I recently got a 2013 Toyota Corolla at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. My experience was perfect. I had gone to several dealerships and different models to look at cars. Since it was my first time buying my car I was nervous and I wanted to have the support and information I needed to make this decision. The gentleman I worked with was Artie. He was AWESOME!!! he was calm he did not feel too salesy and he was able to see me the perfect car. I loved the follow ups I received from the dealership as well as the flexibility and customer service I received in the parts department, when buy new mats and accessories for my new car. Never experienced better service at a dealership. Realized my windshield wiper fluid was not spraying while en route to NYC in a snow storm. Stopped at the closest dealership which happened to be Bernardi Toyota in Framingham. Even though my car was a honda and had no appointment on a busy pre-blizzard Saturday, John Hansen took us right in. He ensured us we would be out as quickly and at as minimal cost as possible. He was true to his word and had us back on the road to meet our newborn nephew in no time (and at no cost!!!). John exemplified superior customer service. I went there last week to buy a new car. Once I got there I was measured by what I was dressing and was treated like crap! I explained that I was considering a Yaris, a Prius and a RAV4. The first salesman passed me to someone else (probably because he was too special to deal with a guy like me) and the second salesman said something like "this one is out of your range". What? My range?!? What do you know about me?!? Well, at the end, I went to the Westboro Toyota dealer where I was treated like I should and closed the deal cash in a RAV4 Limited 2014. You guys are too arrogant to have me as customer! I rather go to a place that values the customer and not how he/she looks! read more

I had taken my car here to have new tires put on this past winter and they were fantastic to work with. The price was reasonable and the service was great. It can be difficult to navigate the best deals out there, but I felt as though I paid a very reasonable price and felt confident that the job would get done right. The most horrible experience I have ever had when buying a car, and I made a Yelp account just to make a review. We just left, as they lied over and over again and refused to accept the truth. Their manager Cam lied to us about a College Graduate rebate, and said it was 1500 dollars. He refused to acknowledge that later when it turned out he obviously lied. I asked them them to rewatch the security footage and listen to what his sales rep said. A different guy replied, we don't have security cameras. What car dealer doesn't have security cameras? I stormed out, and didn't check, but if someone else goes and sees a security camera, please tell me. Also even worse, the woman who handled the finances also said that we were going to have 0% APR for 72 months when I asked to confirm. She left and handed the stuff over to a different guy which had no knowledge. I don't blame the second guy, because he most likely didn't know what was going on. Lesson learned, I won't recommend this place to anyone else unless I want them to die in a hole, and I suggest you find a different dealership nearby. If I tried to trick them, I wouldn't spend 5 hours of my life, test driving the car, negotiating and all (with a family of 4), so more like 20 hours of our lives, to try to "trick" them, and then not wanting to buy it in the end. read more

