Below 0 stars. First: you can't call or reach the store with the phone number. Goes to general BestBuy call center which is useless. Second: Purchased large expensive TV a month ago (was not aware of the service...) , due to remote location, and difficulty to drive tv around due to size, wanted to exchange/ repair tv, no way to contact the store. 1800 phone of Best Buy send an internal message to manager of the store, Joe, and he never responded back. Went in person after driving over 1h and explained all to the manager Joe and Joe had no will to help, gave us 1800 Best Buy GeekSquad number and they don't service LG. We said we did all this, he insisted is the way to go. So we called again and same answer, GeekSquad is a total joke. All this wait was over 15 days of return policy.... Seems bad reviews about him also with other customers... A total waste of time with this store that has 0.0 knowledge or will to help a customer. Save your stress and get electronic from a reputable place with better customer service even if you have to pay few pennies more. Mistake to deal with them and BestBuy in general. Vizio TV bought just over a year ago dies. It broke and the Vizio warranty passed so used my Geek Squad protection plan. They would not replace the TV as they don't carry that brand anymore, and it worked when they plugged it in. Even after telling them it was a sporadic problem where it would sometimes just turn off, then start again in another language or not recognize the HDMI input from out Dish receiver. or it would not start up correctly after being turned off sometimes. I also told him a did all of the Vizio suggestions like a hard factory reset and change the HDMI cable. He said it is flagged to be sent to their repair center for repair. 1 to 3 weeks. After 1 week no word from them and when I checked it said still in transit and that the info had not been updated since day 1 (a week before). What really concerns me is the tech (LOL) wrote his suggestions that did not include what I had said and he suggested it might just need a reset! If they simply reset it and send it back we will be wasting another long round trip when it dies again! I have to wonder if and when we will ever hear from this joke of a company that never answers the phone or have a supervisor in the store to talk to. The manager Rylan provided 10/10 customer service. He was the long bright spot in what was otherwise a really poor buying experience. I had been trying to get a TV delivered for two months and it got delayed 6 weeks and had spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service for the online store to try to work something out without a solution. . I canceled the order and paid someone to pick one up and deliver it instead. When we opened it, it was cracked. I brought it back and after customer service initially refused the return, Rylan made things right after I explained the whole situation. He set me up for a pickup at the closest Best Buy. I bought a a TV 2 weeks ago and it was suppose to be delivered and set up on Tuesday the 8th. They never came or called why. I went to the Concord store on Wednesday and the manager named Julie said that they contract their deliveries and didn't know why they didn't make the appointment and she filled out a form on the computer to get me back in line for a delivery but could not tell when it will be I am still waiting for a text from her. Customer service issues, management is not supervised. Corporate are actually customer service reps who make excuses for incompetent employees including managers, they don't have any authority over the management as corporate and home office is actually intended for. Instead, the name Corporate is misleading, office bribes customers to try to give temporary relief in order to sweep problems under the carpet and the store, employees can continue to make the same mistakes with their poor customer service . The problem starts with mistakes that employees make and customers pay for those errors not honoring benefits that their site offers to the customers including free installation with purchase of an automotive product. I purchased everything to build a desktop (i7-13700K, 32gb DDr5, RTX 4060, etc.) and they helped me to price match literally everything... if a cpu was $20 less a BH photo, they knock $20 off my total! I had been here before and purchased a variety of different products for my home office. Went in there for some camera equipment and one of the supervisor asked if I needed any help. She then walked me to the camera section where she proceeded to hover over and watched me for a solid 5 min. Until I confronted her about this and she got extremely defensive. Last March I purchased an automatic car starter from the Best But Manchester location. A few weeks ago it fell from where it was placed and stopped working. This location no longer does this type of service so I brought it to the Concord Best Buy and they fixed it in about 30 without any questions. This Best Buy is awful. We have been looking for a specific model of a refrigerator, called this location and we're on hold for 7 minutes before a human picked up. It took her a while to look in her computer, but she said there