I can NEVER find a sales associate to help me on this store. The whole reason I try to use this store and not Amazon is to try and keep local stores open by utilizing them. And when there are very few customers in the entire store, it makes no sense that there are not a sales associate to help each person. I had to ask twice over a 20 minute period for someone to come assist me in computer monitors. After the second attempt to gain assistance, the sales associate that came over was Flippin, arrogant, and not helpful at all. He would point something out and expect me to try to match it up to something on a box somewhere in the store it was like it was a bother for him to help a customer. It's not that I don't know about technology, but I don't know where the boxes are located if they're not directly under the product being displayed. This guy was as close to an a hole as you could get and still be hired. The price on the display and on the boxes display was $100 even, yet when I got to the register somehow miraculously it had gone up $40 and they charged me $140 and she refused to lower it to 100 even though that's what was marked, but since the sales assistant took over 20 minutes to finally come, help me I really didn't wanna wait another 20 minutes since this was for work I wish there were other technology stores options in the area because I would never go back to the store again because this is how it always is no customer service and bait switch prices. This one is the closest one to where I live, and I really like it. I always have what I need for my business, and the people are friendly and patient with me. I've been in quite a lot over the months. Plus, I almost bought a mouse without Bluetooth, and the sales person rushed over, reminding me I was getting this mouse for my iPad and must have Bluetooth. You just have to love that new generation of people. They are smart as a whip! I wish I could take them with me when I move on to my next destination. read more

We had a great experience in-store today and I want to give a shout-out to Kimberly, the Chromebook tech. She was patient, listened to our needs and wants, was respectful of our budget and provided us with a start-to-finish sales experience that was seamless. She answered our questions and concerns and guided us to the model that best suited our daily usage. We have usually had a good experience at the WIllowbrook location, but today was above and beyond our past visits. Thank you Kimberly! I spent over 1k on the iPad Air 13in m2 chip including the Apple Pencil pro and specifically chose for same day pick up as I was looking forward to getting the iPad as soon as possible as I had worked very hard to earn the money to buy this iPad. I was later sent a text abt 30 minutes after my purchase that it was ready for pick up however I was at work and asked my brother to pick up the items for me. He went to go pick up the items just for them to make him wait 2 hours because "there was an error when the scan the barcode". After 2 hours of waiting my brother left with only the Apple Pencil and no iPad. What am I supposed to do with an Apple Pencil when you didn't give me the iPad I paid well over 1k for? So now I'm left with an Apple Pencil just sitting there when I was expecting to get my iPad. How infuriating! read more

Liked the prompt attention the geeks gave me to help set up my new iPad. Also the store associates were helpful to show me where the accessories were for the new equipment. There are always ample parking spots in the private lot. It's not always easy to get in and out if the lot onto 1960, but if you are patient, you can wait for the nearby light to turn red and stop the traffic. What I didn't like was the extra week (past the original back order time) it took to get my iPad in store for my pick up. Took extra trips to the store to get my new ipad. read more

