Did Hajichi Okinawan tattoo with Bee, recommended by a friend. She is one of the few here who does Hajichi. Highly recommend Bee! She is so nice and very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with placement and details. Made me and my friend I brought, very relaxed and talked story with us, she is friendly and open to your ideas, let me know what she was doing and going through the processes, explained and assured me of results and aftercare. She shared her stories with us and very relatable. Her tattoo area is small but cozy, clean and I am def going to get my next tat with her! I like her style! Loved loved loved it all. My friend recommended me Bee a long time ago, and I finally built up the courage to get a tattoo. Bee is amazing! Few things from my experience: -Lee is incredibly talented, professional, humble, and a good-hearted family man. -Military friendly and well-priced -Runs a beautiful shop and you can tell his staff are like family to him, just shows the kind of respect he has. -Never felt uncomfortable once, also, the healing process on the tattoo went beautifully. -If you have a hard time trusting new people, you won't have to worry about that too much here. Chris aka Pinzy is literally doing my tat as we speak. I've always liked his artwork and needed someone I can trust. Plus the funny personalities of everyone there makes for great jokes to distract me from the tat. I like the location and parking is validated at the shop so I didn't have to hustle for a place to park. The shop is small but clean and minimal which is a plus. I was even offered snacks and that's a double plus in my book because I'm a McFatAss. give this place a shot. read more

Pinzy is the bomb, walked into the shop being open to any artist since all the reviews were pretty high up there but I'm glad I got him. Very easy to talk to and detailed with his work! Came with an idea that I sketched on myself and he brought it to life with a touch of cute lil trinkets. Been dying to find a consistent and reliable tattoo shop that brings in quality without a ridiculous cost like one of the tattoo artist in the expo...... think I've finally found the holy grail of tattoo shops though. Check out their ig, I don't think the yelp photos does any of the artists work justice. Or pop into their shop to get a quote just as I did! I parked in ala Moana as it's a short walk since it's hard to make a left turn if you're driving towards alas during the busy hours. Can't wait to go back again when I get more ideas. read more

I got a watercolor/sketch style rendition of Icarus by Karly. She did an absolutely phenomenal job! She took my vague concept and came up with something absolutely beautiful! She puts thought and care into making the art work with the shape of your body and flow nicely. She's so kind and considerate and truly alleviated a somewhat painful spot to have done. I got a beautiful tattoo done by Amber. I originally had a rose on my arm but I wasn't too fond of it and wanted to add more around it. I sent a picture to Amber and she sketched a beautiful bouquet for me. Day of my appointment, I came in and Amber showed me her sketch- it was so beautiful! Amber and Pinzy shared a room together and Pinzy is absolutely hilarious! I had so much fun and the laughing took away from the pain. Finally got to finish my sleeve that I started a while ago with Lee. I booked an appointment with Lee very short notice because I was coming home for leave. He scheduled me the day after I arrived for a consultation, and actual appointment than following Tuesday. Like the last time I just gave him an idea of what I wanted and he blew my expectations out of the water. Going to Lee I'm never disappointed. That guy is an amazing tattoo artist and comes up with ideas off the top of his head in no time. Lee agreed to do my whole tattoo in one session being that I was only home for a few days. We did the outline and shading in about 6 hours with one break. I'm so thankful to have had the chance to have him finish my tattoo. If you're looking for an amazing artist this is your guy! He's very professional and comfortable to be around. Always grade A work. read more

