I have frequented this Best Buy location numerous times due to its close proximity to my house. However, there are a few problems with this location. For one, the layout is a little off putting. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something about the design seems a bit off and uninviting. That's just a matter of personal preference. However the real problem seems to be that it is understaffed. It seems that every time I have bought something at this location, there was nobody at any of the cash registers. I usually have to wait for a few minutes before any one appears to ring up my purchase. That being said, all of the employees I have dealt with (once they have arrived) have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I always return, just not my favorite Best Buy. read more

Terrible Terrible I was trading in an iPhone 5s which other best buy stores were giving me 150 gift card for and she refused to honor the amount due to a microscope tiny sand size dot on the back cover ! Wow incredible hope this store closes down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The computer said 150 trade in value but she wanted to input as poor in order to pocket the funds for her store ! I purchased my item online and picked it up in store. This Best Buy was the only place that had this item. I just have to say that if I ever purchase anything for an in store pick up again this Best Buy would not be my desired location no matter how desperate I am. The service was HORRIBLE! And I didn't even need that much service. I wish I caught her name but her sweater was covering it. She was so rude and lifeless. I looked around and it was such a miserable looking place. I've never had a bad experience at Best Buy but this location did it for me. I will never come back to this one again. They should just shut it down. read more

Used to have good service and staff that actually knew something. Went there to get another TV and sales person knew nothing and printed out wrong info. Talked to the store manager and she was worthless. Finally located a tech there that knew the products and laid down $2,000 to get what I wanted. I came into my local store and experienced great customer service and knowledge from employee David S. However when it came down to a previous situation in which GM for store #555 (Oscar Valera) in which he stated I would get his employee discount for my next transaction. Jane Alvarez (store mgr for store 1503) decided that she would not honor this, because she did not want to take the loss in her store. She urged me to travel 45 min to the previous store managers store to get my promised discount. Even though I had everything in writing and continuously asked her to please call the other store manager to verify. She refused, because she did not want to take a $40 loss in her store. Which seems ludacris since they are suppose to be a team. I am just exhausted at this point. I will be contacting corporate to advise of these issues and try and get this closed out to move on. read more

Run far far away from the GEEK SQUAD unless they feel like assisting you. Their customer service isn't the greatest and it shows. I visited the geek squad AFTER making reservations for an iPhone repair. The geek looked up from his phone to ask how he could assist (with an attitude) and when I informed him that I needed a screen replacement, he then states, well depending on their work load, it could take between 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the repair which would mean I would have to leave my phone until the next day and pick it up. I asked him, how come all these disclaimers couldn't be posted on their website so that a consumer doesn't waist their time coming there only to be turned away (in a soft way of saying, I don't feel like working with you) and so I asked what was his work load? response: I would be the first phone to be worked on... What the what!?! He states that had I arrived earlier, there would be a possibility that the work would be completed and as I told him, because of the distance from work, I couldn't arrive any sooner and that this was my second visit. As he was being redundant about the time frame of completing the work, I grabbed my phone and walked out as it was quite obvious that he didn't want to work on my phone. read more

I went to Best Buy to return a Sprint phone that I purchased online with Best Buy. I was immediately assisted by Alicia Caldes, who was very professional and efficient, and she knew exactly what to do. Best Buy is lucky to have an employee like her. I also got a great deal purchasing my new sprint phone through Best Buy, next time I need to buy a new phone, I'm going to Best Buy. read more

Horrible service. I went to buy a phone, was left waiting for 5.5 hrs. I left with a phone with no service. I was told it will take up to 3 days for my service to work. 4 days later, I still have no line. I WENT BACK AND NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. NOW, THEY TELL ME THE I MIGHT LOSE MY NUMBER. I read these reviewsand went to see how this Best Buy really was because I am a HUGE Best Buy fan. I walked in and it was smaller than the other stores but the staff was very friendly and very personal. They walked me every where I needed to go. I have never received such GREAT customer service at any retailer. They even price matched my TV for me and had no problem doing it. I will now drive past the other two Best Buys closer to home just to come to this one... This is the best Best Buy I've been to. read more