My husband and I went to Bernardi Toyota today with check in hand to buy a Toyota Tacoma. We left with our check and no truck. I started by looking on line and received several text messages from the internet sales department, I called and spoke with a nice guy who was really helpful and after him reading back to me my requirements, 4 wheel drive, access cab and automatic he quoted me a really great price, I reiterated my requirements and he confirmed the 4WD, Access cab and automatic. He reconfirmed with the manager on the price. I said we would be there within the hour. My husband and I get there and the sales manager came down and greeted us with, the Tacoma, that is a great price and I guarantee that price. He sent a salesman over and I said we just need to see the car we don't have much time. No problem, we finally got to the car, the Salesman said this is a 2 wheel drive and I said no it is supposed to be a 4WD. He said oh, this must be the wrong sheet. No problem. We got into the truck and my husband drove it around the lot. He was in love with the truck. We got inside and the salesman brought the papers over and started the process. I noticed the price was $6,000 more than quoted. He said that's okay this is a good price. I said no, the quoted price was a good price. Never once did he acknowledge the price difference or the fact that the vehicle he was showing us was a totally different vehicle than we wanted. We didn't know this because he they started the whole visit with what a great vehicle and we guarantee the price. At this point the salesman kept writing out the order for the more expensive vehicle, I said what are you doing, he then started showing me the differences between the 2 vehicles and told me we were getting a good price. He was still writing out the paper work. I said STOP we are not paying $6,000 more for this vehicle. I asked for the manager that "Guaranteed" the price and he said it was a mistake, the price quoted was for a 2WD vehicle. The manager then went to the infamous back office to see what he could do for us and came back with we can take a couple of hundred off the price. I said no and that I was infuriated. This is just a typical bait and switch. I told them we didn't have hours to spend at a dealership we had to be back home for the school bus. We spent almost 3 hours, 1/2 each way and two hours being made fools of at Bernardi. The sales manager said he would try to find us what we are looking for and he would be in touch, I said don't bother I have no faith in this place at all. I called the guy at the internet sales department as we were pulling out of the parking lot, I asked him about the vehicle we talked about and he said it was a 2016 Tacoma, 4WD, Access Cab and Automatic, he gave me the same price and I told him how we just left there and the vehicle he was quoting us was a 2WD and the 4WD is $6,000 more. I received three emails within an hour leaving the dealership, one from the salesman, one from the sales manager and one from the internet sales department. They were the automated emails saying thank you and it was a pleasure serving you. REALLY, you didn't serve us you made fools of us. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I just bought 2 new cars at Bernardi Toyota and I had a great experience working with Ammar Al-aghwani. We actually just went into look since there was 0 % financing and my husband's Camry was pushing 100K miles. We ended up buying a new Camry and trading in my 2008 Highlander for a new 2010 Highlander. This was no accident. I don't make purchases on a whim like this. The difference was who we worked with. I can honestly say Ammar is the first sales person I have ever dealt with that did not sell me a car. He worked with me to get me the car I wanted for the price I could afford. You can NEVER trust the words of those salesman. I got a deal on Toyota Camry LE 2011 one month ago for $193xx before other rebates from Bernardi Toyota at Framingham. After rebates I am qualified, it is $17xxx, which offered by the manager John. My friend bought a Camry LE 2011 with the same price from them on Feburary, 2011. I cannot buy the car then because I just need a co-singer and SSN to finish the deal. After I got my SSN. Two weeks before I finished the deal, I specifically sent email and go there in person to ask the salesman Dell whether I can get the same deal as before. The answer is YES. I think that the only thing I need is to find a co-signer and find the time to finish the deal. When I finally find some time with my co-signer and go there to finish the deal. The morons sent me a new salesman and a new manager even though Dell is present when I arrive but he claim that he is on vacation