    Dock #1. Happy boating!

What a great spot on a beautiful lake. There isn't a bad view from any of their properties. The home was perfect for our family and friends. The access to the dock was ideal for our group. It was large enough for us to hang out on and swim off when we weren't wake surfing. The property management folks were an absolute pleasure to work with. They accommodated us like we were family. We can't wait to plan our trip for next summer. We also look forward to checking out all the properties they have to offer. You won't regret choosing LandsEnd! Enjoy.

We were staying nearby at Lucia Lodge and needed a better dinner option. I emailed the front desk to see if we could get in (phone service is non existent at times in Big Sur but I did have WiFi at our room). They responded quickly, I got some cell service, and we confirmed our reservation for last seating at 8:30. Sydney at the front desk, great name by the way, also confirmed a $25 corkage fee for the special bottle we wanted to bring. We did the 4 course dinner and it was a pleasant surprise to have so many good choices with each course. I went crudo, soup, steak and panna cotta; the better half went with scallops, wood fired cabbage, steak and chocolate cake. We shared, all was divine :-) Service was on point, friendly and they never rushed us. We also bought a few items from the cute gift shop. The Morlet 2014 Cabernet I brought was incredible and a perfect match. Use lastbottle.com. I got this $300 bottle for under $100, well worth it to pair with this extraordinary meal. A beautiful setting, a beautiful meal, lovely service. They charge you automatic 20% gratuity, we added another 5% in cash. Highly recommended!!!

The personal bonfire and hot tub elevated the whole experience. The area was quiet and felt intimate. The complementary breakfast was cozy and comforting. We got the omakase as well with the alcohol pairing. A lot of the ingredients were sourced from the area which made it feel more unique. Some of the dishes were slightly on the fishy side, but other than that it was very yummy. I don't think I would recommend making reservations at the omakase unless you're staying at the resort since they do take stand alones. We were also greeting by a very large spider on the bathroom towels in the middle of the night but other than that we had a great time.

Let me shape your note so it flows beautifully but still feels personal and honest: Arriving at The Pinnacle Inn late in the evening was a bit of an adventure for us. We reached the gate around 8pm in complete darkness, with no network service and no easy way to get in. The winding dirt road lined with grapevines felt a little intimidating in the dark, and I have to admit, we were feeling a bit unsure at first. But once we sorted out the gate and settled in, everything changed. The next morning, we headed out for a hike in the forest, and with the sunrise lighting up the hills, we finally saw just how incredibly beautiful this location truly is. What felt a little scary the night before transformed into rolling countryside, peaceful vineyards, and breathtaking views. When we returned from our hike, I began to fully appreciate and fall in love with the entire property. In the daylight, The Pinnacle Inn feels warm, welcoming, and truly like home. Thank you for creating such a special place. What started as uncertainty turned into a stay we'll always remember.

Great company, food and wine tasting. The West side of Pinnacles is just 1 mile away. Phil was a former ranger and gave us great tips for hiking as well. It felt more like staying with friends than going to a hotel or Inn. The Inn is gorgeous. Just a mile or so from the park and we had a pool, free breakfasts and wine tasting. Loved it. It was really special and Bill Brosseau makes great wine (son of Inn owners). Jon and Jan, Phil is a keeper! Thanks for sharing your lovely Inn. Pinnacles is very special and we loved our hike. My parents really enjoyed themselves. Good work Phil and thanks to Jan for the delicious scones and muffins (homemade). Clearly this place was a labor of love.

Easy walk- which is a must! So why the downgrade? Well, the room wasn't as nice as last time. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there weren't any slippers this time. The staff was a mixed bag. Last year, everyone we encountered was super friendly. Smiles all around. This year, hit or miss. Morning staff didn't seem to be friendly. Their complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. It ends at 10am and then checkout is 11. There's enough offered to start your day. The pros outweigh the cons. 4 stars.

We were invited to attend a friend's wedding and we chose The oaks hotel for its reasonable price and close distance to the vineyard shuttle bus pick up spot. This is our first stay here. It is a 3-star hotel. The lobby is inviting. Complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies! Nice touch! A small gift shop with snacks and local attractions brochures. I actually bought three bottles of olive oil to support the local production. Our room is located on the second floor. It's quiet at night. Elevator works well; appreciate the water bottle filing stations by the elevator. Disappointed that my room key didn't work on the door by the elevator. I saw guests soaking in the hot tub by the pool. The room is clean, love the bed! The AC works fine proving comfortable temperature. Bathroom is clean, but the water pressure is too much that we had to turn on the faucet and the shower to adjust the water flow; otherwise it shoots down like garden hoses!! Love the slippers ( first time seeing this in a hotel! Thanks so much!) and the bath robes! Now, the not so good things: There are some stains on the couch; the floor upon entering the room was sticky. Parking was easy. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Bathroom floor had definitely not been cleaned as I could see debris on it and stains. Dog urine stains in the corner of the main room and broken blinds. Kids were saying it smelled like wet dog. Breakfast is very basic- lower quality than other hotels I've stayed at. But they had waffles, fake eggs, sausage, white bread, mini muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee. Front desk guy was nice!
