A real value is their "Special" combo ticket: $15 per person which includes one go cart ride, one bumper boat ride, and mini golf game. Skip the go carts if you have younger children. The workers are not about safety here. They are Too busy on their phones or talking with each other to pay attention to the older teenagers spinning each other out on the track. When I called their attention to the drivers hitting each other his reply was there's nothing he can do unless there's an accident. And there was an accident the kid spun out and hit the wall. He didn't care about my 10-year-old being bumped around by these rude teenagers. Try go carts in North Haven instead. read more

Took my little cousins here for bumper boats. The pool is small so the venue seems more appropriate for younger kids. $6 a ride isn't too bad but it felt like the kids only had 5 mins of actual play time. When I did the calculations we would have been better off going to an amusement park. The ride was fine and dandy but after leaving the parking lot and moving on to the next activity I started noticing a swamp water smell. Took my boys here for a quick round of go carting. The girl at the hut where you buy tickets was less than enthused and barley spoke. After I paid she just handed me the tickets and didn't say anything, rude little #@%@. The go cart guys were ok but basically you could tell they hated their jobs and didn't want to be there, it defiantly came across and was uncomfortable. My husband usually brings them go carting here, he can continue to because I'm not going back there. On the flip side, we were the only ones on the track and I dusted my boys! This place has been around for as long as I can remember. The equipment/property doesn't ever look to be upgraded or replaced, just maintained. That's fine though. The prices are great for the value of the entertainment. I used to go here when I was kid, a teenager and just recently brought my daughter for Father's Day. If you are looking for a good time to use up a day, this place is here. My only recommendation is that they upgrade some equipment and do some minor beautification. It would go along way to knocking everyones 3 stars up to a 4 or more. read more

Of all the batting cages and mini golf places around, this one is pretty good. It's nothing crazy, but they have two different mini golf areas, regular and challenging. It takes about 45 minutes to go through the challenging course. There are also bumper boats and go karts here. It's a good place for kids and even group dates. read more

Came here on my day off last week for the first time and I had a decent time. I played a quick game of miniature golf, on the more advanced course. I did not do any of the other activities offered such as batting cages, go karts, and bumper boats. The prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly but I feel this place is definitely geared towards a much younger crowd. I wish there was another eatery on the property besides the subway. This mini-golf establishment was decent. I think any mini-golf can be fun, if you're with the right person (even if it means you are making fun of the crappy course). It's an older course, no huge waterfalls or high-tech obstacles. You know, the regular old rotating windmills and ramps. My favourite part was the Polar Bear with obscure dentures. Things looked like they could use a good re-painting, and the water hazard was mostly dried out and full of leaves. I had fun, none-the-less, but they could have kept the place up a little better. Far from a "paradise. " And don't use the restrooms. When I went, it smelled like an outhouse and there was no toilet paper or paper towels. And this was relatively early in the day. I've only come here for the batting cages, but I've been multiple times. They've managed to fit the batting cages, go-karts, bumper boats, and mini golf in this space, and plenty of parking. The only time I've seen them super busy was on Memorial Day weekend, however the wait was short. It's a great place to just get some batting practice in and go. Happy there is a place close by. I'm sure it's difficult but not all pitching machines are accurate for the slow pitch softball which is frustrating. The bats are not great with grips tearing which can hurt your hands. No one is there spraying and cleaning all the time but not the end of the world. read more

My so and I wanted a wonderful mini golf day just to relax and de stress for his birthday. Well we got there and waited for someone to help us for 4 hours. The staff in the blue shirts would pass us as we cried for someone to assist us with payment and getting clubs, they wouldn't bat an eye. We decided to leave because we felt INVISIBLE It was 5 in the afternoon, cloudy day, no customers. It's RIDICULOUS how much this generation is not customer oriented. I will never go back here. The staff here are very accommodating when coming with a group. The mini golfing was fun, but my favorite part was the bumper boats in the water. It was great, because it was extremely hot the day we went, so getting wet on the bumper boats was excellent. I loved the slush puppies, perfect cooling off on a hot day. This was a allot of fun for $12.50 per person we got to go miniature golfing, bumper boats (we did this last as it left us soaking wet), and ride around in go kart's. We really had a blast and it seems like everyone that works there is high school age but very friendly and helpful. They also have batting cage's 12 balls for 99 cent but not my thing I think the BF enjoyed it. Great family outing at a low cost, I would go again :-) read more

The fact that this campus is located behind a gentleman's should not deter you from visiting. If you happen to see one of the dancers, she's fully clothed and off-shift. Chances are, you won't see any, as the Berlin Batting Cages campus closes before the club does most of their business. Two mini golf courses, one for fun and one for the challenge, guarantee a relaxing time, except when you have a line of people waiting behind you to have their turn. I never used the batting cages themselves. The power "boats" are in an long, oval swimming pool and if you ride one, you should be careful not to touch the engine as it can get very hot. The go-karts can be a blast. The track is small, compared to the track across the street, but there is a bridge which makes it a bit more interesting. Adults and childen 16+ get the fast karts. Children under 16 get the slow karts. Children under 54" have to ride in the two-seater with someone 16+ driving. It is still cheaper than the "other" place. read more

The price for go carting is pretty good can't really complain about that. The cars are in average shape, not braking apart but not in the best shape. Some are slower than others. The attendants are not that friendly then other places. Track is easy for kids and fun read more

It's an OK place with fair prices. Two mini golf courses to keep it moving but can still get backed up. The bumper boats are OK the pool as others have stated is a little small. I really recommend as a Birthday party venue. Very reasonably priced and low key. You pay a discounted fee for activities for guests and a very reasonable $10 for three picnic tables under a canopy for 2 hours. There isn't an assigned host or hostess but a staff member stopped by to be sure we were all set and they agreeably took delivery of our pizza while we played a round of mini-golf. I admit the fact that it was an amazingly good day weather wise helped. Other things we liked: you got tickets for activities at the start but could just buy more if you wanted to keep the fun going. I made the arrangements with Michael and he was really nice and helpful. Whether you like batting cages, mini golf, go-karts or bumper boats this is a great place for a summer Birthday party! read more

My daughter and I visited here today to ride the go carts a few times. When we approached the front of the line the young man directed my 15 year old daughter (I am teaching to drive mind you) to the children's cars. I said to him "she is 15 and I am ok with her riding the adult cars same as we did last time" he said to me "ok, but that's not happening today" in a very rude way. I continued to explain that she was old enough to ride them, big enough to ride them (as she was about the same size as the kid was) and I was ok with her riding them. He again stated to me "I don't care, she gonna go to the middle cars and your going to the outside" in an even snottier tone almost as if I was a child. So we rode the cars we were directed to but obviously we couldn't really have much fun being my car was so much faster. I immediately went to the ticket counter for a refund of my unused tickets which was at first denied as part of policy hit after explaining my frustration the young lady (who was very nice) refunded the money for the unused tickets and offered free tickets as a replacement for our poor experience. I declined the tickets as not sure if I will return. The kid running the go cars should not be allowed around customers. I was very polite and professional when stating my case and did not deserve to be spoken to in the fashion I was. Nor don't find it acceptable under any circumstance. Very rude and a bad reflection of the company. read more