Best tattoo quality and designs out there on the island. I wish I could of gone here for all of my ink. The pieces are amazing, attention to detail, cleanliness and outstanding customer service. I gotten referred to go here by a friend as I walk in the atmosphere and art work inside the shop is pretty cool. We get together discussing what I want done pretty soon within a week of scheduling everything out and piecing together what the final picture would be. The customization and drawings were on point. This place is beyond amazing! I came to Hawaii for vacation and got a tattoo here on my 18th birthday. Super comfy, professional, clean atmosphere. Just what I'd hope for my very first tattoo! Lee somehow already has a vision of what you want in his head. It really only took one description and some reference pictures. I was so nervous the day of but once I saw the design, all doubt dissipated. His work is quick, clean, precise. My husband and I came to bespoke today to get our tattoo. Lee was our tattoo artist, he did awesome job! We dropped by two days ago to consult our tattoo, mine is a dog paw tattoo, Lee was really nice and gave advice and price range to us. And today, the entire process went so well, and it only took him 20 minutes to complete the tattoo. The tattoo is amazing, I really love it! And it only cost $100 dollars, it worth every penny of it! I have been wanting a tattoo for awhile now. Searched on Google "best tattoo shops in hawaii" and this place popped up as number 1. I see why now! It was my first tattoo and the environment in the place was very relaxed and welcoming. I called earlier in the week and ask a good amount of questions and they answered them with patience and ease. The artists are extremely friendly and helped us keep our minds at ease. They're also extremely talented and very clean. My artist was Olivia and my wife's was Chris. Awesome shop. Great guys and wicked custom art. I was referred by a friend to Lee Maxwell for a coverup tattoo I wanted to get done. I was looking for a design that was meaningful, beautiful and unique. Undecided on the type of tattoo I wanted, I went to Bespoke with a lot of questions and a lot of different ideas. (Somewhat of a nightmare for artists, I believe.) Throughout the consultation, Lee listened and offered suggestions while being respectful and attentive to the tattoo I was hoping for. He was still consistent even in making sure we were both on the same page when he began drawing out the design. It's been about a month since I've gotten it, and I love my tattoo. Calling my own tattoo awesome is a little odd for me, but I will say that I receive compliments on it every day. Many people comment on the detail. A lot of people love the angle it's at on my arm. The people who have tattoos as well are really impressed that it's a cover-up. There is not one ounce of buyer's remorse with this tattoo. I am completely satisfied with the art and the experience. I would recommend any of my friends to this shop with the knowledge that they will be taken care of and that their self-expression is a priority. There really isn't much online about this new shop, but it's definitely worth stopping by. read more

I was recommended to come here since my best friend's cousin is one of the tattoo artists. I came to Bespoke for my very first tattoo. Their shop is very small, it actually took me a while to find it since it's kind of a hole in the wall. Ryson did my tattoo and he made me feel really comfortable. Came here wanting to get a new tattoo. My old artist closed Down her shop. After reviewing their site and reviews i knew this was the place for me. They thankfully took me in as a walk in right away and i was consulted with Steph. She knew the character i was wanting to get and right away i could tell she couldn't wait to make it awesome! After getting the sketches, made by Steph, transferred i was met by the artist/owner Lee. He couldn't have been any nicer!! He admitted the style i wanted wasnt his forte and wasn't too proud to ask for opinions from Steph. They talked about how to do my tattoo and threw ideas around throughout the entire process which comforted me because I knew what was gonna happen the whole time. Though very painful, i was kept well distracted by hiliarious conversation going between the workers here. They didnt care that i didnt know them they just talked about what they seemed they would regardless. Which was nice because it made me feel less like a stranger. Every person was very laid back and open here. I am SOOOOOO loving my new tatt and i can't wait to be back here for more!!! It came out exactly how he said it would- a more temporary tattoo look. Established in 2011.

Bespoke first opened its doors in 2011 by owner Lee Maxwell. We create one-of-a-kind designs for all of our clients, specializing in freehand tattoos. Since 2011, we have participated in every tattoo convention held here in Hawaii, and our artists have partnered with numerous establishments to put on various art shows and regularly donate to various non-profit charities. As my ear swelled, the jewelry became too tight and started digging into my ear. I returned on Monday, and Brit replaced it with a longer post, but by then it was already too late. My ear continued to worsen despite following the recommended aftercare and starting antibiotics. It developed significant swelling, yellow drainage, and I had to seek urgent medical care because the jewelry was beginning to become embedded. I understand that every piercing carries risks, but I believe a longer initial post could have prevented my experience. The staff was friendly, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

You have got to be kidding me, but I always wanted to go to Lisa the only reason why I call other places in the first place is because they open it on the little bit later side and I wanted to get it done as soon as possible but long story short EVERYWHERE else has crazy inflation prices... Lisa is seriously the only person that I remember it being the same amount from 10 years ago that is so crazy honestly I feel like she should make everything at least $10 more That's how good her services, she ain't even answered all my questions that I have about why my industrial fill out before and all that this is literally my first good review normally I only review places when it's like extremely bad not just a little bad I can handle that but if it's like the worst place I've ever been to then I have to write something to one others but Lisa is my first good review and I'm very thankful that she took me in as a walk-in and had me out within 10 minutes maybe even 5 minutes at the most thanks again Lisa :) PS she even exited the tipping screen and said to not worry about tipping her but of course I want to~she already has her prices ridiculously cheap.. It was super odd, i've never had a piercer ever be so unfriendly. a few months later i went to my usual piercing place to get new jewelry and kinda talked about the Ink Pit to her. she knew who i was talking about because i guess Lisa "botches" her clients and has a reputation of it in the piercing world. my flat jewelry from the Ink Pit was so long but i thought it was okay, and my usual piercer said she was surprised it healed because it was too long to safely heal. i usually don't have trouble with my piercings, but this was so painful and hard to heal. as soon as i got a shorter piece, it stopped hurting and looks great now. their starting jewelry is terrible. this place is cheap and quick and im sure Lisa was just having a bad day when i was in there, but there are much better places to go. and remember, there's a reason why it's so cheap.

