Upon arrival, I was greeted and waited for someone to come assist me. Justice came to my rescue and got me hooked up with a new phone, all the needed accessories, and even gave me some helpful tips and tricks. At one point, my phone would not do the necessary updates so Justice and Joshua teamed up to get the issues resolved. Their customer service skills went far and beyond anything I could have asked for after all the wack hiccups to get my new phone working. Kudos to Best Buy for sourcing such quality team members.

The guy helping us (I did not get his name) started asking us why we bought a projector and tried to get us to return the projector to Best Buy and buy a Frame television. So instead of making a commission on a nice speaker for us to connect to our projector, he tried to make a bigger sale with a television that we did not want. Once we indicated that we were not interested......HE WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED IN HELPING US. Such a disappointing experience.

Best Buy Total Protection is a giant Rip Off. I have been a Total Tech subscriber since before…read morethey even called it Total Tech. Go to Costco...they have extended coverage automatically and the warranty work has no deductible! I have purchased an 83" Smart TV, 2 Samsung S26 smart phones and an LG Washer and Dryer over the past 18 months, thousands of dollars. Today the Samsung Smart TV blew up and in order to even get an appt I had to pay $107 and sit with no TV for 6 days!!! They're is bo longer a concierge line for Total Tech members and the people who handle customer service are barely understandable with their accents. They make sure you cannot escalate your frustration to anyone beyond a young Store Supervisor. I wish I had read something like this before renewing my Total Tech plan...except for actual Geek Squad, ie, computer people, it is useless.