that day. Then they said that the deal is not available now and I need to start negotiate again because it is said that the former manager, John, who offered the deal, left and the market changes and the price is higher now and all other kind of bullshits that they will not tell you before you actually go to sign it. But the sticker price is $23xxx. When I negotiated with Dell and John before, it was 24xxx. In addition, the car I tested drive before was 9 miles. The car I test drive before signing is 21 miles. The other difference between them is color. They have sold previous car. What a bunch of morons! How could you believe their words! Even more disgusted thing is that after I left their dealership without deal, Gene, who contacted me over the Email, let me apologize since I called their new manager a liar since he didn't offer me the same deal as my friend, who purchased the car several months ago. However, the truth is that I never call the manager the liar. I just said that given the facts, I cannot believe the price change in just two weeks. Then he said "Do you call me a liar?". I repeated that I don't call him a liar and it is just hard for me to believe it. The new manager claimed that he is a honest man. But he even cannot tell the true story to his employee and want his employee to let me apologize!!! How funny it is! The villain always pretend to be a victim first! If you do want to have business with them for whatever reasons, remember to record every word they said in tape and let them write something to have legal implications because the second manager want me to present something in written from the former manger since that guy left possibly due to the bad deals he offered before, the new manager implied. The used car manager had zero courtesy, he offered me 6000 less for my trade than the estimates on-line and from 7 other dealers I have been to. He did not even walk over to meet me, he did this while hiding behind his desk. I would not recommend buying a used car from them. I bought a "new to me" Toyota Sienna from Sami last weekend. I went in on Saturday around lunch time and left around dinner time the proud owner for the perfect vehicle for my family. The vehicle that I went in to look at was not for me - well loved and I was shown a the base model with the tech package and it was everything that we needed and was missing all of the things that we do not need. We made plans to pick up my vehicle on Monday at 2:30 with the automatic starter installed. I showed up early and my vehicle was ready for me and looked great! I took my Prius in for service and told them I was concerned about the low tire emergency light. They said it was probably cold weather... Or a slow leak. Beware !!! Stay away. I went to look at a Sienna at Bernardi in Framingham. I met with a sales man and we started talking numbers. He wasn't able to get close to the price I had in mind until I walked out the door. At that point I had my husband call and start the negotiation process. We thought we had come to an agreement after talking to the sales manager over the phone. We went in the next day to make a deposit to purchase the car. After giving our licenses and credit card we proceeded to sign the paper work and saw the price was 3.0000 dollars more than what we agreed to! They explained the sales person we spoke with was not authorized to give that price. I followed up with the manger and the sales person we dealt with and neither of them have ever replied to my e-mails. Total scam. Unethical behavior. I wonder how they sleep at night. On Wednesday March 30,2016 I went into Bernardi Toyota in Framingham to have an oil change on my Rav4 something that might take 45 min to an hour. I had an appointment for 10:00 and arrived early at 9:30, I waited patiently in the waiting area like always. I have been taking my car there since 2007 I figured since I bought it there and they know who I was I would have no problem. Well, that went wrong you see I came out 2 1/5 hours later everyone that came in behind me were already gone, I approached an associate that worked there and ask for help to see what was going on with my car because no one had come too me for 2.5 hrs. The gentlemen that was helping me went to check what was going on therefore while he was in the back I returned to the waiting room he never came back to talk to me.. This has happened twice to me took my car there also to get fix and went on vacation came back and my car was still waiting to be fixed mind you it was there for 2 months. I will say this I will never go back there again, been going there for 9 yrs ( since 2007) and you would think they would have served you the right way..... Thanks read more

