Every time I come in here, which is not often, it looks like a deserted post-apocalyptic store. The couple times I've been in here I may see one other customer in the store. I don't know how they stay in business. If you're looking for a video games, don't come here because the selection is minuscule. Everything is expensive and I feel like you can probably find a better deal online somewhere like Amazon or another store. Had a pick-up order for an open box tv. Came without a remote and was not bubble wrapped upon arrival. This being said, waiting for it to be wrapped was fine but the manager on duty was a man with glasses and a mustache (did not get his name). The said manager was super unapologetic and not very friendly. Really poor customer service skills and could definitely be more accommodating. This experience gave Best Buy a bad reputation. Carrie was on duty however and was very prompt, diligent and aware of any need we might have. She just wasn't responsible or in charge of what we needed. We have a baby and it took a long time to get help from the manager and even then- when he came over (even knowing the exact situation) He made us explain ourselves all over again. What a terrible representation of customer service and exactly what Best Buy represents when we could have easily just ordered this online. Will not be coming to this location again. read more

Such a great experience at this location. The kid broke her phone...again so to Best Buy we went. Sommer greeted us at the door and gave directions. Geek squad was unable to help, so Sommer ended up helping again! She was such a gem and a pleasure to work with. She continued to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They'll be so many fraudulent charges on there even after you request cancellation of the account they held my account open for three months after cancellation and kept attacking on charges so just do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. Update: 08/01/2024 BestBuy DID NOT contact me if they were coming or not today with the replacement refrigerator (no surprise ). This is the 8TH time and definitely not the last time. They DID NOT even contact me for a reschedule. Nothing was resolved and it keeps being ignored with no accountability. Ordered a LG refrigerator around late May 2024. I received it with damages and one of the doors does not close properly. Best Buy said they will replace and we schedule accordingly. This has been the 7-8 time the refrigerator has been rescheduled for delivery (next one is 08/01/2024 with 100% reschedule I assume). Only communication I get is an email saying the next schedule delivery. No call / no show / no updates, which waste my time since BestBuy requires someone to be home from 7am-7pm and I am using MY TIME and affects MY INCOME since I have to fill a leave request at my job. I have LIMITED PTO and to use it on this is upsetting. All the departments just transfer me to another department that "specializes" in that problem. I even go to the store to explain my issue and all the managers just push me off to one another and say "I never seen/heard of this before" . I'm at the point where I don't want the refrigerator but BestBuy won't even pick up it. read more

Would give zero stars. My son bought a Roblox gift card from here and it wouldn't work. The store associates even tried it and we tried to redeem it in front of them and they wouldn't refund us our money and told us we had to call some 1-800 number instead. Been on the phone for hours and talking to multiple different people and still can't get it resolved. Don't buy gift cards from here Best Buy steals your money. Went to take my iPhone to get repaired and they didn't attempt to tell me that they don't have parts to fix phones anymore until I showed up for my phone repair appointment. Every worker was nice and greeted us but the workers in tech repair department were very inconsiderate for not letting us know. read more

They're okay, but not great, just like the rest of the chain. I usually seem to have the same experience: when I don't need anything, 40 people talk to me. When I need something, they run the other way. No one talked to me today, and I didn't really need anything. You have to watch the prices, as they are often above the typical street price. Occasionally, they'll run a great price but it's unusual. I've noticed several of their stores will not promote an item and practically hide it, then put it on clearance. They wonder why they're not making money. They had a decent array of merchandise at the store, but nothing really stood out. read more

Nothing too thrilling on this adventure, but I haven't been in a Best Buy in a couple years and nothing has changed. Came in looking for a privacy screen for an iPhone 5C & 4 and for some reason they are hard to find. I found one here and was confused on the labeling & when an associate came by to ask if I was alright it brought up the question. "What exactly is 4 way privacy screen protection?" He didn't know and didn't even go ask for help to then come back to inform me. I mean he could've guess for all I cared, but I ended up searching it on my phone to find out what the difference was on the spot. Meh, the prices on iPhone cases in some areas are a bit high, but they have a big selection as well. Not sure if I'll be back in a Best Buy for a couple more years now. read more

Employee named Kareema was so rude when we told her that she overcharged us for an iphone case and she took my phone out of my hand rudely when I showed her the picture of the price and rudely told me that's for another case. We went to go grab another case and returned the one we originally bought and she had her stank attitude and didn't even get the case when I set it down on the counter... her extra self had me hand it to her... girl if you don't like your job don't work here and try and make others day bad just cuz you having a bad day. read more