Been wanting to get a honu ink'd to remind me of where I came from... where home really is. Everytime I go back, I run out of time or just didn't want to give up the beach day. This time the whole fam was IN... when I explained my design concept, both my wife and daughter wanted their own version, still honu themed. da Scene: Determined to get this done done during the 16 day visit back home on Oahu, I did my research early and narrowed it down to 3 spots initially. After some dm's, email exchanges and finally some voice calls, it was Lai @ Tattoo Hawaii who I connected with most, so we scheduled an in-person consult and then our sessions, with 2 days left on our trip - only lost 1 beach day (it was a perfect one too). da Service: Every contact before our session was courteous and replied to promptly. I did have to be insistent on Lai doing our work, even if it meant spanning multiple days. His work on social media and Yelp! most connected with me. At our consult he explained how he would approach my design concept and adapt it to my wife and daughter. Lai was confident he could get us all done in one afternoon/evening session. The shop is tucked away on the 2nd floor of a little building on the corner of Kapiolani and Piikoi... parking is a challenge, so arrive early to wait out a spot. The shop is comfortable and can accommodate 3-4 artists working, with friends looking on in support. da Work: Kai was up 1st as hers would be the least complicated. She went with 3 petroglyph style honu, each about 3.5" diameter, ink'd fairly heavy - vertically on her upper arm, pretty classic design. She has several tattoos already and was surprised that Lai didn't work with a stencil... he simply free-handed the design with several pens, directly on your body. He's a very cool, confident cat, laid back and within minutes has you chatting it up like you went to high school together. I went next as my wife wanted to see how mine's worked out to help solidify her concept. Lai drew a honu/dragon/shark tooth design on my upper arm and I said "go for it". 2.5 hours later I was stunned at the fine details he added to the shark's teeth encircling the honu shell, as well as tribal accents in the honu, while incorporating the dragon profile. It really was satisfying to see my concept executed closely, while adding style and depth, bringing it to life. Carla was last up and really wanted to stick close to what I had done... just smaller and wanted the dragon to "pop" more. As you can see, Lai nailed it... however subtle, the dragon does appear more prominent on her piece. da Wrap: Really happy all-around, already thinking about how to add to it, maybe add color, grow it further down my arm, how to add to the story. It's a very personal thing and I really suggest you take your time to research and find the right artist. I'm confident that you'll find the right one at Tattoo Hawaii. We were there most of the day and saw several folks and artists' work, there was actually one guy there the whole time getting a large whole body piece worked on with a manual tattoo tool, that's an investment! HUGE shout out to Lai for making our sessions so enjoyable and comfortable... When he found out it was my and my wife's 1st work, he said he was honored to be 1st... such a humble guy, great disposition. We'll see you soon brother!

That reputation is completely earned. The piercers are genuinely knowledgeable and handled the whole situation with a lot of care and responsibility. Getting the piercing back in took a bit of work, which was no fault of theirs at all given the circumstances, but I will say my ear throbbed on and off for a solid two months afterward. A decade old piercing apparently has thoughts and feelings about being reinserted, who knew. Despite that odd post piercing experience, I would come back without hesitation. When you find people who actually understand what they are doing and approach it with real professionalism, that matters a lot. This is that kind of place.

I didn't have the needle to put the piercing back in and since it was still relatively new, I knew the chances of it closing were high, especially since the same thing of my hair yanking the piercing out in the shower had just happened to me the month prior. It was half-closed in less than twelve hours! I had originally wanted to stop off at another spot but their piercer wasn't in. What? So I opened Yelp and found this place a short distance away. I came here and saw Krista and it was amazing. She got me cleaned and my piercing placed back in fast for the low price of $10 (plus tax). She's amazing. Mad love for this cool tattoo and piercing salon in Waikiki. Service is insanely friendly, place is clean, and the vibes are vibing. Five stars!

