The Good: *Friendly service *As mentioned above, the beers are seasonal so they're always changing. *Poor Life Choices Hazy IPA was very interesting. Probably the sweetest Hazy I've ever drank and, while I wouldn't kick it out of bed, it's not what I'd prefer. *Cheesy Beer Fries upgrade is a must! The cheese was perfection, with a nice flavor of beer without it being overwhelming. *Large space which is great for large parties. We had six people and it was no issue. The Meh: *Free street parking but it can be difficult to find at times, believe it or not. There are a few free lots close-by, tho. *Interior can get a bit raucous *The Rachel (basically a Reuben w/ turkey instead of pastrami) was very underwhelming, a touch greasy, and the ratio of turkey to bread was way off. The Ugly: *The Chicken on the Chicken Nachos was hammered hard--as if Chicken breasts aren't dry enough. Conclusion: Overall, it's probably 3.5*, but I'll round-up because I'd still most likely be back to give them another go next time we're in the area.

Since Pines was not flowing, moved on the Centient IPA, similar to the west coast style Pines...my bullseye. We finished with a 6oz pour of the Rye barrel aged, not my style but good experience. The French onion soup is always hearty and satisfying. It was only outdone by the beef/cheddar sandwich. Lori had the carnitas tacos, one of our favs! They also still have a nice little food menu with pizzas and sandwiches and things and I hear that the edamame hummus is outstanding. In fact, my sister-in-law brought back two containers of it to go for a friend in Connecticut who loves it so much I actually bought a 12 pack of Lawson's Little Sip to go. They do have a small kind of tight parking lot to the right of their store, but otherwise you can usually find some street parking in the summer they have tables out front.