Since I moved to MA, I've been going to Bernardi for service since it was nearby. My car is my very first car--I've had it since I learned to drive. I love my car. Yes, I'm stupid for wasting money here. I've finally learned my lesson. Sadly, I'm sure that most of the people who work at Bernardi are kind and decent human beings. I've appreciated working with many of the desk people and technicians who treated me with kindness. Phone calls have also been courteous. This review is NOT for those employees. This review is for the miserable person that I inevitably get paired with who I know, before we even start talking, is out to get me. This guy has told me several times now that my car needs a bunch of work done on it, despite the fact that other desk people have given me complete opposite feedback (they give me a casual "oh it'll be fine, we'll fix it simply and it won't cost a $krillion"). Yesterday, Misery Guy racked up a grave list so long it amounted to upwards of $1100--of course, nothing would be done unless I gave the OK. Months ago, MG told me I needed to take apart the steering column to repair a slow leak for $400. I held off on it then, and the next two times I came in, two different guys said that it wasn't a big deal, that Toyota used to even have a retrofit part for it (as in, they never meant for it to be costly), and to just keep an eye on it. So when I got paired with MG again this time I said, "Hey, remember, you were the one who found out about the steering column. FYI, some other guys said just top off the fluid. I'm cool doing that today." Yeah, yeah, sure, sure, as he typed loudly and showily with two fingers. Though I had scheduled an appt, I sat in their waiting room for almost 4 hours. MG came in and said I have to get my brakes replaced. Before we knew about the severity of the brakes, I had asked to replace a hubcap, but that came in at a whopping $110 and with about $500 for the brakes suddenly, there was no way I could pay $110 for the hubcap out of convenience. MG made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience to take the hubcap they'd already put on back in inventory. I mean, even $60 for a new one would have been doable. But a 200% upcharge for a simple part like that... Just bought one for $40 online. Then, the guy quoted an additional $400 for the steering column AGAIN, after I'd told him very frankly not to do it not 3 hours ago. Sure, I'll get the brakes done (I mean, you have to). He leaves, saying he'll ask about the hubcap--like, did he expect that if they couldn't reverse the transaction I'd have to pay for it? He never returned to tell me the verdict, but they took it off and didn't charge me. At another point, I saw MG come into the waiting room and sort of corner an older gentleman. It was clear he was telling him something distressing because the man started to question him in that anxious way you do when you think you're being lied to but you want to give the benefit of the doubt. MG cleverly asks this guy to follow him back to the counter so we can't hear how mad he is. The report I'm given is full of passive-aggressive wording about "customer this" and "customer that" in attempt to show that they listened to me, but it is laughable compared to reality. I paid $$$ and left, drove home with the windows down to enjoy the breeze. This morning, I turned on my air conditioning and the entire dashboard started rattling. Turns out my glove compartment wasn't put back in correctly. So at 4PM (3 hours before closing time) I pulled into the empty driveway and saw people sweeping up like the day is over. MG rushed out once he saw me and feigned sincerity as I showed the technicians the problem. I was patient and reasonable, not accusing, figuring somebody would be smart enough to say "Oh shoot, we're sorry, let's fix that right up." Nope. All language was "Well MAYBE..." Sure, CYA policy, I get it. Then a guy ran out and screwed the glove box back on. Still rattled. Nice technician opened the filter and pulled out some fuzz. Well, why didn't they find this yesterday during inspection? Obviously all the fuzz fell out to make this noise during my less than 3 hours of driving between yesterday and today.. MG asks if I want to come back TOMORROW. WHAT? Nobody was there! I looked at him like he was insane. So they drove it back. MG says they found a mouse nest in there, poured out a handful of fuzz into the trash in this really patronizing way, and then had me sign papers agreeing with all the junk he was typing, saying they had to have it on record so they could pay the technician for FINISHING THE JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE YESTERDAY. My husband and I joked when I got home that they have a bunch of fake mouse nests hidden in the back to pull this stunt whenever something goes wrong. I should have asked to see the dead mouse bodies for ultimate proof but it wasn't worth my time... I hope Bernardi reads the reviews on here and rethinks their customer service training. read more

