I went to this hygienist for the first time this week. She did an excellent job cleaning and polishing my teeth. I liked her care and professional attitude during my appointment. Michelle was very competent with her procedure and taking care of my teeth. I scheduled another visit with her in 6 months. The office lady is very nice and friendly. Dr. Birdwell and the staff are excellent. Their professionalism and caring is the tops. I find them so helpful. Dr. Birdwell is so good about explaining the situation, my options and all else involved. His staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Just the best! Professional, gentle, caring and trustworthy are words to describe their service, but truly those accolades are not enough. Their team was fantastic and took great care of me, and at an affordable rate. The staff here is so friendly and kind. The dentists are thorough, give suggestions as to treatments. I have been to dentists who are as much a salesman as a doctor. This office does not do that. My hygenist does an excellent job cleaning my teeth and is never hurried. They file my Medicare advantage insurance. My last dentist required payment and then I had to send in paperwork to my insurance. I highly recommend them. read more