was one on the floor of this store. We drove over an hour to check it out and when we got there, not only did they NOT have the refrigerator, but they don't even have ANY of that line actually in the store. I have been a member of Best Buy for several years now, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. On 4/21/22 I dropped off a desktop that crashed when updating and a laptop with a black screen, at the Concord NH best buy to be fixed. I told them to call the home phone as my cell phone is mostly text due to a low cellular signal at home and no voice mail. It is also written on my order form to call the home phone. However, no calls were ever made to the home phone at any time. Due to the national calling that best buy has, I could not contact Concord Best buy and get specifics on my repair. All it states online is that the computers were ready for pickup as of 4/22/22. I live 5 hours round trip and am disabled. After a 5 hour drive I will be bedridden for a few days. I made several calls trying to find out exactly what was wrong with the desktop and the laptop. I could only talk with someone on the national calling with a strong accent that I could not understand. They would only say that tech recommends I get a new computer, and would not tell me if there was a way to fix the computers. On 4/28/22, I did the Best Buy text talk for over 2 hours, while I kept getting transferred to a different person. I found out that an SSD drive could fix both the desktop and the laptop. I was told I could buy the SSD drive online or in the store and geek squad would install it into my desktop without me going back to the store. On 5/3/22, I got an email stating that the SSD drive is ready for pickup at Concord Best buy. On 5/4/22 I did the text talk for an hour to tell them again to install the SSD into the desktop to fix it. This is what I was told. "Upon checking with details, I see that you need to visit the store to pickup SSD Drive and hand it over to our Geek Squad agent and they will proceed with the repair, the reason as it is a pickup order, without your verification it will not be handed over the Geek Squad agent" I was then given the number for geek squad and called them on 5/4/22 explaining the situation and that I was disabled. Geek squad said they would email Concord NH store management to see If Concord would verify by email or phone so that I did not have to make the 5-hour drive just to open the SSD drive package and give it to the geek squad in the same store. After getting no response from Concord NH store, and having no way to contact them, I made a store appointment for 5/17/22 as my only way to contact the store. In the special instruction section I stated "I had the SSD drive shipped to the Concord NH store to be installed into the desktop. Geek squad said they would email Concord NH store and verify by email or phone so that I did not have to make the 5 hour trip. Concord NH store never called me about this appointment when I did not come to the store, or even to ask any questions about my instructions. Since I dropped the computers off, I have spent about 8 hours on phone calls and text talk with no results. I will be leaving my home at noon today and driving the 5 hours to the Concord NH store. I will open the SSD package, that the store probably already has in stock, and give it to the same people in the store. At $4.68 a gallon, I will spend, at the minimum, $92.00 in gas and $15 to eat out. When I return home, I will be bedridden for a few days. They sold me the wrong phone. I was told "it's the same as the display just it's an open box" when I got home I found the case they sold me did not fit. Turned out the case was right, the phone was wrong. I went back and the manager got in my face and aggressively and loudly argued and told me he would not take the phone back! He said "I wasn't there I don't know what anybody said" I told him to look back at the video and audio recording. I said you have the recording. He agreed that he had the recording but added "There's no way you'll get the recording!" After further argument, I asked for corporates number and with a big smart ass smile he wrote it out and handed it to me. I called and "Corporate" told me to take it to a different store. I did and the other store took it back with no issues at all. "Corporate" had told me too that "You can return it and gave me case number (that ultimately u did not need) This store has been bad for 15 years now. I purchased a lap top and spent over 1,300.00 and the young man charged my credit card twice! I asked him if he did because it looked like he had and he was adamant that he hadn't. Yes, he actually did because it was shown on my bank statement that week. When I tried to call this store regarding removing one of the charges the automated answering machine put me on hold for 1/2 hour and hung up before I was able to find out if they were going to just keep me on hold indefinitely!! This company is awful. They are disloyal to their loyal customers, break delivery schedules at their whim and without alerting customers, and refuse to stand behind the products they sell. All in the name of making as much money as they can. I spent more than 10k