This being the nearest Best Buy to my job, makes it convenient. Everyone knows that I am a huge fan of this chain especially because of their awesome financing. So I came here to replace my Samsung fast charger and well since there was a Samsung rep, I just asked her to help me pick it out so I can be in and out of the store before I spend more money. She handed me the charger, I paid, I left and came back to the office only to find out that it was the wrong one..Yes, disappointing! I had to come back and return it and I just went ahead and looked for the right one myself (Not a Samsung employee) and went on my day. Morale of the story, sometimes "experts" do not necessarily have much product knowledge of their own devices. Sad. read more

Pretty much your run of the mill Best Buy electronics store. The feeling that I get here is it's not above or below your average store but I have received some pretty good help here as well as some sales associates that were pretty much level in helping me. My only complaint I have here is my little brother works here and around black friday I asked him where the computer speakers are and that linga ding pointed me to the wrong area! You wait till I tell your manager :P. I asked another associate if he could just point me in the "general" direction to where they were and not only did he point me in the right direction he took me 3/4 ways there for assurance. If you're looking to waste your time You've come to the right store. Not only is the staff not helpful, they are the definition of useless. Nobody communicates there. If you see that they're only checking out by customer service, do yourself a favor and just leave because I never seen so many damn employees working and only one checking out/helping people at customer service. So you'll be there all day. Hopefully that issue is fixed soon, also there isn't much. Hate us a strong word and I HATE this best buy. read more

The other reviews say it all. Customer service was horrible. Assistant manager acted like he hated just being there, was argumentative and had an attitude from the start. Basically, I needed to understand how the dotcom team and the store are on different systems and they're not responsible for what the dotcom team does, blah blah blah.... Was looking for an open box Sony TV and it is last years model so it was hard to find. I found it online and showed up to buy it but it wasn't on the floor. Victor from TV department helped me out. He grabbed a manager and they searched everywhere for it. It was located in customer service as it had been returned. I bought the TV and other stuff but Victor went above and beyond to answer questions on other items as well. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. So we arrive to an appointment to install a radio and go to the back. Knock on the door and wait no one comes. Drive all the way to the front to get told to drive back to the rear entrance. So I have been to beat buy before and sat in the garage while they installed a radio in my nephews truck at another location. So I take a seat (as there are over 6 chairs) and start relaxing. Mind you I ran a half marathon in the morning and the day before helped a friend move. So they guy gets ready to start the process just to say we have to leave and sit in the front of the store. To me that makes absolutely no sense because you have the same waiting chairs in the garage as you have in the waiting area up front. The difference is I have to sit while customers stare at me like I'm some animal at a zoo. What happened to customer service? My feet hurt I'm walking all over the place for no dam reason. If you are not suppose to sit in the garage while they install the radio #1 remove all those chairs along the wall # 2 if a few months ago another location let us wait in the garage so make your policy's consultant across all locations since they are all corporate stores. I usually don't complain but y'all's customer service is beyond crap. And guess what. I like to write letters to corporate so while I wait in the front like a monkey on display I'll start drafting my letter to corporate. This is why people hate coming to stores and rather order on line to avoid crap customer service. read more

Went there for a cheap tv and man did i get one! I chose a 32' that was marked down from $219 to $189. It was an open box so the very helpful BB guy said that I could have it for $169. He then went to see if he could find a remote that would fit it and when he couldn't, he marked it down another $10. When he was ringing it in he selected "poor" under condition and marked all sorts of stuff that was missing (remote, manuals, batteries), which took it down another $15! I ended up paying $144! I don't care about the remote, this tv will end up in my daughter's room and she'll use the Directv remote. The TV is in tip top shape (no scratches or anything). He made sure everything worked fine and showed me that it did. He then wrapped it in bubble wrap and black plastic. Great service! I won't hesitate to come back read more

