They close at 8 o'clock. That's just a slow death for what used to be an awesome retailer. Need to get some blue paint hi some new employees and stay open until 11 PM. Quit using Covid to save your way to prosperity it won't work. I'll just give my son his birthday gift tomorrow after his birthday. Shame on me for figuring they were open till at least 9 o'clock. I ordered it at 7:30 and they said it would be ready in an hour, but they didn't say they would be closed by then you think the system could put two and two together but then again, maybe I would've canceled the order and went somewhere else. I guess that's why they do that or they just don't care. I used to love Best Buy. I'd go over there for appliances and TVs for audio equipment for computers and I knew I was spending more than I wouldn't say Amazon, but it didn't matter cause it was a cool experience to go into the store, I would say the management of this retailer is about a stale as their stores are looking inside. The manager was completely careless and unhelpful, and the employees seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. No one took ownership of the situation or even tried to resolve my issue properly. What's worse is the lack of basic customer respect -- I felt like my time and business didn't matter to them at all. Just talked to a very helpful woman who made an appointment for me at Best Buy on the spot. When I got there we took the faulty tv directly to the Geek Squad counter. Young man had the tv sent to the repair shop immediately. Two days later I got an email from Best Buy that the tv was unfixable and that since it was under warranty to come and pick up a new replacement tv. Did that today..again everybody helpful and friendly. No hassle whatsoever. I went home with a brand new tv which was on sale so I even got $10 back. Go there. read more

The 4th canceling my appointment/ The 5th cancelling my appointment. Just got off the phone with whoever from best buy saying I was scheduled for 6 tv's to be installed across the US in Las Vegas! I'm in Powder Springs. I now have a case # and it's been "Escalated" whatever that means. I'm in Best Buy right now. I don't know how this review is going to end. It's really for the Best Buy location in Acworth. I purchased a laptop from them to pick up at the Hiram store. When I asked the employee if he wanted to call to be sure it was there, he said that wouldn't be necessary. Of course I waited in line at pick up to find it was not there. The associates were very nice and helpful and worked to get a comparable model. Done. Marsha Jaylin and Danielle were super. I was able to get a replacement comparable model from the brand I originally wanted which was Lenovo. So I am a pretty happy camper right now. I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed an order for curbside pickup at the store. I'm not completely comfortable walking in stores that are not regulating the amount of customers that can go in at a time and curbside pickup has become more convenient. When I got to the store, I noticed there were no signs saying curbside pickup or parking spots marked off to do so. I pulled behind another truck in front of the store that appeared they were waiting as well. I followed the directions sent to my phone to check in and waited 15 minutes before I decided to call the store. I called FIVE times and no one picked up. I walked into the store and went to the pick up counter which had only one other customer getting an order and 2 workers (who weren't wearing masks or gloves) at the desk. If there are two people handling orders and pickups why didn't anyone come outside. I asked them about curbside pickup and expressed my disappointment in having to come into the store to get my order. The worked claimed they didn't receive a notification. I explained how I even called and no one picked up. The worker had no explanation for why the phone didn't answer and then began getting rude with me for complaining about their service. After receiving my order, I could hear the workers laughing and joking how they didn't want to go outside anyway. This is not my normal store; it was sadly the only store that had the product I needed available. If you are able to, go to a different store that will take proper precautions and has better service. read more

Best Buy is a great place to shop for anything BUT appliances! I don't have an issue Best Buy! I have an issue with the 3rd party delivery company they chose to use, CTSI! This is the company that came to my house and left all this in my hallway and office area 2 weeks ago! They said they'd come back that day. I haven't seen them since! I've scheduled 3 more times since January 2nd, but they seem to keep canceling in the system. I received a text on January 6th saying they were on their way, they never showed. I received a text 2 hours later saying they weren't coming. I called and asked about what happened and was told that the system said I wasn't home. The customer service agent knew something was going on because I'd receive my text at 11:57 saying they'd be at my house around 12:15. However, they had already put in the system that I wasn't home at 11:22am! Tried again on January 10th....shocker.... it was canceled, again! I called back the last lady put it in the system herself did a lot of apologizing. Nothing against her, but I've heard enough apologies at this point, I want things to get done! She set me up for Friday, January 13th. Hopefully, they'll actually provide the service they're hired to do! read more