I started coming to Bernardi Toyota after I heard the Service Director (Mike) had recently transferred here from another dealership. He had been very accommodating in the past and this location is just as convenient for me. My daughter's RAV4 was due for an oil change and she was also needing to add air to one tire on a regular basis. Since she had over 61,000 miles on the originals I knew it was time to replace. I researched my options then called Mike. He said they were running a promotion and not to worry, his price would be competitive. Since I prefer my daughter use Toyota for regular maintenance, I figured we could get the oil change and new tires at the same time. Bottom line: The price for comparable tires was more than competitive. For basically the same cost as Costco, we also got an alignment! I'd recommend this service department to any Toyota owner. They are friendly, efficient, and I trust them to do good work. read more

So disappointed in this place. I already own a car that I purchased from Bernardi several years ago. A few months ago I received an email offer to trade in my current vehicle for a good deal and my husband and I figured it couldn't hurt to go in and see what it was all about. We went and spoke with someone on the sales floor while they checked on the value of my car for the trade in. He said that in order to find out if I am eligible he needed to run a soft hit on my credit report. I signed a document saying that I approved a soft hit. Unfortunately, they assessed my car at far below what I owe on it (I'm baffled since it's in great shape and I am meticulous in service and care for my car. I left disappointed but got over it quick. A few weeks later I notice 2 hard hits on my credit report authorized by Bernardi. I call the salesman that I spoke with that day and he puts me in touch with someone from finance who claims I am the only person that can remove those hits and I need to contact the credit bureau (which sounds fishy to me). It's a no go, the credit bureaus say they need letters from the dealership saying they messed up. So I call back and speak with some guy who says he will take care of it and not to worry, he will call me in a day or two and let me know when he gets everything fixed. After days with no call I continually email him to find out what is the status of the credit hits. No answer. Weeks go buy and I call back to check on things (meanwhile they still refuse to answer my emails regarding the whole situation) and I get put in touch with a new finance guy. He says they never remove hard hits for people and he refuses to help me or do anything at all. He basically said screw you. They have officially lost me as a customer forever. So disgusted by this place. Trying to build my credit to buy a house soon and now I have this shit stuck with me for another two years. read more

I bought a Toyota Rav 4 in July at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham & will NEVER go there again. I knew exactly what I wanted which they had, the salesman was nice but beyond that the worst customer service I have ever experiences. After deciding to buy the vehicle I was told the managers were all busy so I would have to wait to do the financing. After waiting over an hour I went to the office to find all of the managers sitting in one office talking & eating! When I complained I got service 10 minutes later with barely an apology & more of an attitude. Four days later I drove over 50 miles to go pick up the vehicle only to be told upon arrival that I couldn't pick it up that day because they "didn't get the paperwork" from the insurance agent which was not true. The following day when I picked up the vehicle a manager apologized & I told him the salesman said they would see what compensation they could provide for all the inconveniences, I figured I might hear from them at least to see if I was pleased with the vehicle however it's been 3 months and not a word. Hopefully Toyota will explain customer service to this dealership based on the review I actually received from them!!! read more

I bought a new 2010 Prius at the end of February. At the time, I spent a day at Bernardi (drove up from RI) and I received excellent customer service from Steve K (who no longer works there) and Michelle in finance; I will never, never recommend Bernardi Toyota, however, after the humiliating and shaming treatment I received from a sales person when I called to express confusion about not having an inspection sticker on my auto. This is my first new car purchase, and I did not know I needed to get my car inspected on my own. I assumed the car would be inspected before I bought it, as it is brand new. I phoned to inquire about this and and expressed distress at not being informed of this issue when I bought the car; instead of getting an explanation of how the process works, I was mocked and humiliated by sales person I spoke with. When I spoke with the manager, he explained how state to state inspection works but offered no apology or recognition of the treatment which brought me to tears. I am an intelligent person--a college professor--and I know that customer service does not mean humiliating or mocking a person, especially one who admits to not having knowledge of the process about which she is questioning. I will never, never recommend Bernardi, and I hope to be able to tell others that they ought to look elsewhere for customer service. I deeply regret my purchase from Bernardi. I am extraordinarily shocked and deeply hurt by this experience. read more

service department is a rip off bought the extra care service did not cover the service ( engine burning oil) i did service at the dealer at 35k and got all my regularly scheduled oil changes at jiffy lube i noticed the car was burning oil at an unusual amount for such a new car i took it to them they changed the oil and told me to come back in a bout a thousand miles to check the oil level i came back they said it was fine a couple weeks later in about another 800 miles i brought the car back to them cause i noticed it was blowing smoke now i need a whole new engine on a 2008 rav4 73000 they told me they would charge me 600-800 to check to open the engine to diagnose the car now 2500$ to put car back together without even fixed since extra care warranty ( rip off) denied the claim would not recommend read more

