Hate I didn't get the guys name. But my wife and I were in there yesterday opening a new line. The guy who served us was awesome. However there is another employee there that watched my wife walk out of the restroom as I am setting up our new phone. He proceeded to watch her sit down and ask her if she liked sports. She responded with a "no". Mind you, I'm sitting next to her. Her husband. He can see she has someone and we are clearly being serviced/helped by an employee. And he proceeds to make small talk with her about sports. And she's responding very uninterested-like. And he's going on and on and on. And she felt super uncomfortable. I thought it was very unprofessional and rude. The guy who serviced us was awesome. But the other guy was rude and unnecessary. Not professional at all.. read more

I've visited this location on several occasions and always had positive experiences. Recently, after cracking the screen on my phone, I went in to see what my upgrade options were. Although I wasn't due for my upgrade, I was told he could still provide an upgrade. I was delighted! I asked for the additional charges associated with the upgrade and was assured my bill would actually go down. My device payment would go from $29.16 to $25.41. I clarified this repeatedly. Things that seem to good to be true usually are. I'm now being charged $29.16 AND $25.41. I would not recommend this location as I was given false information in order to gain a sale. read more

I placed an order for a new cell phone today. A former salesperson in the Rock Hill store had ordered my phone. When I went in, the staff said he was not there. Regis Fewell literally saved the day. To say he went above and beyond to resolve the problem, find an exceptional plan for me, and to handle things professionally would be understating his effort. I worked with Joshua to add a line to my plan and carry over from another carrier. Ended up upgrading another line, as well. Joshua was patient as I asked a dozen questions, and went above and beyond to confirm all was transferred from previous difficult service carrier. Even after I left the store, Joshua was available for questions. You don't find customer service like that anymore! Every time I step foot in this specific building, I walk out feeling like I got swindled. The non smart phones they offer are terrible. When I had questions to ask the clerk, he kept looking at his damn phone. Terrible customer service and it takes forever for them to process a transaction. I had a wonderful experience at this retailer. Amy Keppler was my Sales Account Manager and she was knowledgeable, listened, and offered new additions to save me money on my Verison Bill. She directed me to a new, great phone and explained how this purchase would easily fit into my budget. Her demonstration of the phone was quick since I was already experienced with Android platforms. Still, I appreciated that she took the time to address the phone's icons. The only issue at the store is the waiting time. Every client receives all the service they require. Providing this quality service takes time. Some clients do not understand that they will receive the same treatment when it is their turn. I look forward to a continued Sales/Client relationship and urge anyone having issues with the cellular phones or other electronics to visit this store. read more

I had been to the Verizon store on Dave Lyle Blvd, and did not receive the help I needed for my wife's I-phone 6s. Upon visiting the store on Cherry Rd. James Schroeder was extremely helpful with the help I needed. The people at this store are willing to help with any issue you may have with your device. If I can help it I will not go back to the corporate store on Dave Lyle. The only thing they are interested in is selling you a product and not doing any follow up service. read more
