A guy named Dave looked up the price based on the make, model, and engine type and said it was coming up as $713 including labor which could change but would be somewhere around that price. I asked which towing coming they recommended and had it towed there. After it got there they did a diagnostic and said that it would be about $1500 including the tow; they had to replace the battery for the diagnostic and the alternator would be a bit more than $1000. I asked why the alternator was so much since I had talked to Dave earlier and he said it would be around $713. The guy on the phone said Dave prolly didn't realize that it was a car with a computer system--but that was a lie since Dave looked it up based on the make, model, and engine type. He then put me on hold and came back and said "the boss" says that Dave told me it would be between $700 and $1600 which was also a blatant lie. In the end they ended up replacing the alternator for a somewhat high but fairly reasonable price but the ease with which they lied about it all was infuriating and they do not seem trustworthy whatsoever

Their prices are excessively high, and they attempted to impose unnecessary charges. They tried to bill me $300 for an oil change after they went to the back to 'fix' it. Additionally, they charged me for 7 quarts of oil when my vehicle only requires 4.2, and they added a $20 fee simply because they felt entitled to do so and another charge for "some sort" of additive that I didn't ask for they probably even didn't do the additive. They claimed it was for shop supplies, yet there was another charge for the actual supplies. I suppose they are billing me for the towels used to clean their dirty hands. Those who leave positive reviews are likely unaware of the scam and simply comply with it; they even impose a 3% fee for card payments as if it's 1999. These are the kind of people who WILL intentionally damage your vehicle just to ensure you return. I had to make two calls to check if my car was ready, as no one in the shop seemed to know its status. It could have remained there overnight if I hadn't called at the last moment. These people are criminals.

We unwisely let them try again under their one-year repair warranty. Total brakes failure again within 20 miles. They offered- laughably- to try a third time. No refund, of course. Another shop fixed our brakes with none of the problems Master's Touch told us caused the repeated failures. Meanwhile, they demanded $300 to replace our battery, asked $200 for a "hard to find" license plate mount for my kid's car ($20 on amazon), and took weeks to turn over the money they got when they sold her wrecked car for us. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Zane came outside immediately, checked my oil, and then offered to run diagnostic codes on the car. He took the time to explain the report, reassured me that the car was safe to drive, and--with absolutely no pressure--simply asked whether I'd like to schedule an appointment to have it checked further or wait to see if the issue happened again. When I offered to pay, he told me there was no charge. I even tried to give him a tip to buy lunch, and he politely declined, saying the only thing he wanted was for me to tell others about the business. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. I wish I lived closer, but I'm honestly considering making the 40-minute drive to have them become my regular mechanic because trustworthy, honest shops like this are hard to find.
