Fair enough, so since the flowers werent delivered that day before 1, I asked for a refund of the $10 rush fee. The manager, got sassy and was extremely rude with me and told me no. They were sticking with original order. I told her either refund me the $10 rush fee or refund me the entire order of $200 (ish). She said she would rather lose the order than refund me the rush fee. I got my refund and cancelled the entire order. Whomever this mgr is who took my call....she needs a lesson in customer appreciation and not to be sassy when people are calling. 0 stars if possible! in response to the post...i did not ask for a refund of the purchase AND free flowers. I wanted the flowers...why would i want a refund and to deliever the flowers. no one works for free! I wanted a $10 refund but the gal who called me wouldnt listen, was snappy, and short.

The employee knew I had trouble placing an order online, so when it went through she called to notify me that it went through and that she verified with the funeral home the date and times to ensure it arrived on time. She even gave me the personalized ribbon free of charge. When the arrangement was complete, she texted me a picture of the final product.
