    Terrible customer service for phones and cell phone company representatives. I would not recommend them for any of these products.

    They had in stock ADSL modems which we couldn't find at other stores. The most common now are cable modem. The range of prices was good.

    Management has no care in the world about the customers!…read more They hire kids who they can pay min wage, so in turn service sucks! Most of the employees run and hide when they see you need help. Cant get a help loading, or a fork lift unless you wait 1.5 hours! The forklift guys will do work in the store while contractors wait, then after they are done an hour later they'll get your stuff if they remember. There is a very few workers who have been there for years who actually do their jobs and go above and beyond for you! 1 of them are in the Lumber Yard at the only register that's not self checkout, 3 in appliances 1 in the paint dept and 1 in tools, if you could ever find him I'm sick of the crap us contractors have to deal with, most of us NEED to get back to our jobs, but id you go to lowes make sure you have a few hours to waste!!

At 703 a.m. I…read morereceived a text message that they were on their way. 90 mkn later I received a text stating it was delivered. NO it wasn't. Another 20 min pass znd they pull up with a screeching halt. Take the dryer out. Three non English speaking people come to look at where they should put it. They got on the phone calling someone then they go out, put the dryer on the truck and leave!!!! No reason given . After several phone calls I find out they didn't have the equipment to stack the dryer so they left. They were not employed by Lowe's bug Lowe's is responsible for who they subcontract their services

    I can't wrap my head around what we actually paid $500 to K&D for…read more.. Full Disclosure: This wasn't my "personal" transaction with K&D, meaning it wasn't MY money being spent. However; a few weeks ago, acting as middleman for a restaurant I work in, I was asked to call K&D and set up a service call because the hood system in the kitchen stopped working at the end of a Friday night (of course that's when the hood ventilation is going to break, especially since the GM was out of state on a vacation). So I called and left a message with the answering service. Someone promptly called me back and confirmed they do install and repair kitchen ventilation hood systems. Great! Nailed it on the first call, I thought. I was told that since the technician was making a service call on a weekend, it would be reflected on the bill. Of course that was understood. We were happy someone could get here the next day & try to get us through the weekend (the most important days for a restaurant's service). Saturday morning the service tech shows up, On Time & Professional. He begins to diagnose our problem. He checked the basics (tripped breaker, power to fan unit, wall switch in ON position) but tells me: "he can't check the fan unit because he doesn't have a ladder, AND also, his 'boss' says they can't take the job because they are too busy, too short staffed, and this is gonna take 2 guys and a full week". (I was actually told this) F@$#!!!.. Ok. But now what? It's Saturday after all, & I wanna get paid! But, if they can't take the job, they can't take the job. So now our boss's, boss has to be involved, and call someone. Turned out to be a fan belt needed replacing (I assumed wrongly, that, it was the first thing looked at). The kitchen was back to normal & fixed in less than 30 minutes. Now- I am being asked about a $500 dollar bill paid to K&D!!! I have NO explanation for that! -This company actually charged $500 dollars for a technician to tell us. That they can't, in fact, help us. Because... They are just too busy?- $500 dollar check, signed to them, just to hear they can't take the job. It's not even my money. I can't believe it!! I'm so impressed by that move, I've sent my resume to K&D. I also, can Not fix things. We could make a fortune, together!
