Well, they broke the side venting kit and left my dryer venting to the inside of the dryer itself! A huge fire hazard. As I was trying to connect it back myself I noticed quite a bit of lint, so I pulled the pipes out just to find that my new LG washer/dryer was a used model. Update: Lee & Jack's eventually agreed to replace the unit.

I took advantage of Recker & Boerger Fall tune up. Angell Gardner was timely and very thorough in her inspection of our furnace and the HVAC unit. She cleaned up the heat sensor in the furnace and cleaned out the compressor coils. So we're ready for the winter as well as next summer . Thanks Angell for the complete inspection!