with Best Buy in 2022 alone. When I had a problem they took my money and ran. They can be 60 days late with delivery but if customers violate their very short return policy by 60 seconds they are out of luck. DO NOT spend your money with these scoundrels. I never will again. I wish that I could give negative stars because that is what this place deserves. I will never go back to this Best buy, ever. I made an appt through Apple.com to get my iphone battery replaced here. Upon arrival, the guy at the counter (geek squad) ran the diagnostics on my phone and then told me that he doesn't think a new battery will fix the battery issue I'm having. Which doesn't really make sense because in the battery health it clearly states that maximum battery health was hitting 82% and it should be at 100% so that would improve with a new battery. So we leave and come back about 2 hours later and he comes back out and tells me that he had issues taking my battery out and it wouldn't take the new one. He then just tells me that the phone is broken and won't power on....and at that moment he just pulls out some paperwork and tells me to sign that I'm taking the phone. I was like what the actual f*%^. This guy breaks my phone and then is just like "well, have a good day"...yeah I don't think so. I swear that they didn't care because it's an older phone, iPhone SE, but I just paid it off and I love that phone. Can you imagine if I had an iPhone XR and he was just like "Whoops, sorry". So I ask to speak to a manager and he was weird about it. Then the manager comes out with him, who is just another kid and he was just as useless at the other guy. They DO NOT offer me one damn thing, I have to push that they do something. I am like, you can't just break my phone and then send me on my way you jack asses. SO I had no choice but to get into another phone right there, just so I had something because it was late and Verizon wasn't open and I needed to see what I could do. So I get into an iPhone 8 and he offered me just $15 off of the products I bought with it, hahahaha, oh wow, thanks! That totally makes up for the hassle you have just presented me with and you're giving me a $600 phone after I just paid mine off, how amazingly nice...hahaha....what a f*&^ing joke. So the next day I call Best Buy back and speak to another manager, he was just as useless, seriously, Best buy is a joke. Or at least this place is. Never again. I then call Apple and they are floored that they handled the situation like that and when he looked it up in the computer about what Best Buy wrote about my case....these idiots wrote in there that I had a consumption issue and they replaced the battery. Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy. The delivery window of 6 hours was already ridiculous. At the 6 hour mark of waiting and nobody showed up I called the customer service line. First time I called was on hold 20 or so minutes then got hung up on. Second called another 40 minutes was told they were running behind and it could another 1 to 2 hours. Three hours later still nothing. I call into customer service again. This time I'm on the phone for hour and a half. Come to find out delivery team left for the day hours ago. No phone call. NADA. I was told a manager would call me back and schedule another time to have them come back out. Well, 5 days later no phone call. Mind you I flew from CA to NH for the first appt. So, today I call to speak to manager and was on hold for 1:20. I gave up. Cancelled my order. Never again will they get my business. read more

Walked in on Tues PM around three and knew the stock number of what I wanted. Went to the area where the item should be and looked. A person came and asked what I was looking for and I told him and gave him the stock number of the item, he replied they had none. At my response that the look-up on line showed 3 in stock, he did manage to find it. I then wanted to look for a HP Printer. He showed where the printers were, and left in a hurry. Looking around saw three employees talking together, but no one came to assist in my search. Was looking for a printer in the area of 200 dollars, because of my researching. Stock very low on the shelves. After ten minutes decided to just pay for what I had and leave. Upon paying for the item and seeing several other employees talking and walking around, asked for a manager. The cashier called a person sitting close by and he came over. Upon delivering my dissatisfactions about the service, he responded that he only had four employees and to keep my voice down. Several other people in the store did not appear to be masked store employees, perhaps buyers, and no help was being administered to them either. I bought an electric range and also purchased delivery, installation and haul-away. Delivery and installation were beyond atrocious. Despite the fact that I told the salesperson that they would be hauling away a propane range, they sent a delivery team (who arrived 35 minutes after the 5-hour delivery window) not certified to handle gas. So, even though I had the propane tank removed and the line sealed, they could not unscrew the line at the wall. Fair enough--miscommunications happen. The team left the