We had a microwave delivered over a month ago and they did not bring the installation kit. We have scheduled them 4 times since and they have NEVER SHOWED! I have taken off work for all of these appointments. Who says this outlet store not open? I was recommended by the Best Buy store near my house. I came here to buy a refrigerator to replace the old one at my house. I heard great things from the store employee. But in reality, I was really disappointed. I am looking for a 32 3/4 inch wide by 66 5/8 tall by 33 5/8 deep, double door refrigerator. I looked at every single one in the outlet store. The width is all too big. The only one that fits the dimensions but my wallet said no. It cost more than a new one. Last week the delivery team damaged my refrigerator and we had to cancel my order and select another refrigerator. Today, the waterline installer arrived to install the refrigerator line before the refrigerator was delivered. The refrigeratior NEVER ARRIVED. I called for an update. A person answered from who knows where. The logistics here is a joke. Best Buy should be embarrassed by this. i visited this new store today and found out it opened about 4 months ago. It's in a large space that's is filled with many washers, dryers, refrigerators, televisions and other major appliances with deep discounts. Nothing fancy inside, just a lot of merchandise for sale. Seriously, there are many appliances inside. The televisions are all in their boxes with none out for display but they will let you open the box to look at it before you buy. If you are looking for a major appliance, I would recommend coming here to check it out. Located next to REI in a large strip center. Plenty of parking. read more

The sales associates are most likely selling you The broken washer that was sold to us that we saw evidence of it previously being used after we got it home and it did not work. They did not deliver this was for pick up only so as you can imagine it was a disaster after we finally got it home and hooked up all to find out that the spin cycle was broken and it wouldn't drain!! We've been had to take the piece of crap all the way back up there to return it and get our money back and start over! I heard about it form my friend who said we might find a open box or returned with damage appliance(washer/dryer/refrigerator/microwave etc.,). I can't say you will always get a good appliance, but I got very washer,dryer, refrigerator with minor scratches and a huge discount(almost 2000$ saving on MSRP). Mat(Manager) and Dan helped me a lot, they are very patient in answering all my questions. They helped me with opening a bestbuy credit card. Even my friend also got a open box Macbook as its lot more cheaper than the best buy store. I'll definitely recommend checking out the appliance before purchasing new appliance, you might get lucky and get a good product with a very decent discount. read more

Avoid at all cost. I thought I found a great deal on an excellent dishwasher but when it was delivered, it had been damaged beyond repair. We're talking $1000 dishwasher with $200 install. It was in perfect condition in the store but by the time it arrived. It looked like it had been dropped off back end of a truck. Even the installer refused to install such a damaged piece of equipment. So now I have to search down a refund or another dishwasher. Frankly, I don't think it's the same one I looked at. This 1 star review is more towards their delivery support than their onsite sales support. Onsite was very knowledgable and guided us through the technical pieces we needed to know before purchasing the washer and dryer and helped with the credit application and delivery setup. The delivery and installation on the other hand along with the customer support for this has been nothing but abysmal. I dont believe I have ever dealt with such poor customer service escalation and resolution in my life. They tell you that you are scheduled for x date and time. What they dont tell you is that they will attempt 1 call, just 1, to confirm the appointment either the day before or day of. No email, text or voicemail left behind. So if you are in a meeting, the bathroom, driving, and they call you out of the blue, they will reschedule without notifying you and you will wait around the day of for someone who wont show up. Then YOU have to call back to see what happened after they decided to cancel. Once rescheduled, they only brought the dryer and not the washer. The driver indicated that WE had to call to see what happened and reschedule the washer. So the customer has to call and fix their issue. Horrible horrible customer service there. Reschedule the washer, it gets cancelled, again, with no notification the day of the deliver, again had us waiting for them even after we confirmed the appointment this time with no explanation or follow up. Spent hours, again, talking to customer service with no explanation or help. Could not get escalated to the service center or warehouse or delivery manager to get info and was told we would just have to reschedule. And so we did. Next delivery scheduled 3 days ahead, same story. Get a call from the driver indicating that we are on his rpute, but no product was loaded and that WE, yes...again WE, needed to call and reschedule. I dont know about you reader, but does this seem like good service? Waiting around for a delivery that wont happen, and then spending hours on a call to attempt to get it corrected just to end up in the same place over and over again? With this service, its understandable why they are going out of business. No matter how good of a deal as it sounds, the time you will spend fixing THEIR issues and not getting your product is not worth it. Update, now on the 9th appointment scheduled to get my washer. Scheduled deliver for a saturday morning from 7am to 1pm. Drivers show up at 12pm empty handed. When I ask them what happened, they say they will call their supervisor outside. I turn around for 15 secs and to my surprise I see them driving off without givinf me an explanation or even addressing what I should do next. Just pittiful read more

