If you weren't aware, the dictionary defines bespoke as "to order or arrange in advance." That only begins to describe my experience w Isaac. The 3 year lease on my SUV was set to expire in early December 2024. Though I thoroughly enjoyed that SUV, I wanted to transition to a hybrid SUV, which I started researching in May last year. Having never used a vehicle broker before, I asked a friend who had relied on Isaac for six transactions if contacting him made sense. He, of course, said definitely. After my initial contact, Isaac was 100% all in on helping me find a new SUV to lease, and he worked tenaciously for the next 7 months to do so. Early on in the process, we knew finding the 2025 SUV hybrid was going to be a challenge since the 2 manufacturers I'd narrowed the search to weren't planning to release their '25s until Nov, Dec or even Jan '25. I'd test driven the '24 hybrid models of the KIA and Hyundai as well as the gas versions to get a feel of each...and hoped both or at least one '25 hybrid would arrive by late Oct or early Nov. True to his word, Isaac kept checking w dealers and his network of sources for 7 months, finally reporting that 7 Hyundai PHEV's arrived in CO in early Nov...and he negotiated so one had my name on it! Meanwhile, he'd arranged to sell my current SUV on consignment, believing that would work in my favor vs simply returning it to the dealership. That proved to be a smart move as he found a buyer. Prior to that transaction, he encouraged me to have my SUV inspected by his trusted/certified mechanic source and also detailed (my SUV looked showroom new). Throughout the months-long process, Isaac kept me up to date on his progress locating the Tucson PHEV, had me complete the required paperwork for both the sale of my SUV and the procurement of my new SUV PHEV, eventually setting a convenient time to meet to exchange my former SUV and drive off in my new one. He was knowledgeable about the diff between 100% electric and hybrid vehicles, Fed and CO tax credits on EV vehicles, rebates and charging stations apps. While I've had good experiences with local dealerships over the years, enlisting Isaac's skills, knowledge and tenacity made the process really stress free...and I thought his fees were reasonable and fair. I Purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester from Isaac. It was a very easy, and pleasant transaction. I told Isaac that I would be driving up from Colorado Springs and made an appointment to view and drive this vehicle. Isaac told me that he had several interested parties but assured me that the vehicle would be there and I was first inline if i decided to purchase vehicle. I have had other dealerships in past tell you the vehicle would be there only to drive up and find out that they had sold the vehicle, even though i had an appointment. Car was exactly as described and in excellent condition. Isaac even disclosed that the car had some scratches to the passenger side and that the paint was repaired from a reputable body shop, and provided the invoice. He didn't have disclose this but he did, that in my opinion goes along way, as he was not trying to hide anything like some dealerships will do. All the vehicles I saw in his warehouse appeared to be in outstanding condition. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Isaac and Bespoke Autos. What an amazing experience! I have been looking around for cars for months. Everything I came across was deceiving and to good to be true. That was until I found Bespoke Auto. The car shopping process is one that always makes me feel like I'm coming out on the short end, that I've been SOLD something because that's what the salesperson needed to do. I've never left a process feeling very good. The experience with Isaac and Bespoke was VERY different.
