I would not come here again. Parking is abundant with plenty of space at any time of the day. Employees are ready to help, are friendly, and I enjoyed speaking to them. However while shopping a security guard did not hide they were looking over my shoulder and watching me shop almost immediately from when I walked into this store. I didn't realize until I turned around and he was there staring at me. I made my purchase left and felt upset; I was profiled and I feel it was because I am black. There are other people shopping at this store and he didn't follow them. I walked back in asked the greeter to request a manager who's name is Alejandro; I shared my experience with him and I could tell he was uncomfortable by his body language, but he did acknowledge this situation. I provided him this feedback to share how I felt, and how it was wrong. To have a security follow me before an employee asks me for help is extremely disappointing. This store has plenty of options, it's a bit older of a store, but has a great selection of electronics you can pickup in store and has a mobile bay for car tech installations. Today I was purchasing a car charger while I'm on vacation and found an insignia brand charger & adapter that was at a great price. Would I come here again, definitely not, but that should not stop you. I hope they take my in person feedback well, and apply a great shopping experience for all customers of all ethnicities. It hurts me to write this review. I have been shopping at BestBuy since they opened, in the stores and online. I will NEVER shop there again! I had to purchase a mini fridge for upstairs because I am facing a surgery where I will need to keep icepacks handy, and likely will not be able to walk stairs. I shopped online because it wont fit in my car, and I chose the one at best buy because of the promised delivery date. It not only didnt show up as promised, it wouldnt update shipping status on the website. As of 1500, it still said "arriving today" even though it clearly had not shipped! I called customer service twice. The first time they hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. The second time they blatantly refused a supervisor, and lied stating "trust me, I promise it will arrive today" (it didnt) I attempted to contact the executive leadership team, and someone named "Pre" responded, telling me it would take 48 hours to get response. I scheduled an appointment with Geek Squad to fix my cracked screen. I imagine that if Geek Squad allows for IPhones to be a part of devices they can fix they would know how to operate them so that it could be fixed. They sent me to Apple because they couldn't run a test because the screen was cracked and the bottom part of the phone lost its touch sensibility. Either the kid didn't feel like doing all the extra stuff it took to get the diagnostic test to run or he just didn't know how to. If that's the case, the employees should be more informed on Apple products since you allow them to be fixed with your company. It really took me 3 days to get my phone fixed because then this employee who couldn't fix my phone at Geek Squad scheduled an appointment with Apple for the next day at 4:30pm and they closed at 6pm that day. He let me know it would take 2-3 hours with Geek squad to fix my phone and Apple said the same thing but because they closed at 6 I would have to come get it the next day. So I had to go back the next day. It was just the lack of knowledge for me. read more

We recently purchased a new tv at this location. We never felt pressured to buy and weren't annoyed by the tireless upselling that other electronics stores try. We even expressed that we were originally going to get a $6000 tv, it ended up with a slightly lower end one for $1400 and we were only asked why we went with it. Once we explained that it was the price, he said "oh, that makes sense" and never tried to up sell to that tv. We were also showed the proper mount for the tv when we asked which one would be best, and again, weren't up sold on a more expensive one. When I asked about the difference between the one we purchased and another (again more expensive one) from a different brand, the associate told us that the one we were purchasing blew the other one out of the water. We are super pleased with our purchase and the helpful, knowledgeable and kind customer service that we were provided when shopping. I'm so glad that Best Buy has the standards they have for their stores and customer service! When we are ready to buy the more expensive, albeit TOTALLY worth it, tv we were originally looking at, this store will DEFINITELY have our business again! The dash cam installers don't have a clue what they are supposed to do or about the different dash cams. The installer told me that my dash cam was not capable of recording or parking monitoring despite saying it on the box. The installers here don't know what their doing. Best Buy is currently back-ordered on the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator and has been since May. They did not tell us this at the time of purchase. We have since ordered a different refrigerator and asked that Best Buy match the cost since we ordered so long ago. I have now been on hold for three hours with customer service and been told that the price matching of different brands is not possible. We went to look at a specific pair of headphones that was on sale. There were 50 cases of them in the front of the store, sitting out in the open. There were another set, exact same product, same price, except a different color inside of a display case. The guy that pulls it out to show us literally won't let us walk away with it, keep shopping anywhere else in the store do do anything until he rings us out on his handheld device. He tells us, "If you're buying the one from this case, you have to buy in right here with me. You can't go anywhere else with it." Whoa bro. Way to turn off your customers with being a bit over protective. We approached you with 2 other of the exact same things in hand. We just wanted to compare. We didn't end up buying anything.
