Beef Tallow Donuts?! Say less…read more Lone Peak Provisions donuts have been popping up on my Instagram feed forever. It feels like everyone and their mamas were getting these donuts except me! Well, that didn't last long because I finally got my hands on them and they're so good! There are a few donut places in town but this sure stands out. Fried in beef tallow, these donuts fill your craving for a guilty pleasure without giving you that almost regrettable feeling after you eat them. They offer a nice variety of flavors but my stand outs have to be the original glazed, Nutella, and huckleberry. I thought I would really love the creme brulee but the cream inside had a strange sour tang to it that my palette did not enjoy. If you don't have a sweet tooth, Lone Peak Provisions also serves up very tasty smashburgers and beef tallow fries! A very reliable lunch spot for sure.

You walk up to a bus and pay 9 bucks for a burger, chips, drink and it comes in a brown bag in under 8 minutes(thats fast) 4) Please do your homework before you come up with those accusations. 5) I'm writing an honest review of this place, they can do way better. There is a ton of room for improvement I will be going back to try it again later, but for now I'm sticking with my honest review. Other then that please read my review ***************************************************************************************** Let me say this first, I've been to every place in town that sells burgers and I wouldn't consider this "the best" burger. It's actually far, far away from being the best; I would say a million light years away from even being close to that title. So let's talk about the place: it's a nice location and the inside is nice as well. The staff are polite as can be. We had a lot of people come with us and we were able to accommodate our group at a table perfectly with more wiggle room. Moving on to the most important part: the food. I am giving them two stars. If I could do 1.5 stars I would. While the patty was tasty it doesn't change the fact that it's just a normal frozen burger thrown on a griddle and cooked all the way through. The size of the patty itself wasn't thick at all. The toppings were good but the bun wasn't great. It seems like they bought a ton of those small Great Value buns. The next biggest thing I didn't like was the fries. I got the waffle fries and I paid extra for a large. The taste and crunchiness was fine on mine but it seems like there is no difference on a regular order of fries and a large. Several people ordered a large as well and there was no difference from a regular! I counted 5 waffle fries(small ones) that looked like the Oreida fries you buy in a bag in the frozen food section at Wal-mart. Overall I paid 14-15 dollars for my burger (fries, drink, all the toppings included with that price). I still think Ted's and Burger Bobs Blow this place out of the water for taste, proportions, and price. But if you truly want the "best" burger in town for under 10 bucks, I would go to a place called Heap Burger. Thanks for reading read more

I have eaten at Best Burger twice already and both times were fantastic. The Nason's, both Betty and Wade, really know how to run a restaurant and what good old fashioned food should taste like. Before even taking my first bite, I was sold on the building and interior decorating. The building is small and cozy, but there are large tables to accommodate big groups. It is decorated with many local antiques and a precious family photo of the Nason's when Betty (whose restaurant is right behind Wade's), opened the Butcher Boy. The food was excellent both times I've been there. With fry options of hand cut, regular, waffle, and sweet potato, it is easy to find something that everyone will like! The burger was cooked to perfection and my heath flurry was delicious. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone! read more

I recently visited Best Burger in Bozeman, MT, and had a mixed experience. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese, which was decent. The beef had good flavor, but overall, the burger was just a regular one--nothing really stood out as special. A note for future visitors: the cheeseburger doesn't come with fries or a drink, so you have to order those separately. I got a small fry with some fry sauce, which was good, though I felt the meal was a bit overpriced at around $15. The service wasn't the best either. The person working the drive-thru was a little dry and lacked warmth, making the overall experience feel less welcoming. All in all, it was a decent meal, but not sure if it lives up to the hype considering the price and lackluster service. read more

Just what I wanted from a small independent roadside burger joint: tasty honest grilled burgers, excellent French fries, fast service and a local "mom and pop" atmosphere. I also particularly like the owners "no tipping" policy. Bozeman has long awaited a non-chain counterpart to Livingston's Mark's In and Out (which is open only seasonally) and the Pop Stand (now defunct)... and this is as close as we get. Parking is a little limited, the interior decor is plain and beige, the exterior is easy to miss - anonymous really - and the location is a 16 mile R/T drive from downtown Bozeman to Four Corners. But if you're in the mood for a reasonably priced honest burger, it hits the spot. Recommended! read more

There is seating closeby, around their booth. There is usually parking in The Market lot. If not, go across the street to the west. Now, those burgers... As someone who doesn't eat beef, I love the vegetarian, chicken breast, and turkey burger options. When I crave a Napa Burger w a turkey patty (with a green olives + gorgonzola flavor explosion), there is no turning back. You can also get a bowl or a salad with the same winning combo. I also recommend the Libertine burger, which comes with arugula and avocado on a whole grain bun. Word to the wise (or the dumb, since I only just figured this out, after years of Liberty), order a sauce w your burger and get extra if you like it saucy. My one complaint had been that my sandwich was consistently a bit dry, especially if ordered to go. Adding the sauce to the order for another $1.50 = problem solved. The homemade BBQ is a little spicy for my poor tender mouth, but the garlic aioli absolutely does the trick on either burger mentioned above. Three cheers for homemade ketchup as well. If you're still reading and not yet on your way to Liberty, two more notes: I LOVE their onion rings, and they often throw an extra one or two onto the order. (Yes, they use beef tallow. Apologies to the serious vegetarians.) And, the shakes are fantastic. You can have alcohol added to orders on site. They always have a featured flavor of the season/month. Then, roll yourself on home and plan your next day's workout accordingly (Or not. You do you.)
