    1 of 2 times I had to call the police. So much worse than bad customer service.

    Buyers beware. Do not rely on their service. In fact, it has been the worst experience I have ever had at any brand. Home Depot, Costco, literally anywhere would be better than Best Buy. I ordered a fridge/freezer over 10 days ago, and I ordered the "HAUL" service to remove the current fridge/freezer. They didn't have any availability for delivery for a few days. Fine. I book it for Friday, January 30th. They give me the time spot of 12-4. Dont show up till well after that time. Come into my apartment and pull my old fridge/freezer that is dead out of the alcove...into the middle of my whole kitchen. I assume they're going to haul it out but who knows because they don't speak a single word of English. They do some measurements and leave. I am waiting for them to come back for about a half hour when I finally call the man's cell who came to my apartment. He had called me to tell me he would be 5 minutes an hour late so I had his cell. Thank God, because evidently BestBuy (despite it being an electronics store) does not have a phone. You can not get a hold of any store or manager. So, I called and he hung up on me 3 times. After that I call the call center with more people I can barely understand. 3 hours of calls to Baghdad on my Friday night and they determined that the truck was too big to park anywhere near me, which was just a blatant lie. I live directly across from two parking lots on both sides. All of this wouldn't be disastrous if they hadn't move the appliances into the middle of my kitchen. I am in a wheelchair. I could not push the fridge in or get around to get to my meds. I had to call the police for them to come and push the appliances out of the way. The best consolation they can offer me is a smaller truck so they can park with different delivery men on Tuesday, February 3rd. 3 days later. They can also not give me a better time slot than 9 AM - 4PM. The entire day. I will know have two days I had to take off work. Best Buy has already taken the money from my Bank for their products and services so I am hoping for the best. I call them the day before and ask if they can come in the morning or before noon. They flat out say no. So I am waiting all day today and guess what they don't show up until 530PM. They call again and say they'll be there in 20 and then never show up. I call them back. They say there is no parking. I go downstairs and theyre parked in a parking lot. There is a meter and I offer to pay for it and they say don't want to get a ticket. I guess BestBuy Delivery men don't know how to read parking signs. I tell them Ill wait by the truck. They call BestBuy and say there is no parking. Again, blatantly lying. I call the police again because at this point it's like they have stolen goods on their truck and the officer comes and says he will watch the truck, but their feelings are hurt that I called the police and refused to help me. Very professional. The officer is going to take me to the store tomorrow to speak with the manager as they don't have phones there to correct any situation. I call the call center again and they say "they understand but the best they can do is deliver it this Friday, February 6th"...oh, and they can't give me a time. Ill have to take off work for a third day. 9-4 is the best they can do and we all know how this story ends. They'll be even later than that. Won't speak any English. Multiple excuses. Never use them for any delivery. There are tons here that will tell you about their cancellations and rules and paying for things they don't honor. Please save yourself the time and stress and energy. It's not worth saving the 50 here or there.

    This review is not targeted towards the West Palm store or Manager Yani Rondon. Mr. Rondon listened to my frustration of trying to schedule an in home appointment with the Geek Squad by telephone after being informed by the young man that in home scheduling is only done be calling 1-800-433-5778. I returned to my vehicle to schedule this appointment and remained in the parking lot for over an hour, not wanting to wait. Well wait is just what I did. I'm told the number 7 is a lucky number however today it was so lucky and my experience in trying to schedule an appointment led me to seven (7) different individuals who transferred me all over the US and to seven different areas within the Best Buy Corporation. Each time I spoke with someone about my circumstances which are under warranty I received the same standard apology, it's apparent they are all trained to say the same thing, simply amazing. I am happy they record these calls because just maybe they will use my calls as a training lesson and grade themselves as well as my tone and calmness. Imagine repeating yourself seven different times. I would think a billion dollar company such as this would have better communication. Oh, and please don't ever ask a manager for his phone number, I learned then several months ago when dealing with the manager of the PBG location. All of their numbers actually goes to a call center and my phone call was never returned I literally have to return to the store in person. After finally getting a scheduled date I specifically asked that they not pass a certain time (I gave them a 7 hour window) but as fate would have it the held me hostage to a 12 hour window. This experience just affirms the lack of care that is shown. It doesn't matter if it's a one time customer or a customer of over 20 years, this experience today was stressful, affected my health. I'm past double nickel in age. I can only imagine those seasoned elderly customers who have the same plight but get no where. Best Buy you've got to do better