This is the second time I have written this review. I hope it is not deleted again because I am here to say Bernardi Toyota is AMAZING. Key to buying any car is knowing what you are doing, knowing what you can afford, what the car is worth, what your trade in is worth. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we drove away, our experience was exceptional. We worked with Sami who went above and beyond. I thought the entire dealership was professional and friendly (we had three kids under the age of 10 with us at the time). I have recommended several of my friends to this dealership. I own an Odyssey as well and after the worst experience of my life at Bernardi Honda, I was hesitant at first to go to another Bernardi, but Sami and the crew converted me! Bernardi (toyota) for life. I know there are a great many others out there who feel this new Bernardi ownership is doing a great job. We began our search for a 2014 Corolla LE by doing a great deal of research online, and requesting quotes from several dealers by email. Brandon responded to our request promptly with a good price, so I called and said we were very interested and asked for his best price. He asked if we owned a Toyota because we would qualify for a $500 rebate, and I said, unfortunately no. He said fine and to let him know if we were interested. The next evening I called and Brandon was off, so I spoke with Mark. I told him that while Bernardi was not the lowest price, they were close, and based on reviews and the positive sales experience of our daughter that we would like to come in and finalize the deal tomorrow. He said that was great, and they would have the car ready for us to buy. Also, he said that any price differences would be ironed out in person. I made sure Mark knew we were driving almost 100 miles each way and we would need to do everything in one trip. We made an appointment for 1:00 pm the next day. When we arrived at the dealership, we briefly met with Mark, who then brought Aydin over. As it turns out, Aydin knew nothing about our emails and tried to start from scratch (a waste of 15-20 min.). We told him we wanted the black LE and he said fine we could do the paperwork and pick it up in a couple of days!! We were extremely upset...we had just driven 2 hours to get there. At that point Ark became involved in trying to get our car there from Bernardi's supplemental lot about 15 minutes away. He finally came over and said he was sorry, but our car was not available and we couldn't buy it today!! He also stated we had a great price and couldn't move on the price. He felt that the price quoted included the rebate we didn't qualify for. Certainly not our fault. We ended up walking out and going to another dealer down the road, and bought our new Corolla a few hours later. All in all, a big waste of time. If you don't have the car on the lot, how are you going to sell it??!! Why spend the time negotiating by email, setting up an appointment, driving two hours, only to be treated as if you had just started the process! read more

Horrible service! Absolutely incompetent bunch!! I took my RAV4 in for a standard service that would take 2 hours apparently. I was there at 7:30 AM. I waited an hour for the shuttle to take me home. The shuttle service drivers were standing around chatting for an hour. Three hours later when I called, I was told by the service rep. That he is checking with the tech. Another hour later I called and he tells me he is waiting for the shuttle service so they can pick me up and that my car is now ready. This is now 11:45. At 10 to 12 I get a call from the shuttle service that they are on their way. At 12:10 I am picked up to Toyota. I get there and am told to pay but no sign of my car after I pay. I had to walk around to look for my car. I have never experienced such horrible service. Just because I am a woman and a minority the service was not a penny worth the amount I paid these useless incompetent bunch of people. My next car will definitely not be from Toyota. I definitely made that decision today for the stress they put me through and the discrimination I experienced as a minority woman!!! read more

