THEY do not know what they are doing!!! I called and "tried" to buy 2 refrigerators over the phone with one of their associates. I paid for them and everything and got a confirmation, they was scheduled to be picked up the next day. The night before pick up I get am email saying the order was cancelled?? I called first thing the next day and mind you they do NOT take calls in the actual store so I guess its a 3rd party or something, but they said they cancelled it for "fruad activity" huh??? I work for an apartment complex and the owner paid for it and I was picking it up, I am the Property Manager. Due to the name of the pick up person and the card holder not being the same it was cancelled. They said I have to drive all the way to the store to "TRY" to get it resolved if it is still available. I had an external hard drive that stopped working yesterday and it contained extremely important data on it that i desperately needed asap. I stopped by the Midtown Tulsa store with an appointment to have them help me with the issue. I was told they would have to ship it off and that it might take a few weeks and could cost up to $1500.00 to pull the data! I quickly declined and questioned that extreme price and the time for repairs. I decided to fix it myself after watching a few YouTube videos and guess what! I was able to quickly resolve the issue myself in less than 5 minutes and started to pull the data to a new hard drive! ... the lack of concern or even take the time to look at it amazed me and i will think twice before I ever deciding to use their services again. Purchased a NEW GE 5.3 CU/ft front load HE Washer with Pedestal Install & 5-year unlimited warranty on 1.2.2024 from the 71st street store Tulsa OK After 1 year 5 months of normal use following all the service recommendations it broke down. Service call took 3 times +30mins of frustration - Cody Cromer Geek squad came out timely at the end of the week approximately 5 days later. May 14 was the approximate failure date problems started. Cody stated that these GE's had a bad mother board that 90% of the time not fixable & a New unit would be delivered if it continued to fail. About 12 days later it failed again, of course always after the soap dispensed & the washer was full of wet clothes. This requires wringing them out in the shower & headed to the Liberty Laundry, costing about $90 each visit. 3 visits and 5 more phone calls to Best Buy Geek squad & Cody came back, gave me his personal cell and card & stated he felt bad about the difficulty's we were having. Once again, he installed some more parts including a New Mother board & it was functional for another week or so. Then quit around the last week of June 2025. Another difficult service call - (Cody did NOT answer his cell NOR respond to my VM or Several texts, despite the $20 then a $50 tip I gave him on 2 occasions. This time we were out of town for the 4th & our son stayed to let Cody in to service the GE washer. He called me & stated it was fixed & he produced another order for 4 more parts, electronic board, door lock and a couple other items. He stated it would work till the parts came in the following Saturday. We threw a load in and it failed same way wet soapy clothes and Liberty laundry to save the day! I received an "update" 5 days later stating the parts were on backorder. After several more calls to Best Buy & the Geek Squad, they stated it was unknown when the parts would arrive?!? So, we spent all total $600+ @ the Liberty laundry drop off for wash & fold. After going to the store in person NO ONE seemed to be able to Help Us Nor tell us why they could not bring a New Machine as was stated to me when I purchased the warranty on the New Machine in January 2024. Simply stated by the Sales guy & Cody Cromer on several o occasions If they could not fix it, they will replace it with a New One. I tried to pin down the store manager, the service guys and many phone calls trying to get resolution & got NOWHERE! Finally, Cody told me (of some "Vague Law" !??!) that maybe if it stays broken for over 25days straight they MAY bring a new machine. After 2 full weeks and no parts, I decided to purchase a NEW LG @ Appliance solutions for ANOTHER $2355.00 - as the $250 a week on wash and fold would buy a new washer pretty soon. Needless to say I called Best Buy Cody Cromer and the crew & GOT NOWHERE - they would not even come and haul off the piece of junk non fixable GE washer I bought less than a year and a half ago! It is really SAD to know that a Man's (Men) word is not true & furthermore the Best Buy Geek Squad gang are just a lot of Double Talkers evading any accountability or responsibility. We are just fortunate we could BUY a washer to replace the one that cost $2003 just a year and a half later. I feel bad for those that don't have the means to fight the poor-quality folks in the Best Buy corporate setting. In closing I have put a "Dispute" on the original purchase via our Capital 1 CC card. They have pulled to purchase price back and the FULL amount for the Best Buy WORTHLESS Geek squad warranty. HOWEVER, this does not guarantee We will prevail in the dispute. I took a computer bought from best buy to the geek squad because it would not turn on and it would not boot up when it did turn on. They had me pay for a membership 179.99 to look at it. They contacted me the next day to come pick it up. I get there and it is exactly the same way I dropped it off. They said the power supply was good but it must be the cpu or motherboard and they are not able to help with that. I cancelled the membership after the one day and they refunded me 24.00. I took it to an actual computer repair and a week later I have a working computer. Do NOT take a computer that actually needs help to them! read more

