My SPECTRUM wireless internet service is still totally unreliable, booting me out between (just in the last 10 days) between 14 and 30 times a day. This includes both televisions, my laptop, and even occasionally my iPhone. There is no rhyme or reason, it just happens, and while I am typically able to reconnect, that's not the service I'm paying for, which I am contractually required to acquire through my apartment property owner, as though it's a rent obligation. That itself is anti-competitive. Obviously I am not recieving anything close to SPECTRUM's promised, advertised, and contracted for 1GB service, which I have confirmed using SPECTRUM's own app. I believe on information and evidence that the reason for the constant outages is that SPECTRUM puts far too many nodes on the system, and then when a larger number of users are tapping bandwidth, it's insufficient to support the load. This is tantamount to communications FRAUD, in my view. I am filing a formal FCC complaint and another complaint with the Ohio Department of Commerce, Video Service Authorization Section. They sold us a good looking plan ensuring us that it would have strong internet, but now, not even a year later, the internet goes out almost daily for almost an hour. Just get a more expensive plan, it's worth it, their plans may be cheaper, but do you want to be on a work call and get cut off, spectrums plans are not worth it. read more

The only reason for the 1 star is because there is not a 0 for me to select. I am saddened by the experiences that I have had and still dealing with; my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. This phone has given me NOTHING but trouble beginning with the 3rd month that I have had it. I called Spectrum for help/replacement, but nothing was accomplished. They sent me to their "flagship repair center"( a total of 2 times now) way out of my area, only to be told that they cannot replace, repair or anything else the phone. Worst internet provider, they have monopolized the area so they no longer care about missing appointments, not honoring their policies, and bad customer service. We have had two maintenance technicians fail to show up for scheduled appointments, and we have been without internet for more than a week. Any time they don't show, we get put at the end of the scheduling queue, and it's a few days out before someone can come out again. Customer service is of no help because "they can't contact field technicians." This company is a joke, and they don't care about customer service, or honoring their agreements. If anyone else has this problem with Spectrum, we filed a complaint with the FCC, and they were quick to take this case. Hopefully that will force them into action. read more

So the store opened with 1 employee at 10 am on a Saturday. I got there at 10:09 am. and went to check in, but the checkin system was offline or broke. I stood in line for 25 minutes only to be told basically it was useless. The employee even said I could apply when I said there should be more than 1 person working on a Saturday. She was doing the best she could but in my opinion this is a terrible customer experience. I would not recommend going to this store on a Saturday, I have no idea what it's like on a weekday but my experience was not a good one today I feel like I wasted alot of time. The service at Spectrum is the worst in the industry. They monopolized my neighborhood for the last 15+ years I've lived there and had to deal with it. The price gouged you constantly. Force you to beg annually to bundle services to lower your costs, won't match anyone in the market cause they know you can't go to them. Upload speeds are terrible and told me I didn't know what I was talking about when I said I needed higher upload speeds. I'm so glad to finally be rid of them!