I came in 2 days ago from this date at about 2030 hours (8:30pm) I went with the thought of buying an apple watch Series 5, I had lost my series 4 and was being indecisive. With it being almost closing time, an employee at best buy by the name of Laura helped me find the series 5 I was looking for, along with her fellow co-worker Daud. They were very respectful and were very patient with me on trying to find the right color and size for me, phenomenal customer service from both of those lovely employees, ( If i could give them a raise I would ) and I wish everyone had the same attitude as they did. Now I am big shopper for best buy, it's my go-to for any electronical appliances. The atmosphere is also great, and the price matching is great. I didn't have any issues till that day.... I found micro center to have a lower original price for the watch, so first thing that popped up was PRICE MATCH, as much money as I can spend on electronics, I'm all about saving money when possible. Micro center had it for 399.99 while best buy online had it for 414.99 and in-store (without saying anything) had it for 429.99. So the manager at the present time by the name of * Sam B. * was called, and as we waited there for * Sam B*.... Mrs. Laura took the initiative to prepare the information for him to just confirm and approve, as he arrived we explained the price matched as he stated, and without acknowledgement of me being there he states " so it's just 14$ " , employee stated " here's is the products number, matching the other" , and the manager stated again with annoyance "so it's just for 14$" till after the manager Sam B. stated for the 3rd time, the same thing about it being just 14$ that i'm saving. He seemed to have a very rude approach, and annoyed for him to have been called for "just 14$", after he placed the code to bypass whatever needed to be by passed for the price matching, he left with an employee I wasn't able to view his name tag, chatting away about whatever they were talking about. Very disrespectful and I was not pleased to have found out he was a manager, it will definitely be very disappointing to know customers or the employees have to put up with such attitude. Someone get that guy a sticker for being able to subtract how much I saved, and some CE (Continuing education) hours on customer service, but btw Laura and Daud were great, maybe they should consider them getting a bonus 5 Stars for them and 0 for Sam B. read more

Took my computer there on November 2012 for freaking repair and them morons made me buy a new hard drive and then kept my computer there for 4 months called me again to tell me that the problem was the hard drive, after i told them that i knew that, because I bought the HD 4 months before they tried to make me buy another because some stupid decided to take it i don't know but after i showed the receipt the kept my computer for another 5 months and the computer don't work plus the indian guy who work with geek squad on that store is rude and have no clue on how the hell a computer works. never going back to that stupid store. read more

BOYCOTT BEST BUY! I came into the store to add a line to my account, as well as upgrade. I was told it would be 351.82 well I paid twice this amount. I was never given my gift card($200 per their promotion) nor was my monies refunded. I never received my secondary phone. I arrived at the store at 8pm and was told I would have to come back later at 10:30pm when the employees became tired of doing their job. I was treated as if I were a lesser person solely for wanting good service. So the bestbuy here at Greenspoint is not a good place to purchase things from. I recently ordered an iPod & iPad for a birthday gift. I only ordered from this bestbuy because before I purchased both items said "Next day pickup" but then I checked on my status the following day to see if I was able to pick them up. But I couldn't pick them up till a week & a half later. Though I went in person I told one of the employees to check on my status I was there for about an hour & a half. I agree with another reviewer, came here on a lunch break and there were too many people and not enough employees, especially at customer service. I worked at Best Buy as a teenager, so I know the employee stereotype, but I also can speak to how true it can be sometimes. Some employees just don't care or are goofing off, but there's long lines and only one or two really hard working employees. It's not even really THAT busy, but there's just not enough help at the lunch "rush hour" in the right areas. But selection here is pretty average/good for a Best Buy store, I make my work purchases here and the always seem to have what I need, just basic work/office items. Another note, I wonder why they need an ATM inside this place by the customer service desk, haha. read more

The store is really well stocked and set up nicely. It's really a shame that there is zero customer service. I cannot understate this when I say it: I spent 24 minutes in the store and no one asked if I needed any help. Associates were walking around doing task, while a group of four or five of them was just chatting and laughing. The only person that spoke to me was the person greeting people as they entered and exited the front doors. This will sound rather dramatic, but my experience at the store was so poor that I don't think I will ever shop at a Best Buy again. Associates even watched me mess with some demos of some very expensive equipment I was looking at and never came to answer any questions or asked if I needed anything. Ordered a phone for store pickup. Arrived at store and had to walk around to find someone to help me. An employee was more interested in talking to another employee than helping me. Finally spoke up to get her attention and she came to the counter with a really bad attitude. Gave her my information and she went in the back to a locker to look for it. Couldn't find it, so she asked another employee to look. He could not find it either. Finally someone came out of the back room and he simply walked up to the counter and pointed to my purchase laying right in front of her. No apology, no smile, just matter of fact attitude. Handed me the phone and without a word, turned and went back to her conversation with the other employee. It's no wonder Best Buy is in trouble with employees like this. Well... No bad customer service or any customer service at all for that matter.. Came in here today because I need a new laptop. This place wasn't busy at the time, I'm excited for a new laptop. Anyways I go and check out the laptops because I have my eyes on that HP spectre because oh my gorgeous. I'm there for about 10 minutes and NO HELP. Maybe they're short staffed I think. I'm looking around and I see two employees taking care of one customer and I'm still standing there waiting to make eye contact so I could like wave them down or something. Anyways no help so I go and check out the MacBooks and still nobody around to help. Then I'm like "this is a sign I don't need to spend over 1k right now" so I go check out the printers because I also need one, then the Bluetooth headphones (during this time I see two employees walk by and one on her phone). So then I realized I've been wanting a dash cam too so I check those out and still NO HELP. Like I have questions... So I walk out and three employees are by where the greeter is at having a conversation about their needs to go to the restroom...
