It's a walk-up and order/indoor food truck vibe in the middle of The Market at Ferguson Farms - a complex of other shops and restaurants. There is seating closeby, around their booth. There is usually parking in The Market lot. If not, go across the street to the west. Now, those burgers... As someone who doesn't eat beef, I love the vegetarian, chicken breast, and turkey burger options. When I crave a Napa Burger w a turkey patty (with a green olives + gorgonzola flavor explosion), there is no turning back. You can also get a bowl or a salad with the same winning combo. I also recommend the Libertine burger, which comes with arugula and avocado on a whole grain bun. Word to the wise (or the dumb, since I only just figured this out, after years of Liberty), order a sauce w your burger and get extra if you like it saucy. My one complaint had been that my sandwich was consistently a bit dry, especially if ordered to go. Adding the sauce to the order for another $1.50 = problem solved. The homemade BBQ is a little spicy for my poor tender mouth, but the garlic aioli absolutely does the trick on either burger mentioned above. Three cheers for homemade ketchup as well. If you're still reading and not yet on your way to Liberty, two more notes: I LOVE their onion rings, and they often throw an extra one or two onto the order. (Yes, they use beef tallow. Apologies to the serious vegetarians.) And, the shakes are fantastic. You can have alcohol added to orders on site. They always have a featured flavor of the season/month. I saw that they had a homemade veggie burger and thought I'd give it a try. The cashier was engaging but didn't know much about the home made "burger" vs. an Impossible burger. Another worker came over and explained how the home made burger is soy free and can be a bit crumbly vs. the Impossible which (we all know) is more like a beef burger. The entire veggie burger was really good, I didn't think it was "crumbly". It comes on a good bun other than it was a bit dry. I got mine to-go so the sauce was on the side. Located in a food hall with some stores for shopping. It's an open airy type of place that could get loud. This is a walk up to order and they bring out your food to you type of place. Everyone was very nice and professional. I ordered the libertine burger bowl with a beef patty instead of the turkey. It was good but nothing really stood out to me. I tried one of the onion rings and it wasn't really what I was anticipating. It was ok and some would probably think it was great but I was expecting something more traditional. Tried eating here for the first time. My husband and I are eating low carb right now so we tried the Napa burger bowls. Got them to go. It's a decent sized salad, the patty was good and I liked everything in my Napa salad. When I made my order she asked me what dressing I wanted, but our salads came with no dressing. Truly the worst Ahi tuna sandwich I've ever had for $19.....the pic on the menu and description looked amazing so I was willing to try the exorbitant priced sandwich with no accompanying sides. Flavorless, not seared rare, tasted more like it was flash boiled. Yes, like soggy mushy fish. The bun was also soggy and the slaw on top also flavorless. Truly bizarre how they make a great cut of fish taste so bad. The shoestring fries (extra charge) were good and so was the cocktail so that's the extra star. Overall the counter service and food runner didn't help the experience, both were short and unfriendly with their interactions. The tip screen starts at 25% --you have to auto enter anything below 18% before you've had your food or encountered your food runner. I've eaten at Liberty Burgers in another state multiple times and usually am satisfied. Today the Liberty burger was great , Jackie o burger was good but the toppings were so cold it detracted. Onion rings were excellent Unfortunately, the veggie burger was one of the worst I have ever eaten--mushy and flavorless. I ate about 1/4 of it and gave up. Staff was friendly and efficient. They were very receptive to feed back and took the burger off the bill so hopefully the veggie burger was an anomaly. read more

After charging $8 for an order of onion rings, they felt it was necessary to charge 25 cents for ranch.
