Karen is my go to lash artist, I am really sensitive to most lash glues which I told Karen at the start and she was able to work with me to find a glue that doesn't irritate my eyes. She works very meticulously and is extremely gentle whenever I get a lash fill. She makes sure I am comfortable and set up so I can take a nice nap while she works her magic! She's always working with me to increase my lash retention as well as giving me recommendations on after care such as lash shampoo brands and how to properly wash my lashes. I got my ombré powder eyebrows done by Linh and I could not be any happier! I never really thought about getting permanent make up done until I saw Linh's work. From the moment I went in to inquire about an appointment, till the end of my aftercare, she was texting me and checking up on me every step of the way. When she was mapping out my eyebrows, she was very patient with me in helping me find my desired shape and look.
