Just a couple of things that I was a little disappointed in. There was a lot of old caulking from the previous walls which was hard to remove. When Jim put the new caulk in for the new walls it mixed in with the old caulking so I cant get rid of it all. Also the plumber was supposed to look at the drain to make sure everything was working properly, Jim forgot to remind him and told me he called him but I have not heard from him

We were excited by the designs offered, but a little taken back by the price. Jim and his Berkshire Bathworks crew were contacted and promptly arrived to assess our needs and give us a price. The price was competitive with the national chains. It was NOT a one day installation, but Jim was very forthcoming about the actual time frame for completion. Every question and concern we had was addressed. The time frame was off by a couple of weeks due to the special order of the glass shower enclosure. [It arrived with the installation holes on the wrong end of the glass, hey, it happens. The last time I made a mistake was 1957] Jim went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The job is beautiful and a complete makeover. We are very happy with the outcome. One last thought, my wife fell and broke her hip two weeks ago. I called Jim on Tuesday, 01/01/19, about installing a grab bar in both bathrooms. He was here this morning, 01/03/19, and installed two new grab bars and would not take any compensation. He is a gentleman and a meticulous worker. I cannot recommend Berkshire Bathworks more highly. They are the best.

Also they had issue with the drainage for my dishwasher.....had a plumber come out to tell me they only needed a $2.75 PCV flange to get past their installation Issue. This is not the experience I expected and apparently purchasing a Heavy Duty Washer and Dryer, a Refrigerator, a Dishwasher and an Induction Stove ( which came out to more than a couple bucks) all at the same time does not warrant sending out installation people with more than one installation under their belts. We have used Henry's for 10 years and we continued to go back even after disappointing experiences…read morebecause we felt that they were family-owned and a local business, so better to support them than the big box stores. Sadly, that has changed and we can no longer support them. I don't feel they are trustworthy. Appliance service has been very disappointing at BEST. We were sold a product with a missing part and were told multiple times that the part would be supplied, but it never was and we had to continually chase them. The missing part that was never even supplied, actually damaged the brand new appliance. We were sold an appliance that never worked properly and it was admitted to us finally that it was a manufacturer's defect, but no compensation of any sort was ever even offered. So there's two appliances that we purchased at full price, that ended up being not being as functional as they were supposed to be. Most recently, we were encouraged to spend over $750 dollars on fixing an old appliance only to have it break once and for all 2 months later. We had specifically asked if it was worth spending all that money on this unit or whether we should just buy a new one and we were Definitively recommended to do the repair. Now I have had to buy a new replacement appliance at the cost of what I spent on the repair plus $100 - a mere $1665 out of my pocket that I didn't really have to flush down the proverbial toilet. Their response to learning that the repaired appliance died? 'We (conveniently) have a sale coming up next week. Nope. No more. Hello big box store. And in discussing this recent terrible experience with friends and neighbors, come to find out that they have also had very similar experiences. Literally the Same experiences - appliances purchased that were missing parts and were guaranteed that the parts would be supplied, but they never were, poor service, etc. I'm not happy to be writing this review but I feel obligated to save others the pain and suffering we've been through
