This location has great service. Best buy is pretty much the only practical place to buy high end electronics with the price match and great insurance plans, but the staff really makes it easy. If I could give this place negative stars. I would. The store is supposed to open at 10:00 AM. Somebody finally came and unlocked the doors at 10:05 AM. When I walked in, they asked me what I was looking for. I told them I was looking for a dash cam set up. They pointed towards the middle of the store and told me that I would find it there. I couldn't find anyone that could answer any questions about the systems. There were six people standing up front talking to each other. People blame Amazon for putting these stores out of business. These stores are doing it to themselves with lousy service. I made a comment to all six of them as I was walking out the door that I was just going to go order it on Amazon. Their comment was "OK whatever". They didn't care. The staff at this store is completely useless. They don't even try to help. And as it turns out. The dash cam is cheaper on Amazon. I tried to buy from an actual store. But they didn't want the business. read more

Order #1124253383951 - We purchased a Toshiba 55inch TV that was for a business delivery. The order was canceled on us 4 times without any phone call, email or any notification. Only way we would see that is was cancelled is logging into our account the following day. I spoke to customer service 3 different times. Manager "Luey" ensured me that they were going to track the shipment and make sure that it gets delivered, once again it was canceled the same day without any notification. Worst service I have had and will never purchase anything for delivery through Best Buy again.. I have copied the cancelled shipments on this order... Again mind you, not once did I receive an email or phone call for any of these... I had a printer and an ionizer that weren't working. I had their protection plan on both of them and took them into the store. Since they were still under the protection plan and not very expensive, they ordered replacements and they were sent to my home; as they weren't in-stock. They only took a couple of days, which wasn't a problem. read more

I previously gave this best buy a five star for stellar experience I received buying my washer and dryer. I would give them a one after today's experience. I went looking for an iPod shuffle charger. These are hard to find as not many devices use this connector. I had to navigate through the maze of aisles which are more like small displays and not aisles. I looked in the other device chargers and found nothing and finally found the iPods for sale and there was one lone extremely overpriced charger. I thought I'd just suck it up and get it, even though I could find them online for $5, I wanted it today, even if it was $20. The place was really busy. There were lines for cell phone support, geek squad counter but the worst was the register. They had one register open and there were 8 customers in front of me. I waited ten minutes barely moving for someone to finally walk up and open another register. I got in the new line. On the second customer the employee takes the customer 3 registers over to ring her up there. Not informing the line he was moving. So during that time people ran over to that line. I and several other customers were left waiting in line at a register with no employee. I was so mad I left the charger on top of a pop cooler and said screw it. Take care of your customers actually spending money, not just ones at your service counter. I will turn to online purchasing from here on. Promise. read more

I try to shop at brick-and-mortar businesses, even of the chain kind, instead of buying online. That said, I won't ever patronize this Best Buy again. I spent $140 on an electronic item that was $110 on Amazon, only to open it and discover the product was not only used, but defective. I promote returned it and explained why, de bing no apology for the shoddy business practice or the time they wasted. Ok time to rant. Purchased a Samsung watch (s1) 6 months ago at BEST BUY. It failed 2 months later. Took it back and got a S2 because it they no longer made the S1. Paid the difference. It failed. Took it back said I just want my money back because they don't last and my $17 Walmart watch outlived both of them. They told me that they don't give money back that I can have a gift card or exchange it for a S4 for another $50. I'm not giving them anymore money. Took the gift card. I called because I needed an updated software for my computer. Although I didn't purchase my computer from Best Buy being every time I was in no one was able to assist me I wanted to pick up the new software easily. Called to double check while on a break and had gotten a manager who was quite rude. When I asked for more assistance on assure that if I stopped in I'd be purchasing exactly what I needed she hung up on me. Called back and the other manager was nice enough to apologize for her co-worker. Twice they failed to assist me and it proves it's easier to shop online or directly from the company at times. read more

I enjoyed the service and quality of the products available at the local Best Buy. We buy most of our electronic products there.

Wife and I went to this store Thursday night (last night) to see what she could find out about buying either an Apple Watch or Fitbit Blaze. First...it was hard to get anyone's attention and the store was almost empty. Maybe 2-3 other customers. Finally flagged down a young lady to see if we could see an actual product. Apple Watchs were "locked up" according to the salesperson so you could not see them, handle them or even see any pricing. There was a display, but no product information. On to the Fitbit. There were sealed packages present, hanging rather sloppily on hooks, but at least you could see them. Would it be possible to try one on (women typically like to see things like watches on their wrist and my wife is small so she has very small wrists. The answer was NO. No further explanation, no questions about what she is considering and why or any further help of any kind. We stood rather dumbfounded but we also wanted to look at a wireless headset my wife could use on her office phone. Found another salesperson near the registers and told them what we wanted to see. He looked at us like we were slightly crazy and said they don't handle anything like that. Interestingly all Best Buy employees on the floor have wireless phones with ear sets that are connected (surprise!) to a landline so when customers call they can be connected to the appropriate person. Bad customer service is bad customer service, period. The staff should little to no interest in our needs and let us head out the door with none of our questions answered, no attempt to help get a sale completed and generally were disinterested. We went home, my wife made the decision to go ahead with the Apple Watch and we ordered it online. No, she didn't get a chance to try both devices on, but our frustration overwhelmed that need. Little wonder the brick and mortar stores are struggling. Get a handle on your customer service Best Buy. It's doubtful we will ever step back inside your stores. read more