    I wondered if it's the corporate level management or the middle level management who is so aggressively trying to ensure that Best Buy completely fold and close its doors. We went in to purchase a laptop. It was a simple process we know what we want. They have it in stock, so let us just buy it and get the hell out. Simple process I had hoped, but that was not the case here. Will go over to the computer section and identify the computer we wanted to purchase now we stand around looking like penguins on an iceberg for someone to show up after 10 minutes of no one coming to the area I walked over to the front of the store, where six employees were standing together. When I approached the six employees, I asked them if one of them would be so kind as to come over to the computer section and get the computer out of him enjoy so I can purchase it and be on my way. One of the six employees asked me if I was in the queue. I replied, I have no idea what the hell that means she responded with, well, if you're not in the queue, no one's going to help you. I said well, there's six of you standing here, how about your walk around and help customers find what they want so they can get out of the store. She said that's not how things work here she explained to me that I must be added to the queue I said, OK fine add me to the queue. She asked me what my name was. I told her Jacob then I asked her what do I do now? She told me to go back to the computer station and just stand there and someone will come along and help me. I asked, how would they know who I am? I don't have a name tag on. She says we type in a description of you. I said, really? And how would you describe me, irritated 40 something white guy? Because that's really how you need to describe me. I walk back over to the computer section And I wait and I wait and I wait all the while watching the six employees stand about gossiping and carrying on eventually one of them walk away from the area toward the computer section. He walks up and ask if he could help me I said to him, well, that's not fair because you already knew who I am because you were standing there when I gave my name. He apologized for the company policy that he can do nothing about. He agreed that it was straight bullshit coming from management. Fortunately, he got my computer and within 45 minutes. Yes, within 45 minutes, I was finally out of the store and on my way. Does the management at Best Buy have any idea how screwed up their policies are are they so Wolk that they think customers won't just turn around and walk out the door which is something I should've done? I'm sure it won't be long before they'll be out of business.

The moment I walked through the door, I was approached by several salespeople at once. Instead of feeling welcomed, it immediately put me on edge -- it honestly felt more like walking onto a used-car lot than an appliance showroom. One salesperson eventually stepped forward, but the interaction didn't improve. There was no smile, no warmth, and no attempt to connect. I work closely with sales professionals every week, so I understand the role -- but basic approachability matters. I even tried to break the ice with a bit of humor, but there was zero engagement in return. When I mentioned I was interested in a Samsung refrigerator, I was told Rosner's doesn't carry Samsung because they "can't be serviced if there's an issue." That was enough for me to end the visit. I ultimately purchased the Samsung refrigerator from a big-box retailer, complete with warranties, free delivery, installation, and removal of my old unit -- services Rosner's charges extra for. In the end, I didn't find better pricing, better selection, or a better sales experience to justify the trip. I'm genuinely puzzled as to why Rosner's is so frequently recommended. Constructive feedback: Rosner's should identify sales staff who struggle to connect with first-time customers and invest in basic customer-experience training. A little friendliness -- even a simple smile -- would go a long way.

All had pretty good pricing but their installation and delivery times were farther out than I would have liked. I then remembered Rosner's, where I had purchased a couple of appliances in the past. Reached out to them, explained my situation and they basically guaranteed me installation within 24 hours and the same price as from the big box stores. On delivery day everything went well, they showed up exactly as promised and got the unit installed quickly, I was really happy with the service. I definitely have to remember to use them in the future and not reflexively go with the chain stores. Overall I'd give them a solid five stars.

We purchased a refrigerator from AF on December 23 with promised delivery on December 24.. It was not delivered. We received no phone call, nor any communication from American Freight. My husband returned the day after Christmas. We were once again promised delivery and told our information had been submitted to the "delivery company" One Rail. However, when we called the delivery company to follow up, we were advised that our delivery had never been scheduled by AF. That it had been cancelled because they didn't have a hook up kit. My husband returned to AF and explained what the delivery company said. This time, my husband asked the rep at AF to remove the hook up and reschedule the delivery. That we would take care of the hook up ourselves. At this time, the rep rescheduled the delivery and promised a date which again was missed. Frustrated, we called the delivery company again Only to be told that we were NOT scheduled. While I have tried to reach Several times at AF, it has been to no avail. I have Niall filed a dispute with my bank to have the funds refunded.. I will never recommend American Freight to anyone.

She knew our fridge was going bad and wanted to set up delivery a.s.a.p. The delivery was a little late, but the drivers were courteous. They had a difficult time fitting it in our kitchen doorway. Some dents and scratches were made on our walls, but the drivers took photo,s and told us to call the manager the next day., The claim was quick and an adjuster came out that week. I bought a washer/dryer before this from Home Depot and wished I would have bought from American freight despite the damage to our walls.