Saw their booth at the Hawaii Tattoo Expo and they had great prices for what I wanted to get so I…read moredecided to get my third lobes and mid helix done. First off, EXTREMELY unorganized. All of their jewelry was stored in plastic containers where the employees were just digging through, without gloves (SO unsanitary), to find the jewelry that the customers wanted. I wanted titanium flat backs because I'm allergic to sterling silver and I don't heal well if it is pierced with steel. The girl who pierced me looked through all the containers before finding 3 gold colored titanium flat backs with silver colored titanium ball toppers. The piercing process started out okay, she cleaned off the area, although not very thoroughly, and marked where she was going to pierce and let me see before she started the process. I don't think they sterilized the jewelry before they pierced me either, even though different, ungloved, employees were digging around in the jewelry boxes just before. She opened a new needle and started on my lobes, these were pretty smooth. The biggest issue came when she started on my mid helix. Told me take a deep breath and she pushed the needle through, then went to guide the jewelry in, but could only get it HALFWAY. I heard her whisper "oh shoot" under her breath before proceeding to try multiple times to push the jewelry all the way through. She asked the other guy, Jay, for help and they both stood there pushing my ear around for a solid 3 minutes before the jewelry was fully through. It was a while before the piercing was done, I could feel the blood on my ear slipping around while he essentially tried to repierce it with the jewelry. Neither of them used a clamp, or even a tube to catch the needle as it went through to the other side, just used their hands which I could feel were slipping off my ear. To top it all off, my mom told me after that they used the same needle for all three of my piercings, super unsanitary! I've gotten thick cartilage piercings done before this (rook, nostril, helix) and I have NEVER had an experience like this. I will not be coming back here, not even for my jewelry changes. The only good thing I would say about this experience was that the lady at the front was polite and friendly, and the girl who pierced me was also nice, I just wish the process of the actual piercing was a bit cleaner and smoother. I hope nobody else has an experience like this, and I hope my piercings don't get infected.

So let me just tell you how much of a help and comforting the owners are ( seems to me they are a couple ). I told them the situation that I already have an initial hole before I came here and made sure I want to get a hole again and I said YES like right away. The piercer which seemed to be her husband was so nice and walked me through everything, and HE DID THAT IN SECONDS. I was like wait that's all? All in all, great experience. You can tell they're experienced. Location is inside the building across of Waipahu Festival Market ( the green building ). Many parking stalls, don't have to worry about that AND they are located on the right side going up the stairs.

I had talked to him over the phone and required a deposit fee of $50 to hold our appointment date and part of the payment. We paid a total of $350 because mine was small and my boyfriend had a bigger one and he even got us big bottles of water to hydrate with. I was definitely happy with his tattoo. I liked the vibe inside. They played music and it was cool with ac inside. The parking however isn't all the great. I had to park in the back. It gets full fast. I highly recommend these guys. I'm from Sacramento and have gotten a lot of tattoos but this is one of the best places i've been to due to their excellent communication and great vibes! By far, the cleanest nail salon on the island I've been to…read more I reached out at 8 am via Yelp request (since no online appt) to schedule a same morning appt and Lisa was able to get me in by 10:45. There was a bit of a mix up but it worked out in the end. Pulled up to the driveway to the left of the store front. You have to pull up close to bar for them to open up automatically. There were no spaces available but an attendant came out to open up a spot coned off as I informed of an appt at K1. I walked through the lobby and made a right street side. I was the only client in. I was greeted and asked to pick a color up front. A selection of colors from natural tones to catseye and even organic for $5 more. I sat by the window where water, a phone holder, and candy treats were placed on a tray in front of me. Great comfy chair design where the sink pulls out from underneath the chair. Two ladies immediately got to work to remove my existing gel color with their power tool then buffed it out before apply this gel overlay. It was my first time getting this clear base apparently making your nail bed stronger. When I put my hand into the dry to cure it, it was a bit too hot. She adjusted it and asked me to pull my hand out if that happens again vs putting my hand all the way in. She mentioned my nail is too thin. But after my first coat of color, I didn't have any issues. She did a great job shaping my nail to a square rounded edges. There was no hand massage but not sure if it was an add on or not. However, my pedicure did come with it as I do remember selecting it during my Yelp request. She used a cheese grater to exfoliate (I am starting to think this is only available in Hawaii as other nail salons do the same). She did a thorough job with my cuticles, filing, ensuring there were multiple coats with each curing. I enjoyed my leg foot massage especially since I play so much tennis, 3 hrs the previous day, so it was a nice treat. The place was quiet and relaxing, unlike most salons I go to in Cali where it's always packed with chit chatting or nail techs speaking loudly to ea other that I can fully enjoy myself. The only usual experience was the whole time I was there, there another woman standing behind the woman doing my manicure. This woman just stood there the majority of the time just observing and didn't say anything. Not sure if she was supervising or learning. It was just....odd??? Overall, the experience was nice. Check out was easy. CJ was really helpful. Pay by Credit card or cash (no discount). I ended up paying cc and left a tip on there. If memory serves me correctly, a gel mani gel pedi with removal and organic nail polish and tax was around $157 plus a 20% tip ($31ish). Went ziplining today, the day after, and my nails held up well. Not a scratch. Would definitely come back again.

