang for your buck! I don't have a garage, so I park my car under a tree by my apartment. Needless to say, it sees a lot of pollen this time of year. The inside also needed a nice refresher.