propane range sitting in the middle of my kitchen and the crated electric range in the middle of my garage. They did offer to return later in the day if I got the old range disconnected. The propane company came and disconnected and I called the team. They said they were returning home, but would come the next morning. I waited, but they did not come. I called Best Buy and the representative scheduled an installation the next day, with a Noon to 8pm window. I waited the whole time and nobody showed up. Okay, sometimes other installations take longer than anticipated and I wasn't reached. But no call? So, after 8pm, I called Best Buy and spoke with a representative named Chris. He told me that despite my circumstances--not being reached and an old disconnected range in the middle of my kitchen and a new crated range in my garage--he could not reschedule until 6 days later with the same Noon to 8pm window. I was therefore in a situation where I had to wait during another 8-hour window six days later wondering whether someone would show up. One would think that I would not be bumped to the back of the queue in this circumstance, but I was. Chris said he would take ownership of the situation, try to escalate and get the date moved up. He promised to call me within a day to let me know regardless of whether the news was good or bad. He didn't. I ended up hauling the old range out of the kitchen and hauling the new one into it myself. I unpacked and installed the new range myself. I disposed of the old range myself. In compensation, Best Buy said it would send me a $300 gift card. Unfortunately, it is not very valuable as I have little stomach to shop at Best Buy again. read more

Bought 50 inch TV that came with Sling TV for 30 days. After signing up I got the standard 7 days. Called Best Buy and was given a number to resolve this issue. Well after 2 days on the phone and 4 departments I finally got a code to use. Sling TV says the code is invalid or not eligible. read more

I went to the Best Buy in Concord in search of wireless headphones and was immediately steered to a display of the priciest headphones in the store. When I told the salesperson I was not interested in spending the amount I spend for a car payment every month on a set of headphones, she said nothing and walked away from me. I turned around and away from the Bose headphone display and saw a rack if headphones in the $60-$100 range. The salesperson had never bothered to show them to me. This experience is typical at Best Buy. I went there a few months ago in search of a new washing machine. I had already found the one I wanted online and had verified that it had ample capacity for washing king size comforters and was in stock at the Concord store, and for an unbeatable price of $459.Yet the salesman tried to tell me that the washer I wanted did not have enough capacity to wash the aforementioned comforter, and he tried to switch me to a $1300 model. I told him I knew what I wanted and knew it had the features I wanted and he scoffed at me and continued the hard sell. I then told him that I had spent seventeen years delivering appliances for Sears and knew exactly what I was talking about, and he walked away. I found another salesperson and said "I want that one" and bought the machine I had picked out in advance. The moral of my story is this: only go to Best Buy if you have done your shopping before you arrive at the store and know what you want. For major appliances, their prices are often unbeatable. When you get there, and the salesperson approaches you, say "I want that one". Nothing else works with these vultures. And if you are looking for a lower priced item, like headphones, shop around. I ended up doing exactly that and found what I wanted at Walmart for $29.99. Update: I was stupid enough to purchase the headphones at Best Buy for $79.99, but returned them after finding a much better set at Walmart as described above. When I returned the overpriced Insignia headphones to Best Buy, I was asked why I was returning them. When I said that I had found a better set at Walmart for less than half the price, the customer service guy said "you don't know want to know what I think of that." Hmm. I think I know what he thinks of that, and I bet he shops at Walmart too. Shop around, folks. It can save you a boatload of hard earned money. read more

It pains me to do this, as a former employee of the location to go in there and see how the service has devolved into what it was when i worked there hurts me. We used to greet customers as they came in and would ask them if they needed help or make an effort to engage with them about their needs, my last 3 or so experiences there as a customer have not been that kind of experience. I had to purchase things for a buisness and when i tracked someone down and spoke to a manager it was a very good experience but the fact I had to track someone down when they were not busy and you had blue shirt employees standing around conversing with eachother over the customers was very disappointing. I may have a biased view based on what the buisness was like when i worked there compared to now but i would really like to see Best Buy return to what it used to push for when a customer would walk in, get asked if they needed help and it could turn into quite the sales experience. