The first part of my review reflects Lexus as a whole , disappointed with a top of the line LX model my 45k service only covers checking fluids & filters along with a tire rotation, now onto Bergstrom Lexus . I went in for an oil change and battery check , after an initial check telling me my cold cranking amps were only half of a new battery , they wanted to do further testing ! why I said just replace the battery , I don't want to pay for another 45 minutes of testing to tell me it's bad ! after two hrs and twenty minutes my car was done . but they never did the oil change ? Ashley said I didn't know you wanted one ? well yes that's why I drove an hour was for an oil change and battery check , so after 3 hrs and 20 minutes I was done . very unacceptable for something I do at home myself in an hour . The service consultants, Ashley and Chad, were both friendly, efficient and informative before, during and after my car's service. The dealership has a generous offering of refreshments too which the employees were quick to offer. Highly disappointed in Bergstrom Lexus. Our sales person Jesse was wonderful but the Manager Eric is another story. We bought a clean body 2016 Ford Explorer they had on their lot. We were so excited to get this gem. Bought it on a Wednesday 7-31-24 and by Thursday night we found out it transmission issues. Called to get it looked at and the lady on the phone sent us to Bergstrom Ford. Our appointment was for Monday 8-5-24 at 9 in morning. Mean time we took it to our local Ford garage and they confirmed we it needed a new transmission because it was slipping. It had a 6F35 torque converter shutter. Monday comes around we take the car to Bergstrom Ford and they also confirmed we needed a new transmission. Well Eric found out because it was in warranty and said it had to go be looked at by Bergstrom Lexus. We take it there knowing what's wrong and have paper and video in hand. He has his mechanic look at and he says nothing wrong it's just trying to find it gears. Ummm excuse me it is not. It jumps 200-300 rpms just cruising. It had a 6F35 torque converter shutter. You also have 2 Ford garage that confirmed it needed a new transmission. He still refused to do any work on it. We had the 90 days 3,000 mile warranty on it but still refused and tried to get us to purchase a warranty package for almost 4,000 dollars and gave us 1,000 dollars is coupon to knock the warranty price package down. He kept saying he trust his mechanic and there is nothing wrong. 2 Ford garages confirmed it and you won't do anything. We were so upset with the way we were treated by Eric. He treated us like we didn't know anything or we weren't good enough for his time. Excuse us if we don't drive a Lexus but you had Ford Explorer on your lot that we wanted. We returned the 2016 Ford explorer the next morning which was Tuesday 8-6-24 and canceled our loan. After we left Tuesday we went to Bergstrom Ford looking at other vehicles. The one we were interested in was being sold. Explained our story to Bergstrom Ford sale person and they apologized non stop and where shocked it wasn't fixed and how we were treated by the manager at Bergstrom Lexus. So we highly recommend going somewhere besides Bergstrom Lexus. All other Bergstrom we have had no issue with. Bergstrom Lexus and Eric you better think how you treat your customers. I know John didn't build his business on being rude and selling broken vehicles to his customers. read more

No problems with purchasing a car a this dealership .... Just don't get it serviced here! First year of oil changes free. Lexus is now over a year old and took the car in for regular service and oil change. Hit with over a $400 bill!!!! For regular maintenance??? To revisit - buying a car here is great. Nice showroom, tolerable salespeople and you get invited for an owners brunch very once in a while (mainly to here a sales pitch, but that's okay when food is involved!). Take your car to get serviced somewhere else! Otherwise ask questions before they do there work. read more

Stewart Wong is a very professional & knowledgeable service advisor and is 50% of why we keep coming back. I'm pleased Stewart spends as much time as he does concisely explaining the reasons for what needs to be done, and why each maintenance needs to be done. Other 50% is the excellent service and the cleanliness of the RX 330 when finished. The loaner car is a definite plus allowing me to go to office while all day service is being done! I received unbelievable service from Bergstrom Lexus of Appleton. My vehicle broke down on Thanksgiving Day - 300 miles from home and 140 miles from the nearest Lexus dealer, which was in Appleton. Lexus roadside assistance towed my car to Appleton where Bergstrom Lexus gave me a loaner while they diagnosed and repaired my car. Due to insurance approvals, the entire process took almost 4 weeks. Bergstrom was patient the entire time. When my car was finally ready, they drove it to my home ~150 miles away to make the swap. Amazing customer service!!! read more

I drove 4 1/2 hours each way to their dealership, making the trip in one day, so I really wanted it to be a quick, efficient transaction.