I live in Midwest city this is the closest Best Buy to me and I refuse to go to this location. I was waiting in line for someone to assist me to get AirPods for me because they're locked up. I waited in line for about 20- 25 minutes. The lady at the register I didn't see the name on her name tag, instead of in assisting me the person next in line she helped the person behind me and then after she was done with them she assisted another person behind me she made eye contact with me and refused to help me. I simply just walked out the store and came to the location on the southside of Oklahoma City off of I 240 and Penn. 10 out of 10 I don't recommend this location. So this is the second time trying to get my phone iPhone fix through them . Now each time instead of checking to make sure they have the screen prior to my reservation they wait till the moment your there to check or not. Not only that after being a little upset about the first time not being able to get my phone fix . I tried again and for a whole week I tried calling this place to see if it's in stock and everytime I call no one answers the phone ,FOR A WEEK at different times and all. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE-VERY POOR RETURN POLICY. They were rude, unprofessional and showed no concern. I bought a LG 65" Smart television at this location and when I took it out of the box and plugged it in and the screen was cracked from the inside. 1 hr later I took it back to the store, the manager, Lee Gorges, at the store refused to assist in any way and accused me of breaking the television. He asked me to leave his store. I took it to another store on I-240 and the manager, Korina, said they could not do anything, I would have to take it back to the store that I bought it from. Good selection of TVs, computers, and major appliances. The prices are also in line with other retailers. Horrible selection for music. If it isn't 2000 or later you likely won't find it-and don't even think of looking for classical or jazz-they don't have a section for them. Same with dvd and bluray. Clerk told us that the bluray sections is on a rotation so other than new releases the stock changes every few months-and they never know what they will be getting. Clerks were hard to come by on the last two visits-and weren't very helpful once found.The cashiers were nice and accomodating-and probabaly the best thing about this visit. I will probably come here again when my mom needs something major but will go elsewhere when looking for anything else. read more

Avoid buying appliances from Best Buy. We have the Geek Squad protection and I called three weeks ago to have it fixed..the first time they ordered the parts and didn't schedule the appointment. The second time I told them I'm not home til after 4:00 on Fridays and someone showed up at 1030 AM while I was at work. They called David's number even after I told them he's deployed and they needed to call my number. Now they're telling me I have to wait ANOTHER WEEK for someone to come out. Livid doesn't even begin to cover it. I asked for a supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 min and then the same chick came back on and told me she would be happy to just schedule the appointment for me. read more

Purchased desktop tower and requested hard drives removed from old unit and installed in new booting up to old log ins. After 3 attempts to get it right I hired Computer Medics to come out to get everything working properly $80 well spent. I think Best Buy needs to refund my service plan and pay the $80 If your going to sell a product like computers you need certified schooled technicians to R2 hardware, install software, and configure systems that a computer uses. read more

I have been in this store a few times, and it is definitely a fail for me. I went in the other night to talk to the representative from Cox (who wasn't there), and that was fine. So I moved on to my next reason for being there which was the XBOX. I wanted to buy one for a loved one and no one would help me. I was also looking at the new 4K TV's and no help there. I was like on a shopping binge, and this place put a damper on my shopping mood. All the employees are either talking to each other, or are no where to be found. Best buys prices seem very inflated compared to everyone else's prices who sell the same thing. I know that they do price match, and I've learned to never buy anything there with out looking at other retailers first. I went to this Best Buy today to just get some info on cable alternatives . I'm tired of my rising cable bill. I met an associate named "MOOSE". I am technically challenged and told him so . He was very patient with me and went through all the cable alternatives with me showing examples on his computer so I could decide what I wanted . I ultimately bought a ROKU and LEAF amplified antenna . MOOSE is the real deal ! He knows his stuff . I've already told most of the 18 people in my office about him . The best thing about this experience at this location was the assistance received from a high school student/sales person, Kayla B. who had to keep pressure on her seniors to process my significant purchase of an item I had already researched thoroughly. Two other sales people were too interested in their computer screens to acknowledge my presence. Rude would be the best way to describe their behavior. If not for Kayla, I would have left this store in a hurry. Instead I made my purchase to reward this young person for her professionalism.