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have never hated a business so much in my life. This is my LAST experience with these people: When we went in there, no one came up to assist us or explain the difference in appliances we were looking at. Our washing machine broke so we were trying to get a new one using our best buy card. So when we finally ordered our new washer, they didnt have it in the store so they had to ship it in from the manufacturer, which was only 1 - 2 hours away in MA. We told them we wanted it ASAP so they told us the soonest it would come in was on saturday June 20th, (a week after we ordered it). Which was disappointing and mind boggling since the factory was literally 1-2 hours away. We are organized so we put all of the dates in our phones. So that saturday the 20th, we wake up early, remove the washer, put in in the driveway, and wait .... and wait. When 3 pm came, we called the store to make sure it was coming. NOPE. They put saturday June 27th on the order form and then proceeded to tell us there was no way they could have told us anything else and there was no way we could get a washer today, We tried EVERYTHING. We tried to cancel it and get another model, offered to drive to the manufacturer and pick it up .. NOTHING. They didnt have anything in stock in any of the stores (closest store with a washer was NY), they wouldnt let us drive to the factory oursleves, and they refused to admit any blame for the problem. On top of that, the girl on the phone was rude, curt, and kept putting us on 10 minute holds without even asking. We would be in the middle of a sentence or ask and question and hold music would come on. So, we go TWO weeks without a washer, (in the middle of no where, the closest laundry mat was an hour round trip not including washing/drying times ... and $3 a load). So before the 27th, we call a couple days early to make sure the washer is coming that saturday. NOPE. Its been delayed. Again. They said "the truck is coming in on sunday now, instead of saturday, so you can pick it up then." okay, so now, instead of picking it up on my way home from work in concord, I now have to drive all the way to concord from weare and pick it up on my sunday afternoon. But it gets worse, so I get half way there, and I call ahead to ask them to have it ready to go when i get there and the girl tells me that the truck has been delayed AGAIN. I ask why they didnt call and notify me, and they didnt know it had been delayed til I asked them to check, SERIOUSLY?! Then I ask the girl to give me a time frame for pick up, since the factory is only 1-2 hours away, and she says the truck has left but she cant see where it is on route, and she couldnt give a time, but it will be in later THAT DAY, and she will call me when it is ready for pick up. They close at 8, so I call at 6 pm to ask if the truck has come in, the girl i talk to says it wont come in for 2-3 days. Im so mad im screaming at her, and so she says "oh well actually it will be in later today so you can pick it up tonight or tomorrow." I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed that there was "NO way" someone could have told me it would be in later today, that was impossible, even though TWO people today told me that. And then he says that even if it did come in today, I wouldnt be able to pick it up until tomorrow. WHAT?!?! Then why did someone call me last week to tell me to pick it up today, and why did both girls tell me I could pick it up today. The level of incompetence of these people is mind blowing. They mess up your order, dont accept responsibility, lie about pick up dates, and then half heartedly apologize and tell you there is nothing you or anyone else can do. They dont even have the common courtesy to call and notify us when things are delayed, we have to call and get blind sided by it. I dont know what is going on with their delivery system, but if it isnt in the store ready to go, then GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Today we decided to take our chances and check out Best Buy's selection of phones. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by Jesse. He was very friendly and informative. He didn't pressure us into buying anything, he simply gave us our options and let us make our own decisions. He was very knowledgeable about each carrier that Best Buy carries as well as different models of phones. What really sold us was the great promotions that Best Buy was having! We are so glad we decided to stop in, not only did we walk out with new phones but also a $100 gift card to use in the store. I would recommend anyone looking for a new phone to go and visit Jesse! I went into this Best Buy after researching boomboxes online. I had a few in mind and just needed to test them out. I went back to the home audio section and found all the stereos on display. I tried a few of them out, saving the one that I had preranked the highest (and the most expensive) for last. None of the other ones were good enough, so I tried to test the last one. It wasn't plugged in. I found an employee who told me