When she got home, she changed her mind and decided to return the product. She had both the item and the receipt, and the return was well within the allowed time frame (1 week). However, the employees told her that she had to provide a valid phone number in order to complete the return--something she was never required to provide when she originally paid in Cash. They also forced she take Store Credit instead of issuing a Cash refund. Because she felt pressured, she ended up giving them my phone number just so the return could be processed. A few days later, I noticed that points were deducted from my personal Ulta account, even though I never received any points from her transaction in the first place. This is completely unacceptable.
