I set up an appointment to have my refrigerator fixed because the ice maker dispenser motor was not…read moreworking. I explained this in detail. I made an appointment windows from 12pm-3pm. The repair person showed at approximately 12:25pm (which was great). It took him less than a minute to determine wires at the bottom of my freezer door needed to be soldered. Then he proceeds to tell me he has no time today to fix it and I need to make another appointment. I carved out my day for this. I asked why he could not do it today. He said he had four other jobs to do today and did not have time. I asked then why are you even here. He said to diagnose. When I made the appointment I was told it would be repaired today. Now this guy said he had four other jobs to do today. So basically I feel that my time was wasted and was upset. I told him I made the appointment today to have it fixed and if he could not do the repair today I would call someone else. I asked him to leave. He told me I needed to be respectful. I told him, you are not being respectful of time and I asked him to leave. He wasn't moving. I said if you do not get out of my house immediately I would call the police. In my opinion, when you make an appointment to have something fixed, they should fix it, unless parts or something has to be ordered. It only took him a minute to diagnose, so he had an idea of the issue before he arrived. Asking for a second appointment to fix the issue seems unreasonable to me and a total lack of respect for a customers time. I will not be utilizing this company again and will avoid them in the future. Especially, since I had to ask this guy several times to leave and threaten to call the police before he left. Update: The technician did not immediately pack up. I asked four separate times. Also, when on the phone in setting up the appointment, I was told the repair would be done on the appointment. I would understand if parts needed to be ordered, that was not the case here. At no time when setting the appointment was an expectation that this was a diagnosis only visit. I was clearly told on the phone it was a repair visit. I wish this company would be honest about the situation. I find their response purely self serving at best and dishonest at worse.

Aaron was our service technician and was knowledgeable about European Appliances. He was professional and a good communicator to explain the issues to me and ordered a new part for my machine. The new part arrived he did a great job at my request to take photos for me of the inside of the machine before and after. That way I could see how he was able to thoroughly clean the inside of the machine before a main part was replaced. Now I feel comfortable moving forward to keep the machine and not have to replace it. I appreciate the professionalism, punctuality and care that was taken by the technician while he was in my home.

Today 05/29/2026. My technician was Aaron C. When he arrives to your house please ask to see the…read moreproducts that you paid for that are on your invoice. When he is done please ask to see, hold the removed items. Today Aaron C (Asian) gentleman came to fix my whirlpool refrigerator with items he said he ordered. Gave me such a hard time when I asked to see the items, finally showed me. We questioned the heating element because it did not look like a picture I googled. He states he replaced and he was done, I then asked to see the items removed. He flat out refuses to show me, says it is against company policy. After informing him I was not going to pay the final bill until he shows me my removed items as none were a environmental hazard and they technically belongs to me and I was going to involve his office he hands me the Defrost thermistor assy piece with cut wires and the Bi metal stub, but refuses to give me the box, bag or the Heating Element Essy he removed from my fridge. He actually days my refrigerator has 2 heating elements. After minutes of me refusing to back down he gives me something broken from a GE refrigerator and the box that he arrived with. I have a whirlpool and my heating element does not look anything like this. All of this is still going on with company and I hope they realize they have a employee who lies and apparently steals from the customers. I am not backing down on this until I am refunded $325 for the part Aaron C did not order and or did not replace. I dont like being lied to and taken advantage of. For anyone, do not settle when they say they wont show you want you are paying for. You as customer have a right to see what you paid for and what they removed. Pictures are of the heating element for a GE refrigerator, I have a whirlpool. Ps. I recorded this whole thing. This was not a la gage barrier as his English is pretty good in my recording. This is someone who was finally busted.
