Everything inside the house is upgraded, well planned and pleasing to the eye. The 5 bedrooms with multiple beds could easily accommodate our large group. We just couldn't get enough of the patio, spent hours around the fire pit enjoying the quaint ranch. Come prepared with all your essentials as the closest grocery store is at least 20 minutes away. We went to a few wineries in the area and enjoyed our time there as well. Overall highly recommend, I won't be surprised if I come back this year.

A peaceful retreat. When I say I have never in my life felt so peaceful.... that's hard-core. I take my peace very seriously, and rarely get it. From start to finish, the rental process was easy, we arrived pretty late at night and came "home" to a beautiful clean comfy place. You do have to be careful parking, so read everything they say! Our experience was amazing. The caretaker Allison is an absolute Gem of a person. She's so kind, and goes out of her way to make sure you have anything and everything and enjoying your stay. Jennifer and Karen were an absolute pleasure to work with, and made everything extremely simple for us. Communication was quick and easy, and Jennifer answered my continued inquiries without hesitation. I never felt like I was bothering her - she was consistently upbeat and pleasant. The property and venue is BEAUTIFUL. There was rain on our wedding day, but I think our Plan B option that Jennifer helped develop turned out even better than Plan A! They offer a ton of amenities, including the house on property, tables, chairs etc. We even used Olive Oil from the venue for our wedding favors, and our guests RAVED about them :) Jennifer recommended several vendors that we ended up going with, including hair and makeup. I couldn't be more pleased that we chose The Groves on 41 for our wedding, and wouldn't hesitate to host another event at this property.

I must say that the Croom's are very accommodating. The rental is warm and cozy with all of the things that you would need. Big deck out side and the views are beautiful. Fireplace, washer and dryer. There's a beautiful looking infinity swimming pool on property too. If you are ever on the Central Coast of California in the Paso Robles area check out the beautiful place. Close to some of the great wineries in the area.

I LOVE IT!

Right off the estuary where we overlooked the many birds, gulls and herons landing throughout the day, we were also able to walk out on the peninsula to the ocean and take in all the fresh salt air, sites and sounds of the beach and gorgeous scenery! Town is within a five-minute walk. The condo is complete with everything from linens to kitchen supplies. Freshly painted, everything is clean and nice. The owner is extremely easy to communicate with, returns calls or emails promptly and we didn't hesitate to contact her if we needed anything. We'll definitely return to this wonderful location! Thank you for making our entrance into 2017 an effortless one! Can't wait to return!

So naturally, I came home, poured a glass, and started researching the wineries afterward like the responsible citizen I am. Santellan Vineyards immediately stood out for feeling warm, family-centered, and genuinely connected to the kind of relaxed hospitality that still makes Paso Robles wine country feel special. Even through the event itself, you could feel the collaborative spirit behind the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail wineries -- people supporting one another instead of competing for attention. I especially appreciate that the PVWT wineries also help support local agricultural scholarships and education efforts throughout the community. Beautiful wines are wonderful. Beautiful people matter more. A genuinely lovely evening all around, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again at the Under the Estrella Sky Charity Dinner in August.

OMG! I cannot say enough about this house! It is so adorable inside! The sinks, faucets, doors, oak…read morefloors, stove and Coca-cola refrigerator are just so cute. The house has a great view. Horses wander around outside the fence in the evening. We took our dogs and they had a great time there are dog bowls inside and a pillow and blanket for them. We love to cook, so one of our favorite parts of the kitchen was a giant built in cutting board on the island. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the wine cooler, and fresh eggs from their chickens. The beds were really comfortable! We had a boat slip at the marina, and it took us only about 10 minutes to drive from the homestead to the marina. Overall, we had a great time, and if the lake has water, we plan to go back!