My nails stay strong and look great even after about 5 weeks, which says a lot about their work. The spa is always clean, the staff are welcoming, and the service feels consistent every visit. Parking is also convenient, especially during the daytime or early hours, which makes the whole experience easier. At this point, I don't feel like I need to keep searching for another nail salon this has become my go-to place. It really feels like a solid investment for long-lasting, well-done nails.

Taking a leisurely stroll around Maunakea Marketplace (because I had free street parking on a Sunday) my friend and I paused in front of Instyle Hair & Nails because the place didn't look busy and I had some time. There were a couple of staff sitting outside, taking a break, so, I approached slowly and said, "Pedicure?" I was cheerfully greeted and shown to a massage chair. The nice gal, Deb, placed a new plastic liner in the basin and started the warm water. She asked if it was too hot and adjusted the temperature. She started to help me (telling me the difference in price between regular polish for $30 and gel polish which lasts longer for $45), but another customer asked for her, so she switched me off to someone else. It's okay because the new gal (didn't get her name) was very careful and thorough. She took her time and did a good job! I sat for a couple of hours because I haven't paid attention to my feet for months. Haha! (I'm kind of a last minute, busy person and will get moving if I can't stand it anymore.) Anyway, here are my observations: Greeting regular customers is a good sign! The four female workers were cheerful and kind to everyone, especially kupuna! The hair stylist asked (in a nice tone of voice) how a certain customer wanted her hair cut and told her that next time - don't cut your hair yourself because you can't see behind your head (she cut her hair to her scalp!). The hairstylist explained politely to the customer about her unique needs and showed her options on how to style her own hair! That's good service! Another example: A little girl came in with her mom. The staff treated them really well. The mom asked for gel polish for the daughter and the staff said they cannot do it because it might burn her daughter's young skin - plus, her fingers and nails are still growing, so, it's not a good idea to put strong chemicals on the area. Wow! That's being responsible and honest! I think I spent over two hours here because the technician paid attention to my dry cuticles, cracked nail, and other issues. She verified the color of gel polish two times before application. Thank you! I was just going to give four stars, but after hours of hard work, the worker still gave me a mini leg/foot massage and brief hot towel to wipe off excess lotion on my legs! She didn't use pumice stone on me (maybe I didn't need it), but she did repeat the acetone/cotton/foil treatment to the stubborn nails several times - instead of using the electric file technique. I appreciate the gentle approach and will most likely return on a future Sunday!

I've been here a few times before but was so glad to come here recently. It has been so hot my daughter and I wanted to chop off some hair. They did a great job on my daughter's hair first, cutting off all her dead ends and "thinning" out her hair since she has so much of it. They then did the same for me, mine was much shorter though. Since we both have very wavy hair, they took the time to straighten our hair to make sure it was even which took a lot of time for them. I only paid $70 for both of us, considering how much attention they paid to us I do think that is a very fair price. Will be back in a year when I get tired of my hair again lol!