This is my local Best Buy. I recently purchased a stereo with Apple CarPlay from this Best Buy. I also had it installed in my jeep there. The customer service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was assisted on any questions I had about the stereos, from a very knowledgeable and friendly employee. It was a breeze setting up a install date. They installed it perfectly and in a very timely manner. Im am very happy with the service and the job they did. Ive been shopping here countless times and I've always had a positive experience. This location is just ok. This is my true experience. It started out when I walked up and down each isle looking for a member of Best Buys to point me in the direction of the presentation ( I didn't know there were a difference) projectors. I am looking for blue shirts everywhere. Finally I notice Aundrea, on her cell phone, giving me the finger. She was telling me one second while she finishes her personal call. Once she got off of her cell phone, I asked her where I could find the projectors. She simply pointed her finger in the direction and walk to opposite direction. Perhaps she didn't have time for me. I'm only a customer. Needless to say another member of Best Buys approached me by the name of Jesse. He was much more helpful. I asked him what lumens meant when purchasing a projector. He was very knowledgeable and explained all sorts of things to me, regarding the projector. Once I made my decision to purchase. He told me where he had to go, to retrieve the projector and that he would be right back. I thanked Jesse, for his help. This best buy is complete trash! Placed an order online for an 65" samsung tv. They gave me a open box and "stated the following " it doesnt have straps but its new. Get home and the tv is all out of its original wrap and no remote or legs in the box. I had to go to a different store to get a tv is what I was told due to no stock. Went to the new store and they notified me that the serial number on the box was different than the serial on the TV! So they made me go back to the original store and return for exchange . Had to go all the way back. Dont buy here. Douglasville advised that Hiram has alot of open boxes laying around. Sorry excuse of a store. read more

The staff is great and unfortunately do to the social climate with covid, the number of hours has been reduced significantly for the holidays. Hiram Bestbuy still provide a great service, but sometimes there is a little wait. This is no fault to them or the local store. Every time we go to Best Buy in Hiram you need to find a person to wait on you. The time before last we had the gentleman at the door to page someone twice before we got service Our last visit we asked him to page someone before we got to the appliance department . We bought a stove and delivery was 11/19/19 between 12-6pm. We asked the salesperson to put on order after 2 as we bowl Tuesday morning. He told us that they will call prior. At 12:59 the driver called and said he was at the house that he has been there for 5 minutes, we told him we were on our way. At 1:03 a lady called and said the delivery was there, we told her that we were on our way home-about 15 minutes, she told us that driver called her at 12:36 to report no one was home, she told us they only wait 15 minutes. We told her he just called and said he was at house, her response that they clock phone call communication and he called her at 12:36.We told her we were on our way from Marietta about 15 minutes and her response more then 15 minutes. Once we got home the delivery was gone. We went to store to cancel order due to above conversation with lady and her attitude and the lie about what time the driver called. The gentleman at the service desk said he couldn't cancel till stove returned to warehouse. That as soon as he got the proper communication he would cancel order and credit our Best Buy credit card. He also told us that he leaves at 5 but would tell the person coming on to call us when communication need to cancel was received. No phone call as of 10:44 11/20. Tried calling the store 3 times to follow up. NO one answers. This ordeal with delivery and the service provided at store leave a lot to be desired. I went to this Best Buy in hopes of purchasing a new Laptop and the minute I stepped into the electronics dept. I was approached by an "older" gentlemen wearing corn rows. He proceeded to ask if I needed help with anything and I told him that I literally just walked into the store and wanted to look for me a laptop. He then insisted on showing me what they had available which wasn't very much because apparently the huge snow fiasco set back the delivery of new merchandise. He was also very touchy feely which got on my last nerve...he just kept touching my arm when making a point or suggestion. The store policy however in regards to the cell phone trade in service is lacking to say the least. I admit my phone had one imperfection but for it to drop from 185.00 to 55.50 over a small crack on the back top left corner left me stunned. To boot the flippancy and sarcastic nature of the mobile staff was more than off putting as they "attempted" to resolve the matter but made light of it more than they helped.
