I only used seven days of this month so when I went down there to pick up my car they told me there was no refund. I actually called before I went down there and the person on the phone told me that so I was hoping the person who told me there was one was going to be there. She was. I asked the same thing when I got there and it was like I was speaking a foreign language. I'm not the kind of person who gets very pissed off and upset. They just wont be getting my business again.