I know for a fact I have done a review on this location. I am not sure what happened to it but I remember writing a five star review for this location. I have been going to this location for about 10 years. I have gotten major appliances, purchased new TVs, purchased computer equipment, purchased all of my Alexa home devices, purchased pretty much everything. I've purchased all my Apple products here. I've purchased chargers here. You name it and I have probably purchased it here. Apple watches etc. The staff is really friendly they do a great job and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I will continue to visit the store as they always do a good job. ry disappointed today when I visited the BestBuy at 7318 FM 1960, Houston, TX 77070 around 2:30pm. I went in with my husband looking for a $40 hot spot device, instead he saw some TVs and was immediately drawn to that section. They had a lot of boxes with different brands and sizes aligned and on top of each section a price tag. He first saw the 60" Samsung and then next row over were the LG and he saw that a 75" Nano LG was $899.99 which is the price we paid a couple of years ago for the 60" LG Smart TV we have at home. He was surprised. Next to it another 75" LG but UHD for $799.99. We started talking and he really wanted to get one. During our back and forth a gentleman that we later learned was Sam approached us to see if we needed help. Same later another gentleman and we told both that my husband was making his case of why we needed another bigger TV. They both laughed and walked away stating that if we needed help to let them know. After a little bit of talked he made his case and we signaled Sam to come help us that we wanted to take the 75" Nano LG and my husband pulled one of the boxes out. Sam got Omar to get us a cart to take it to the back to pay at the register. When we were there, my husband saw some Sony TVs that were $1300 or $1400 and we decided that was too much, but I turned to Omar and asked for his advise on if this was a good value for the money or if they had any other better brands he would recommend. He proceeded to tell us that Samsung would be a step down and that the next step up from $1000 75" Nano TV would be Sony. I questioned that this TV stated $899.99 on the display and we all walked to where the boxes were at. The sign said 75" LG and models and all, but as you can see on the picture below each box size had the display on top. We correctly assumed that was the price, even when Sam came over to get the box and put it on a cart, he never said, by the way that is not the right tag. It was not until we were at the register that they checked. Even after we started checking each of the price tags on top of each section of TVs the only marked wrong was the TV we picked, so the mistake was not us, we made the correct assumption that this was the price. We asked Omar that he needed to honor the price advertised and then called Sam over we explained and he said he couldn't and that he would have Omar check online to see if there was a lower price at another store to match it. Omar came back shortly and stated that was the lowest advertised price anywhere (well I checked and Amazon has it for about $3 less in a quick search I did). I then proceeded to ask Sam to get me a higher manager. He said he didn't think anyone else above him was at the store but that he would go look. He cam back and said no one was in the store. I asked who they were and numbers and he said, let me go check again. Sam and Omar came back and said that Larry the GM would be the person. When I asked if he was there, Sam answered NO and Omar said YES. So I asked Omar to go get him. Obviously Sam was lying and refusing that I talk to someone above him. Sam came back a few minutes later and said that Larry was with a Customer, but he had asked for my number to call me. I gave him my number and name and we left. +1.5hrs later no call, so we went back to the store. The young lady at the entrance I asked her to get me Larry, she talked over the radio and he replied he was with a Customer and would come later. I waited for about 10 mins and then asked to get his location, that I would walk over to him. She reluctantly told me where he was. I walked over there and he was with a Customer, I waited few minutes and then he came over and asked what he could help me with. I asked him to walk with me to the displays in question. The sign for the wrong price was gone of course, but we went over each of the other tags that were correct, so our assumption that it was the price was funded. He proceeded to tell me he was not going to sell me the TV at that price and that the conversation was over. I turned on my video at that moment as he turned around and walked away from me. He got into his office while I am behind him telling him not to leave me hanging talking to myself that it is rude and he ignored me. I took a picture of the sign next to his office door with his picture and email asking for Feedback. I then turned around and asked the young lady on the door to give me the number for corporate, she looked it up and I dialed it and started walking out. Got into my truck where my husband and kid where waiting for me. As we started to drive off, Larry was next to a Police car. The policeman flagged us and we stopped, I got off the car and he proceeded to tell me that Larry said I was trespassing and was no longer welcomed in the store!! Really??? Not the best experience. The salesman was nice and we thought all was well. We bought a TV and a sound bar. TV was broken and going through the process to return it was a pain. It took them 30 minutes to get a manager just to look at the TV to ensure it was broken. After standing around with no one offering to help after 30 minutes they finally went through the process. We finally opened the sound system to begin hooking it up. The sales man ensured us the subwoofer we bought was hard covered because we have a cat and I specifically asked about that. He sold us one more expensive than we initially wanted and ensured us it was what we wanted and more. Only to get home and find it is infact a soft cover sub. Not going to bother wasting another trip to stand around for 30 minutes in an attempt to return it. Do better, learn the products you sell so no one else wastes money or time. read more

