    I've been going to this Best Buy for over 20 years, since they opened it. Never had any issues. I don't know if it's new management, or lack of employees, or both, (completely possible), but today I was there with my son and the bathrooms were the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Normally they are fine. I took these pics to show. There was no toilet paper in the entire bathroom, BUT more bothersome, was the state the stalls and sink area were in. I even went to the men's hoping it would be better, but it wasn't. I won't be going back.

    I find little point in coming to Best Buy. Most it not all of their selection is available online, and often can be found cheaper. This is most definitely not a "best" buy. It also has annoying employees. They can't leave you alone for a few seconds before they ask you if you need any help. I hate them for totally ripping you off and making it sound like you're getting great deals on their bullshit. It's much cheaper to buy what you want online. You also won't have to deal with poor service. Checkout lines were so slow. Only two lanes were open, come on. Annoying employees who pester you. They are seriously always up your ass here. I would not recommend buying anything from Best Buy. This place should probably shut down soon. Will not be sad to see that.

    Special should put to Jason who was nice enough that I bought my Apple Watch series 2 and Nikki in the appliance department that hooked us up with info on induction cook tops! I don't live anywhere near here(Carroll, OH) but I would drive back just to do business with them. They have a young and fresh staff! This is my store period! Will do business here in the future!

So I've been putting it off. Yesterday, while running errands I stopped by Kung Fu Teas to pickup a bubble tea refresher. I accidentally parked in a spot labeled "Techcraze customers Only." Whoops. But then I thought this might be a good opportunity to get this fixed + Christmas present to myself. I walked in and met Moussa who runs the business with his brother. He told me he could install a new screen for me for $200 and it would take a half hour. So I left my phone and went to Kroger for some groceries. When I returned, my phone was like new and he'd also installed a new screen protector for me gratis. (I was thankful for this because I am not skilled in this way and they always come out wonky!) The store has PC, Apple and mobile merchandise that can be purchased as well as data & mobile plans. If needed in the future (and knowing Apple products never go on sale!) I'll be happy to throw this family owned spot some more business.

Called Customer Service (CS)…read moreto speak about grievances, I turned on my call recording, she heard it notifying her of this (I had surgery a week ago and can only use one arm, unable to type notes). I took over my 82 year old grandparent's account a month ago (beginning of March). I changed all of the info to match my contact, the bills come to me, everything. The CS rep refused to speak with me, mockingly asked if I changed account info today, was arguing with me; I asked her to stop interrupting me, telling her that I needed to express my concern so I could be assisted properly. She hung up on me. I went online to see if I could downgrade services; redirected to their awful CS phone line (833.949.0036). Left this on their site: 1. Terrible "why wasn't this helpful options" - three choices that do not encompass legitimate concerns. "it wasn't what I searched for", "it was confusing" (seriously?), "it has inaccurate or incorrect info". 2. Making it impossible to downgrade services - upgrade and give you money, no problem - do something about abhorrent scams on seniors being charged $400.00 a month for internet, home phone that they haven't had in 10 years, and TV; which includes a DVR they have no idea how to use, and receivers/cable boxes in bedrooms that no one lives in (who are hard of hearing and cannot advocate for themselves), no can do. 3. Corporate greed at its finest, on such a disgusting level.