Customer service has been a problem since we signed on the dotted line. Before agreeing to purchase our vehicle we were treated like royalty, since that moment we have been much less of a priority. There were miscommunications on the part of the sales staff that caused issues for us before we were even able to pick up the vehicle. Then, with just over 7k mi on it, one tire blows out on the highway while my entire family is in the vehicle and another tire is bulging and also needs to be replaced. Warranty covers the faulty tires but I have to pay for installation, seems like something the dealership should assume responsibility for, rather than a new customer who was sold a defective product. Buying from Bernardi was a mistake. When I call to speak with someone about these issues I only get voicemails and no one returns my calls. So went in to buy a new truck, I was shown a truck but I'm not a fan of black vehicles Dell (sales rep) say's No problem we will get whatever color you want, Great we said gave me a great price put down a deposit and waited and waited and waited and finally called... Yes we will have one on Thursday great!! NOPE the other dealer sold it from under us??? We will order you one it could be up to 6-8 weeks fine we said In the mean time I am finding the exact truck at other local dealers I call and ask how come I can find this truck and you can't we don't deal with them ?? So I finally call Mike Knox GM I will get involved personally!!! GREAT I think. Then I get a call from Steve a New manager he says we can't get the truck come get your deposit THIS IS FOUR MONTHS LATER!!!! During the sales process we were fortunate to work with Roger. He was a true professional, and made sure that we felt fully comfortable with the purchase decision we made. At one point we had a question about the financing options, Roger had Eddy from the finance department come speak with us. Eddy was also extremely professional and informative, answering all of our questions and putting our concerns to rest. I believe it was Mike in the finance department who completed all the final paperwork, he as well was professional and made sure that our experience was nothing but the best. This review is for the service dept. I'm not gonna lie, any dealership is going to be way more expensive then the guys down the street and this one is no exception. However, I could not be more grateful to these folks. I've had to have 2 major services done, costing me money I do not have and putting me into an ongoing panicked state, with several visits interspersed, and each time was comforted in my financial woes by the kindness, respect, understanding, and flexibility of the service reps, management (and, indirectly, the actual techs). Rich, in particular, who I dealt with several times, was outstanding in his ability to get information across in a way that was understanding of where I was at and not condescending. All of this is in addition to the fact that this place was willing to do a job NO ONE ELSE was willing to do! They not only did the job, they did so without judgment (at least not to my face) and with what felt like actual compassion. I hope they know I have much compassion in return for the job they did. Money is irrelevant when human beings can not only act like human beings but treat you like you're one too. It started with checking out the stock on the website. I found a vehicle on their website but when i called Bernardi i was told there was a deposit on it. Mark took my number and said that i was second in line to purchase because he didn't think the first buyer would get the financing. Next day comes i don't get any calls. So i once again checked the website and see that the auto is still listed and the price is lower. i immediately start chatting on the website, confirm that it is still available and tell them i want to place a deposit. I was told the sales manager will call me back regarding the deposit. No one calls. I again call trying to place a deposit, waiting for phone lines that went unanswered, asking for managers that weren't even working today. When i finally do get someone to talk to they say the car is sold. Between internet and actual talking with someone on the phone it was over an hour long. Very disappointing outcome that will take some time to get over. read more

I went to Bernardi Toyota on Saturday of the Presidents day weekend looking for 16 Highlander, Things went smooth during this process and I left a $500 deposit. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot and said on that following Tuesday I would receive a phone call from my sales rep letting me know what is going on. Well Tuesday came and went with no phone call, On Wednesday I located one on a lot at a different dealer. I went to this dealer and made the deal for $1600 less than I would have paid from Bernardi. I have spent the last 3 Weeks trying to get my $500 deposit back, each time giving my credit card number to a sales manager and hearing the words "let me call you right back with the credit info" I never hear back from them. The funny thing about all of this is that I was look at a 16 Tundra fully loaded from Bernardi that I wanted to purchase from them. I had nothing against them for not getting back to me on that Tuesday, but since they have been jerking me around about they returning my $500 I have decided to purchase this from another dealer. read more

Terrible place to buy a car!!! I do not recommend to buy a car this place. When I bought an used car and found two issues within a week: one was the side mirror's heater did not work, the second was that when steered it made a loud clicking noise. So I brought my car and let them confirm these issues. At the end, I was told no charges to fix, so I signed the document to let them fix. A couple of days later, the car was fixed. When I picked it up, I was told I have to pay around $200. I complained about it to a service desk person, but he just kept saying I need to pay, I need to pay. Then I spoke to the manager and complained about it, but what he told was it was his mistake. At least he admitted it but nothing to offer to make up his mistake. That made me think that, this place does not have any business practices in place to improve quality of their services and they will continuously be like that. Also when I bought the car, I was clearly told by a sales person about one year free oil change. That was one of my motivation to buy the car. Guess what now, I brought the car at second time for oil change which was five months after bought it, then I was told that no more free oil change. I think there are many customers like me. This place is not recommended to buy a car. If their business is doing well, it is just because of Toyota's car quality but not their efforts to try to satisfy customers. read more