First I want to say that every appliance I have purchased in my 61 years has been scratch and dent including a 12 yr okd samsung washer and dryer and a refrigerator that is going on 8 yrs old I shopped at this stores outlet open item scratch and dent the samsung dishwasher was way reduced and still under manufacturer warranty. The sales person said they are tested and work they are just like new except what you see. She was asked for history and did not find any. I purchased the dishwasher with the manufacturer 1 yr warranty and at her suggestion also three years extended thru best buy. Fast foward 30 days, countless hours online chat troubleshooting dishwasher, turning up water temp, using different soaps (pods, liquid and powder) adding jet dry ....three technician visits by samsung with needed parts (including a motor) only for samsung to say yes we will replace it because the tub is warped and motor cant be changed Just call best buy any store and they will replace with same machine is what samsung told me. Samsung is sticking by what they said. Best buy 1960 had same machine, had a RMA number from samsung and a best buy number.... mind you I have three years best buy warranty after samsung one is gone. They told me no we will give you what you paid towards a full price model not an exchange as samsung told them to do. Not only that the extended that I paid them for is worthless too if they cant fix it. I have purchased at least 5 tvs from best bought tons of computer screens and equipment for my company and my samsung washer was a floor model from a different best buy. I was willing to look past rude uninterested employees and even the lady at the counter in front of a price match sign just after thanksgiving that didnt do anything when I told her the third monitor I was buying in two days was cheaper at office depot. We had 3 employees to assist us: one was dismissive and rude, one sent us to the wrong location to find a product which was in his area, and one fumbled around like he didn't know what he was doing. I bought two microphones that are exactly the same (Blue Yeti Nano) at this location and one of them had a different wire than the other, almost looked like a used wire because of how it felt to the other one. I went back to return and ask for a reorder because it came with wrong wires and felt used. Let's call this "microphone (1)". I only returned that weird microphone with the weird wire. I waited 5 days, got a text to come pick up the new microphone (3). Came back home and tried both of them. Still not working. Confused and agitated. Fine. I'll just return both of them and get my money back. I come back with both microphones (2)(3) and THEY ARE ONLY ABLE TO RETURN ONE OF THE MICROPHONES???! Like what the hell. They said that they cant deem it returnable because the microphone didnt have a serial number and didnt match the receipt. Like THIS MICROPHONE WAS THE ONE I DIDNT RETURN THE FIRST TIME. 2 star not necessarily because of Best Buy on its own, but because of the repair service my laptop was sent to by Geek Squad. (Geek squad on its own was okay, and I really appreciate the employees that helped me). The repair service broke my laptop. I am no longer able to re-order the same laptop because the model is no longer manufactured. I dipped into my college savings so I could have a laptop for school, spent a while picking one out that I really liked, and it ended up being broken by the people who were meant to fix it. I sent it back two more times after it was broken to no avail. It's as if they didn't even touch the laptop. I spent a bit over a month sending it back and forth for nothing. read more

Every representative has their own specific special items they talk to you about but they are very quick to help and guide you to find what you need with no hassle to sell you anything today. The customers walking around also are very friendly and will talk to you about their experience with their products. The bathroom for the men's was clean, except there was paper towels in the sink and the employee that just left did not pick up after it. The parking lot is very clean and big and I was able to find a front row parking right before they were closing. They even have a employee at the door making sure that you had a wonderful experience and said have a great day. That's when I evidently stepped into the Twilight Zone. None of the CDs were in alphabetical order, nor were they listed in any recognizable order. This review is specifically about their phone system. You call, no one answers. "Due to high call volume..". Really? I was just at the store, there are a few customers in the store but at least 5 employees idle not doing anything. The problem is, your call does not go to the store. They get routed to some call center and then you are put on hold for 50 minutes. If you are lucky enough to get someone to answer, they can't help you.