that there "was no cord" for that particular model, and if I wanted to try it out, I would need to buy it first, then take it over to the Geek Squad area and test it. A bit of a hassle, but okay. So, I forked over the $130, brought it over to the Geek Squad area, and told them the situation. There was one other person being waited on and 3 employees. The guy in charge told me that one of the other kids would plug in the stereo as soon as they could. I put my giant, bulky box on the counter and began unpacking it when I was told that I couldn't be on that side of the counter (which was basically just a big table). Even though I was simply trying to stand in the least "in the way" area that I could. So, finally someone plugged in my stereo for me. I put in my CD (nothing inappropriate, of course) and started cranking it up. This model is marketed by claims of mega-bass and louder sound output than any of the other boomboxes available. I didn't try to max out the volume, but I cranked it up, fiddled with the settings and walked a few feet away to see how it sounded. The employee that was "helping" me immediately turned down the stereo and told me that I couldn't play it so loud here. I told him that testing the sound was the entire point of me even being in the store, but he insisted that I could not try out the stereo. So, I said I would just return it, since I didn't intend on going to a stereo store and bringing home a boombox without even knowing what it sounded like. I returned the unit and left the store. I don't intend to do any more business at that particular Best Buy, and if I can avoid the entire franchise, I will. Whatever happened to customer service? The stock of supplies at this Best Buy is terrible. I never find something that I need here, whether it would be games or simple cords for electronics. The employees here also do not seem to know what is going on either, but that's probably because these are all temporary employees for the holiday season. read more

This store has 8 car windshield cameras on display but none for sale. The one that areon didplay are broken or damaged. I have been to Manchester,nh store also. Same thing. What a way not to do business. It took me 15 min to find someone to ask a simple question. he seemed upset that i found hid his ice coffee hiding place. My suggestion. Fire the manager get someone else in place and clesn up the store. read more

This review is for Best Buy Geek Squad Car Stereo (Purchase and Installation) in Concord, NH. Mike, Nick and Rick are awesome. They are extremely nice and helped me pick out the least expensive items that they felt would suit my needs and did not try and sell me items that I did not need. Mike even reattached a loose carpet section in my SUV. They did a beautiful job and I love my new stereo system. Highly recommend them. Thank you guys!!!!!! read more

Horrible customer service. We purchased a VHS to digital converter kit which we were told that if it was not what we needed, we could return it. We ended up needing to return it and upon arrival, we were told if it is an open box software item they could not take it back. We were about to purchase a router and asked if we could speak to the manager so we could discuss getting false Information. He was not in the store so we were given his number which was the Concord store. We then asked for them to call the district manager so we could speak with them. Aiden refused. He would not help us in any way. We ended calling customer service where we were told that the return should have taken place. We then went to the Manchester store where Anakin and Sean were so helpful and apologetic and made us whole. We purchased our $400 router from them. We will now be going 30 miles out of our way to Manchester where customer service is a priority. read more

Went in to exchange a western digital easysyore I had received on 2/17. The drive was shipped to me in a bag and had something bouncing around inside. Customer service looked up my order, and asked when I had received the item. I told him 2/17 and showed him an email from bestbuy stating when it was delivered. I had bought two of the drives at the same time but they shipped at different times. The customer service agent says the system says you received the item sooner then the 17th, so when did you really receive it? I told him again on 2/17. He says the system says otherwise sir, let me speak with my manager. He comes back and says, as the return is over 15 days, we can only offer you store credit, or you can call bestbuy.com. as I did not feel like buying anything at the store I took my item and called bestbuy.com. they confirmed it was only 13 days into the return window, sent me a return label and refunded my money. They need to retrain their employees how to engage with people better. read more

This store tell people that you can have a TV shipped to your home but then when I try to order it, is not available in my area. Then why do they send me flyer for the 75" tv for sale. This store is not trustworthy at all, they lie to people. Over the past five years I have spent in this store over 5,500 thousand dollars and this is the way they treat repeat customers, very bad. read more