While I can't vouch for the interior of the store, we placed a mobile order to pick up at the store, and they were super efficient. I have to say, their curbside pick-up process seems to be one of the most efficient I have experienced. I would highly recommend a mobile curbside pickup order here. Every time I go in this location it gets more depressing. The stock level is awful. It is close to my house. Much closer than the 71st location and Tulsa Hills store. So I will go here first looking for something and end up going to one of the other locations too. I hope to eventually learn and just go to the other stores first. Why can't I learn? read more

I would like to provide an update for this review ... I have had to contact the BEst Buy credit card company to dispute this charge. They have charged me for the Apple Watch and credited me for the apple docking fast charge cable. I have not received either products and have not received any correspondence from Best Buy. My BB app still states items delayed. I think it is ridiculous that a company fails to deliver your merchandise but still charges you. Cause you stress and extra work for something not at all in your control. This Best Buy mid town Tulsa needs to get its act together. The reviews for your store are horrendous. I ordered a tv from Best Buy, it was delivered in two days. Great right, the tv was defective and it was returned and replaced. The second tv same thing. Best Buy rep told me I could return it at any Best Buy and get the replacement. So I paid $90.00 for a taxi only to be told Best Buy on Shelly in Tulsa ok won't accept it. So I had to take it back home.They wanted me to File a claim with UPS What! Thanks for nothing, you could have maybe cancelled the order and reordered at your store!! Ridiculous, you owe me $90!! We went into this store with the intention of purchasing a tech bag along with a TV and home theatre system. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the GM who knew nothing about what was in the store or even what we were looking for after both explaining it to him and showing him pictures from the Best Buy website. After finding what we were looking for on our own we continued to look around and were asked multiple times if there was something we were looking for. Once we left the section the items we were looking at were checked by a Manager and we were stared at until we left the store. The staff here are really nice. They all wear their masks and people will ask if they can help you find anything, but not in an overbearing way. I went there today to get my phone screen replaced after a botched repair by some sketchy guys in Boston. The Geek Squad member wasn't able to do the replacement due to apple's 3rd party rules, but he was very helpful and full of suggestions on how else I could solve my problem. Didn't catch his name, but he was quite tall and had brown hair with a beard. Props to that guy. read more

I came in to drop off recycling lime I always do. I've never been charged $25 for a monitor, yet apparently this the law at this store. I told them that I'll just throw it in the trash instead. That's when "customer service" radioed the store manager who met me with security at the front door. He said if I left this on his property, he would review security footage and contact the police. I never said I was going to put the stuff behind his store like he accused me of, I said I was going to put it in the trash. Had three negative experiences at the 5520 E Skelly store in Tulsa within one week. 1. Bought a Sony 65" big screen and was told by the salesman, "I'll have someone help me bring it to you." Twenty minutes later my wife and I were still waiting. I walked back into the store and found a kid pulling a dolly. I asked him about the TV and he said, "So, that was you?" He explained that the salesman asked for help moving a TV then took off before specifying which one. Once the kid knew which TV to get he apologized then went and got it immediately. 2. At the same time we bought a new washing machine - which my Son and I went to pick up four days later. The young lady at customer service said she'd have it brought out to us. Fifteen minutes passed.... No washing machine. I walked back into the store and asked the kid at the entry if he knew how long this was going to take. He told me they were "coordinating" getting it down because it was, "on the top". ??? After another 8-10 minutes I went back in and told the kid I was tired of waiting and was leaving. He said, "He's the only one back there." I'm not exaggerating this at all: there were just five or six customers in the entire store, including me, but at least 7 saleskids; most of whom were standing around in the middle of the store, chatting with one another. 3. When back home I called the service desk. Yep, their phone system is a maze. Another couple of minutes to speak to a human being. Then, before I'd even finished giving the girl my order info she asked me to wait a second to look it up. After five of minutes of dead air I hung up. The problem at Best Buy is the same problem you see with many large retail businesses nowadays: not just indifference - but *contempt* for their customers. Go figure. Horrible. Awful. No good. Very bad. I hope you don't need customer service because you'll stand in a line longer than the best ride at Disney while twenty employees stand blankly at the front door. When leaving I asked why one poor guy was working the entire help desk and 6 were standing at the door; I was told "we are keeping an eye on store burglars." What I like the most is the Best Buy website. I can look over the sales, and read reviews on individual products to see how other customers liked a particular model of something.