First off my wife and I came into this store to look at washers as ours went out and we needed a new one ASAP. We found one decently priced with little cosmetic damage. I asked for assistance to be told all the associates were busy and we'd have to wait. So we went and stood next to the one we were interested in. We watched multiple associates walk around aimlessly on their phones, chatting with each other NOT helping customers. I watched several more people walk in and get helped right away. After about 20 mins of standing there waiting to be helped someone asks if we've been helped then when i say no he says someone will be with me shortly. I wait about another 15minutes to be helped pretty much to say if I'm interested in it here's the slip and go to the front to check out. I was literally the next person in line and watch another couple cut in front of me and get helped. When i say something after they leave they said "oh i didn't see you, sorry" .. which is ridiculous and at this point if i didn't need a washer as bad as i do i would have left. So i purchase the washer and it being Saturday i am told it won't be delivered until Wednesday. So come Wednesday my wife gets an email it's on it's way and expected delivery is 8:50 am. That time comes and goes nothing still waiting. We waited until 10:50 2 WHOLE HOURS PAST til I'm fed up and call asking where it is. Just to be told my item was damaged and it's not coming. WHAT?! And no one had the courtesy to call and let me know this information. I would have still been waiting if i hadn't called myself. They explain someone will be in contact with me within 24 hours with a new product and to schedule my appointment. I'll let you guys guess... NO ONE CALLED. I got nothing. My wife didn't receive an email until about 10 am the next day with NOTHING about the damaged product just stating to schedule my delivery appointment. And now i have to wait until next Monday for it. I called this morning frustrated and not wanting to wait this time since the agent i spoke to yesterday said i shouldn't get it any later than Friday (tomorrow) BULLS*%#!! I was on the phone this morning for 30 mins before they finally after asking multiple times put me through to a manager. I waited 45 mins on the phone for it just to hang up on me!! Nothing resolved. I called back and got hung up on again. No one has called me back. This is obscured. And at this point i want the $700 i spent on this product that i don't even have back. I went to purchase a refrigerator at this establishment in February 2021, we found a Whirlpool that was to our liking bought it had it delivered and set up with no problems, 2months later it stop working, on the receipt it states very clearly if there is a defect you will be entitle to a refund all other sales are final. The fan stop working and now they are refusing to issue me a refund stating I have to give whirlpool 3 chances to repair it before a refund can be issued. Whirlpool came and inspected it and said the fan went out and they would send a replacement on May7 which is today and now it will be May 20 and I guess I'm suppose to do without a refrigerator until they have parts. read more

Purchased 2 items (open box) from Best Buy Outlet, Tomball location on Nov 20, 2021. Delivery scheduled for 11/26. Received an email that day saying that they were "on the way". No show. Received a call saying that my order was "out of stock" and that the next delivery day was 12/1. Well no...that can't be...I purchased "open box" items, and that is what I want to be delivered. Called the Tomball location, they simply hang up the phone each time that I call. Must be to busy to provide any phone customer service. No show on 12/1, but they sent me an "on the way" email. Yep, received a call "out of stock" again. What? I bought "open box" items. I call the location, again hang-ups. They sent an email to reschedule to 12/3, no show, then again today for 12/6, received an email that we are "on the way" only to get another call saying that they are "out of stock" and that I must reschedule. The reps that call to "reschedule", say that they will have a supervisor call me, but that they can't provide anyone's phone number. The reps can't convey to anyone that my order is an "open box" item...not something in stock. Poor processes in place, failure to provide adequate customer service, and seems to have such a lack of oversight by the management team. I still don't have my items. Does anyone care at Best Buy...apparently not? After yet another phone call.... I'm convinced Best Buy is ran by Bozo The Clown Inc. Happened to notice this store when we came to Office Depot. Brought the kids the next weekend because they were looking for a new fridge and a deep freeze. Found what they wanted at a really good price and what topped it off was Christine that was a sales associate. She was so friendly and helpful. Made it a great experience. Delivery was good, and told me wheels were broken and to call Repairs. Repairs told me part was back-ordered and to call 800 number. 800 number allegedly ordered part. COVID hit. Delays, of course. Followed up (it's now been a year) and was put on hold, switched from department to department, and given three claim numbers during the same phone call. "Special Forces" Department would call me in 1-2 business days. Nope. Called back after Christmas (15 days). Extended hold time. Then told my file was closed, and , for the first time told that only mechanical items were covered, not "cosmetic", which was what wheels were. (???) I've now been holding 50:51 for a Supervisor. HORRIBLE delivery experience. Delivery/installation guy did not speak when I opened the door. Didn't introduce himself or way what he was there for. Just grunted answers. They wouldn't remove broken washer because hot water valve was corroded. I asked them to leave the new washing machine and we would have it fixed and installed ourselves. Lead guy watched as I moved a few heavy things around in the garage to make space for the new washer. (I'm 67 and he didn't even offer to help.) They said they would wait while I quickly cut the hoses so that they could at least haul off the broken washer, but that I had to hurry. TWO MINUTES later, I had the hoses cut off and open the door to tell them to come take it away. They had loaded the new washer back on the truck and drove off without a word. SO RUDE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Called Best Buy immediately. They refused to call the truck to return. Talked to a supervisor. Same story.