Been wanting to get a honu ink'd to remind me of where I came from... where home really is. Everytime I go back, I run out of time or just didn't want to give up the beach day. This time the whole fam was IN... when I explained my design concept, both my wife and daughter wanted their own version, still honu themed. da Scene: Determined to get this done done during the 16 day visit back home on Oahu, I did my research early and narrowed it down to 3 spots initially. After some dm's, email exchanges and finally some voice calls, it was Lai @ Tattoo Hawaii who I connected with most, so we scheduled an in-person consult and then our sessions, with 2 days left on our trip - only lost 1 beach day (it was a perfect one too). da Service: Every contact before our session was courteous and replied to promptly. I did have to be insistent on Lai doing our work, even if it meant spanning multiple days. His work on social media and Yelp! most connected with me. At our consult he explained how he would approach my design concept and adapt it to my wife and daughter. Lai was confident he could get us all done in one afternoon/evening session. The shop is tucked away on the 2nd floor of a little building on the corner of Kapiolani and Piikoi... parking is a challenge, so arrive early to wait out a spot. The shop is comfortable and can accommodate 3-4 artists working, with friends looking on in support. da Work: Kai was up 1st as hers would be the least complicated. She went with 3 petroglyph style honu, each about 3.5" diameter, ink'd fairly heavy - vertically on her upper arm, pretty classic design. She has several tattoos already and was surprised that Lai didn't work with a stencil... he simply free-handed the design with several pens, directly on your body. He's a very cool, confident cat, laid back and within minutes has you chatting it up like you went to high school together. I went next as my wife wanted to see how mine's worked out to help solidify her concept. Lai drew a honu/dragon/shark tooth design on my upper arm and I said "go for it". 2.5 hours later I was stunned at the fine details he added to the shark's teeth encircling the honu shell, as well as tribal accents in the honu, while incorporating the dragon profile. It really was satisfying to see my concept executed closely, while adding style and depth, bringing it to life. Carla was last up and really wanted to stick close to what I had done... just smaller and wanted the dragon to "pop" more. As you can see, Lai nailed it... however subtle, the dragon does appear more prominent on her piece. da Wrap: Really happy all-around, already thinking about how to add to it, maybe add color, grow it further down my arm, how to add to the story. It's a very personal thing and I really suggest you take your time to research and find the right artist. I'm confident that you'll find the right one at Tattoo Hawaii. We were there most of the day and saw several folks and artists' work, there was actually one guy there the whole time getting a large whole body piece worked on with a manual tattoo tool, that's an investment! HUGE shout out to Lai for making our sessions so enjoyable and comfortable... When he found out it was my and my wife's 1st work, he said he was honored to be 1st... such a humble guy, great disposition. We'll see you soon brother!

I agreed to get my deposits refunded, but it is now JUNE and I have not yet received my refund. I have emailed him on multiple occasions & reached out via Venmo multiple times and he never responded. I DM'ed him on Instagram & his only solution was to talk to the tattoo shop owner. Spoke with the tattoo shop & they said they can't do anything since this appointment was made prior to Curtis' start at Keesh, which I completely agree. Then the artist got upset, needlessly aggravated the situation, and I got called a Karen. I found this artist on Instagram and was impressed by their work which is why I had reached out, but the attitude they took up with me was unprofessional. Even their casual reply to my emails made me feel dismissed. I appreciate the recommendation to go back to my original artist, (who unfortunately isn't even on island), but all this could have been expressed in a calmer, more professional tone, which is why I gave the feedback. To get name called and disregard like this was uncalled for. I hope no one else gets treated this way.

I am super unhappy with my experience working with scheduling my appointment with Raquel, who is the manager of the business. I had two tattoos scheduled with the artist Leo. I had booked my appointment 3 months in advance, I explained how I would be moving off island so I wanted to book ahead of time. Two weeks prior to my appointment Raquel texted me and said she had to move my appointment and she requested a specific date and time she needed to move me to. No biggy, I was able to move my work schedule to accommodate her requested date but asked her if she could do a little later time that day she requested. She said she needed to ask Leo if the time would work for him on that day. A few days passed and I had a date scheduled but no time so I reach to her and she responding back trying to change the date again! I explained to her I had already moved my work schedule around the date she had already requested me to move my appointment to and we had already agreed on a new date but we just needed to clarify on the time. Finally she said she understood and scheduled me for the new date and time. The night before my appointment I realized she hadn't sent me the address so I reached out to her and asked for it and I also confirmed I would be seeing her tomorrow for my appointment. She responded by sending my the address. The next day/date of my appointment, just 4 hours prior to my tattoo time, she texted me telling me she needed to reschedule my appointment.... requesting to move me to the ORIGINAL date I was scheduled for! After already moving my work schedule and accommodating to move my appointment multiple times, I told her how I couldn't move it a 4th time so she canceled my appointment with no further discussion. I've been following Leo's Instagram account and his art work for months now so I was looking forward to it but Raquel raised way too many red flags. Also, super unprofessional she posted an Instagram story going out to get drinks at the time of my appointment. I can't make this up. Anyway, I would suggest Leo should find a more reliable person rather then his significant other to schedule his clients because she is not doing a very good job as being a manager for their business. I don't doubt I would had been happy with my tattoo results from Leo but save yourself time and find a more reliable business!

Raquel and Leo were very sweet and accommodating; my sister and I loved our experience, and I hope to get my next tattoo done by Leo again in the future (his work is amazing!)
