WOW!! THE ONLY burger I want to have now when in town! No more Five Guys or U Burger or elsewhere! This burger is great because - it is moist, has flavor, (unlike some other places), not too thick/nice size patty, soft fresh-like bun, lovely toppings, delicious 'secret sauce' (used mainly for the fries), and they serve it in a cardboard/paper basket, not mushed or humid in wrapper/paper like other places serve. Fries are great too! Service is quick too! This will definitely be a monthly treat for us! read more

I believe they are the best in town right now. I don't think burgers are meant to be served to you on plates. The paper sheet on the plastic tray adds to the flavor. Go loon at antiques or head home from a hike and grab a burger it is a perfect addition to the day. I like that teenagers still work at burger joints and mumble. read more

What a great drive thru! This is our lunch destination when shopping in the area. I always thought no one could touch In 'n Out back in California. These burgers blow them away. We were so happy we stopped in here! Great, simple food. They do a few things (burgers, chicken sandwiches, shakes) and they do them well. I was especially impressed that the chicken nuggets came from real actual pieces of chicken (vs the crap you get at fast food chains). Prices are totally reasonable. Been here twice now and I'm loving it! Really good burgers, yummy fries, and delicious milkshakes. We went inside last time, and ordered for 10 people. They had our food out within 6-7 minutes. I was impressed at how fast they were. Everyone was very friendly as well. I brought my picky brother in law and he was so impressed, he sought out the owner to give his compliments. We just left the hot springs and wanted to grab some food before we headed back to Billings. We'd never been here before, and decided to see if it was good or not. IT WAS AMAZING. We have been meaning to stop by this place for a while, but always drive by. It is a rare occasion that we stop for fast food, but we were in the mood for a fast burger. Rather than waste my money on some overpriced Mc Donalds crapburger, we decided to give Best Burger a try. I was a little concerned about the price, it is a little more spendy than your run of the mill fast food, and the menu is entirely a la carte, however upon receiving our meal we were blown away by the quality! Their hand cut french fries were thin cut and perfectly crispy. Also they were hot and fresh. You could tell they were made to order, NOT made and waiting for someone to order them, possibly for hours. The burgers looked delicious and fresh, piled with veggies and a fluffy bun. This concerned me because my son is quite the messy eater. He seems to eat by osmosis usually resulting in 90% of the meal on the floor. He ate the whole burger and did not drop a single piece. This just goes to show how awesome this burger was! My daughter ordered the chicken nuggets, which I fully expected to be those nuggets from Costco thrown into the deep frier. The chicken nuggets were hand cut chicken breast breaded and fried. That's right! I could tell they were not only from a real animal, but which part of the animal too! A rare gem in the fast food industry. Overall we were quite pleased with everything from the amazing food to the fast and friendly service. Not only do I have to say we will be going back, but we will never waste our money on traditional fast food again! Stopped in twice for lunch. First time burgers were good, well done, seasoned and prepared the way I ordered. Fresh cut salted fry's prepared perfectly. Second time I was not able to eat the burger which wasn't done and didn't have what I ordered on it and the fry's were soggy and not seasoned. I almost called the health department. The burger was really under cooked and bloody. hope they clean up their act before someone gets sick. read more

I am giving it four stars for the quality of food. But the service has really gone down hill. I have been less than impressed. If the younger guy works the drive thru your order will be right and he is very nice. If the younger dark haired girl with a lot of eye liner works it.. You can bet your order is wrong and you recieved some attitude with the whole experienced. I love there burgers... Hope their service steps up though. read more

The name does not lie. This place truly is the Best Burger. Better than In N Out, McDonald's, Wendy's, and any other burger place you can think of. The fry sauce is out of this world and there's nothing better than an Oreo Flurry with your meal. I have dreams about this place when I leave Montana. It's the best!!! read more

The hours too need to be changed, opening up at 11:30 is too late. most people want to be eating by then, not sitting in a drive threw for 15 minutes trying to give your order. The name Best Burger is obviously just a business name. Names should have true meanings. My recent trip to bb was sadly disappointing. It took longer to order the meal than it did to eat it and I wasn't waiting in line. The others I had lunch with hadn't received their meal after I finished mine. The burger itself was tasty because any grilled greasy burger has a special flavor. Had I known the paddies were so small I would have ordered a double but the price already seemed a little high. The bun was something a poor college student would buy at Town and Country in the bargain isle. Also, I didn't know fries never came with the meal. Lesson learned. Alex J must have gone to another Best Burger in some far off land because it wasn't the one in 4 Corners. Lots of room for improvement. I was kind of depressed with the quality of McDonalds, and I decided to see if this place was any good. I didn't like it. I loved it. As a critic, we thrive on negative criticism, which is fun to write and to read. However, in the grand scheme of things, we must recognize that there are exceptions to this. Best Burger reminded me of the old days, long ago, when I would sit by the grill, and wait for my father to come out and make his "famous" burgers. The mere sound of burgers grilling reminded me of the first baseball game I went to, years ago. The sound of the sizzling meat reminded me of the clapping and cheering of the fans, and the smells were euphoric. The smells of perfectly cooked fries reminded me of the potato latkes my family made during Christmas/Hanukkah (we celebrated both). And the ketchup, so red, reminds me of my grandmothers red lipstick. Ah, the memories. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the geniuses now cooking at Best Burger. I will return, hungry for more. read more

Good little gem for a quick meal. The fries could use more salt and could be a bit crisper and the mayo is a little heavy, but in general the food is quite tasty and inexpensive. I did want to like this restaurant. But it's missed the mark twice. The food is fine but it's the service that is lacking. Most recently I called an order in to speed up the process. I arrived when I was told to for the pick up. Upon arrival I waited in line behind customers ordering, when I did finally pay I receive a milkshake made ahead of time. The girl checked on my order only to be to told by the cook I could get in line like everyone else.?? (I would have fired the smart mouth on the spot). Several people that were ordering when I arrived received their orders before me. I did finally get my order, and me, my burger and my warm runny milkshake left never to return. Why didn't I enjoy my milkshake while I waited? It wasn't for me. :( read more
