Wires behind my head unit were absolutely shredded apparently. This is just a buyer beware PSA -- Not a docking of their customer service. I had a double-din installed by a family member last year and months after I began to hear an intermittent high pitched sound from my speakers. Unfortunately, just like going to a doctor for something that pains you, the sound was no where to be found once I needed a diagnosis. The high pitched sound never came on while I was at the shop. Luckily, I had recorded it on several occasions, so I was able to provide those clips to Claude. Long story less long, he was able to fix the problem by process of elimination, and it did not cost the arm and leg that I assumed it might. So happy with the end result! Thank you, Claude. I bought all the parts online and my first few quotes in my hometown of Alpharetta was 3 hours of labor at between $250-$300. I decided to look around the area I worked (midtown) and came across Miguel (High Volume Audio). He gave me a quote over the phone that was a fraction of my previous quotes! He came to my job, installed the radio and two front speakers in under an hour, and even helped me connect to the Bluetooth and get the settings to a place that the music sound quality was amazing! When I tested the Bluetooth, I sounded crystal clear. Miguel was AWESOME and I will recommend him in the future to anyone I know that has audio needs! Thanks Miguel!

It was a week later that I seen (I asked for my deposit at this point cause no one was following up with me about the next available date). Finally the system was hooked up in my vehicle. They agreed to replace it, but when I got my car back there was a scratch on it. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner immediately dismissed it, claiming their plastic tools could not possibly scratch a car, and acting as if I was making the whole thing up. The owner's attitude was beyond unprofessional. He was rude, arrogant, and volatile. He treated me like I was lying, accepted zero responsibility, and offered nothing to fix the damage. He even stormed off, telling me that if I wrote a bad review he would respond and did not care what I wrote. This is how they treat paying customers. The work itself was a sloppy mess. They rushed through it, left water literally dripping inside my car, and handed it back as if it were done. This is not how you treat anyone's vehicle, especially a brand new one. I had actually been considering bringing my other car here for tinting, but they can forget it. And really, why would I lie about this situation? Everything I am writing here happened exactly as I experienced it. If you value your car, your time, and your safety, go anywhere else. This company is an absolute nightmare.

I refuse to do business with a place that does stuff like this to customers. There are lots of great tint spots around Atlanta that treat costumers with respect.... Stay away from this one