Extremely bad service. I knew what computer I wanted and after 1 hour waiting for someone to tell me if they had it or at least a similar one, they finally told me that they didn't. And that wasn't the worst part, the manager actually told me that they had the computer available in Puerto Rico and I could get it there if I really wanted it, with a very sarcastic tone... Terrible customer service. Management is completely useless. I'm never going back here again. A complete waste of my time. Their customer service has truly deteriorated over the years. I went in to purchase a laptop on Friday of last week however they were not in Stock so I called a different location to see if they could ship over to their store I was told by the store manager that it could be done. Not only couldn't they do it. I waited a whole week before I called myself! Which I waited 20 mins on the line before being transferred to a call center in God knows where. I finally got a reply which I was I told they didn't have it. They know they had a customer waiting for something that was not coming and didn't even have courtesy to give me a call after I left my information there when I left. I went in immediately to see if there anything that can be done or even be helped out with a similar. I was simply told no there's nothing that can be done and we can't help you with anything else and then they immediately walked off into the office leaving me at the desk while they went back there to talk to each other. I've worked in retail and this is definitely unacceptable. Maybe because they see that I'm young I wouldn't take the time out of my day to call their corporate office and complain about it. Well first off i went to get it repaired and no one told me my phone was going to be replaced. so i got a "new" phone and everything on my old phone wasnt sync properly (by your sales associate) so i lost all my 600+ pics and contacts AND bank info. i asked for my old phone and basically told that theres nothing that could be done its basically not your problem. ive had the "new replacement" phone since sat and it hasnt been working properly. it dies, no service, txt wont send, it sounds like if there is static on ALL calls. its ridic how often it freezes and overheats. i left the store today (3 hrs ago) after spending 2 hrs with a supervisor trying to fix the problem. he said it was the sim card and software needed to be updated. they did that. i get home phone works fine until now. it wont charge and it just died. wont turn on at all. i took the battery out and it works again but this is ridic. wht kind of costumer service is this??? not to mention the fact that im waiting to be credited the $50 back from my loaner phone. im very angry with this company and geek squad. and yet no one does anything to resolve the matter. read more

First of all, Sales person was opposite of helpful suggesting I buy the charger that did not directly work with my cell. I purchased for an upcoming trip and opened and tried it yesterday to realize I had to search for an adapter that would work, and then after letting my cell charge for hours, the cell was still not fully charged. I went to exchange the unit Best Buy today for a "Mycharge" and was told that beyond the 15 day return period there was absolutely nothing they could do. Do they do anything differently within two weeks, than they would do after the 15 days. THEY WOULD RETURN TO RETURN IT TO THEIR SUPPLIER WHENEVER! DOES it not matter that their sales force does not assist in suggesting the correct model for you iPhone6? Does it not matter that the unit purchased at Best Buy does not work?? NO. And with absolutely no consideration to their customers, THEY just tell them "sorry, we cannot help you". We all know what that is saying! read more

Purchased an item which did not work and exchanged it the next day. The new item did not work and had to exchange again the following day. Also purchased a microwave which was larger than its specifications and had to exchange for another. Because of the transactions Best Buy printed on my receipt that "may not be able to make make further returns or exchanges. Below is a toll free number..." No apologies for selling broken merchandise or misleading measurements instead I am instructed to call the number and had to submit a written report to a third party stating I was not making returns for the purpose of returning the items, that in fact, the items were defective or did not fit according to the information provided and I should not be penalized. Apparently after submitting the information, to the third party, it goes back to Best Buy where they do not even follow up. So sorry to see the customer service provided by this company drop to such a low level. I was a loyal customer but will never shop here again as there are also many other places to shop with the same great discounts. read more
