Dryer repairman asked me to text him the address to a different cell phone, which I did. I included my tenant. Dryer-man said he could be there the next day, but never responded with a time. I called at 9am the next day. He said he would call. He allegedly did, but did not give my tenant a time frame. Then, I called again to say I was going to find someone else/cancel the appointment. He started yelling at me, I said bye and hung up. Then, he responded to the texts. He had the nerve to call me bossy and tell me I needed a chill pill when I never wanted to be a middleman between these two adults anyway. Why he couldn't respond to a text (that he requested) and then call me bossy when I wanted a response on behalf of my tenant is beyond me. I do not recommend.
