Made my schedule at 11am online last night. I got there around 10:30 am, Alejandro told me he doesn't see it in the system I then showed him my confirmation and he apologized with the system from the company so he told me he can get me in maybe 11:20 ish and I told him it's fine. So right of the bat the company needs to look into computer and website issue. After that Alejandro told me it will be about an hour for my 3 year alignment that I requested to be done and he will call me when it's finished. On point he actually called me 10 minutes before the hour which is a plus. When I got there he explained in detail that they did alignment with the paper for visual that before and after. He also explained that they inspected the car and recommended some other items that might need some replacements and didn't pressure me at all about to have it done right away like most places. Not only that he explained in terms for me to understand the process and how things works with my alignment warranty. I ask a few other questions and he genuinely listen and responded with care and never seems rushed even though they were busy very professional. He also gave me a discount without me mentioning the coupon I had on my email so so he went above and beyond to save me money. Definitely would come back and do items he mentioned and anyone who comes here ask for Alejandro he's amazing and also Collins he was nice with welcoming smile. read more

I don't know, I just have a feeling that all the 5 star reviews are people that work there. I bought 4 good year tires online last year and had the mobile team come out to the house and install them on my vehicle. A couple of months later I kept getting the low air pressure light coming on. I don't drive it much so I would just get some air in the tires and keep it moving. Recently I called the customer service line and they told me the good year location I should take it to and speak to a certain service member. I wasn't provided an address when I called so I called this location and confirmed this was the one I was supposed to go to. The service member said just come on in and we will take care of it. I get there and ask for the service member. He rolls his eyes and said "great, right when I'm about to go to lunch." I brushed it off and kept with my positive attitude and kept a smile on my face. He took the keys, got the mileage after asking me what the issue was and had me sign something electronically. I go to sit in the lobby, there are two ladies and a dog and a gentlemen waiting. The gentleman walks outside and stretches. The two ladies look at me and go, are you here to pick up your car or drop off. I said I'm just bringing my car in. They proceed to tell me that they have been waiting since 9am and the time of us talking was 2:25pm!!! They been there all this time. The guy that went out and stretched was there before them and his car just pulled up! So after a while I go up to the counter to ask how long will it be should I have someone pick me up and just come back later. Mind you I'm politely asking with no impatient tone. The guy was defensive and doing way too much. By the time my car went back there it was 3:32pm! The previous reviews about the guys at the front desk is facts, they are telling the truth. They were mean rude condescending you name it, they were it. Several minutes in of my car being back there and being lifted up to do inspection. One of the rude guys calls me up to the desk. Tells me to follow him inside the shop with all the crap and stuff all on the ground (hazard) and tells me the issues that's going on with the car. I definitely need a new tire and they mentioned a couple other things. I kid you not. He tells me about the tire and the other issues. I say how long will it take to inspect the other issue? He goes like I said it will take 60 minutes. The words "like I said" is typically used if you told the person 10,000 times and then you can say "like I said." However, he never told me how long , it was the first time I asked him. With the rudeness and snap back, I'm proud to say I kept my composure. He keeps inspecting while I'm just standing there. He did not escort me back to the front to discuss, I had to walk back in a back alley way by myself. The front desk asked me if I had warranty and that they are not able to see if I did. I called customer service and went through so many hoops and loops for the department I need to talk to, to be closed. Ok so it gets worse. Next day I call customer service ask if I have warranty. They keep talking like I do and provide me my receipt via email. I check the receipt it doesn't show that I have it. They say well we don't know if you do, would you like to be transferred to warranty. I say why not. I talk to the department they said they don't know if I have warranty but can start a claim. Wait, pause! Aren't they warranty? How do they not know! Anyway. To do the claim they will need to contact the good year location I went to yesterday to get the information. I get placed on hold. The guy talks to the evil workers at the location. He then gets back on the phone and tells me. They said they didn't do an inspection on the vehicle. I would need to bring it back in and they don't have any documentation of what was done. So there you have it. Take this information as you will and please, to the company, do not comment on my post asking for me to discuss this issue with you. The whole system of good year needs to be revamped. You all know it's jacked up. Stop putting bandaids on your processing and fix it. It's not a good look to the good year name. read more

This place has amazing service, my air conditioning went out in this 100° weather and i was very concerned i would be overcharged, however i was pleasantly surprised when they charged me half what other shops were charging. The manager Jeffery got me the best price and was very friendly and made sure to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I definitely recommend coming to this Goodyear. read more

DO NOT come here and let them take your money. they are a scam!!! My ac stopped blowing cold air and they told my husband (after diagnostic) that it was going to cost almost $1700 to fix the issue.. with needing to buy 3 parts to fix it. I used Goodyear's online system to make an appointment for new tires. The system lets you chose the model and size you need. Next, the system then forwards this information to the store where the work is to be performed. I arrived for my 9am appointment 5 days later and no one bothered to order the tires and have them ready. Was told to come back at 3pm. They called and had them by 2pm. Asked for them to cover the $100 install and was told no but, we'll give you the $80 rebate that expired over Labor Day weekend. Every time I'm astounded by people's dumbassery I'm quickly reminded that this is normal for most customer service businesses. Apparently it's not enough to get on my knees and kiss their butts for the privilege of buying $900 worth of tires. Simply avoid this business. If they can't be bothered to have the tires for their customers on the day of their appointment then, what's the point? Just shut it down and go home. read more

They sold me four 3- year old tires, masquerading them as new. For those of you who don't know how to read the date the tire was manufactured, google it. The new tires you buy should not be manufactured three years ago. I thought they were expensive for repairs. They wanted to charge me over $1100 for shocks on an '01 Honda, where I got it done at Jay's on Grant for $950, including alignment. read more

This place is horrible. First, they suggest to come back in 2hrs until they have more staff for an oil change. Second, I ask for a turn around time and they said there is only one car in front of you... 1hr later they take in my car. Third, 1.5hrs later they tell me they ran out of filters for my car model and would have to wait longer for the filter to come.... I'm still here waiting. They need better management here. read more

You pay extra money for their road hazard warranty, when you buy a new set of tires. That's a big joke. You bring in your tire for a simple flat repair, and they tell you. "You need to buy a new tire, because the nail location is too close to the edge". This is twice this has happened to me, in just under a year. Even with my road hazard warranty I shelled out over $125.00 this first time. This is money I didn't have, because I have stage 4 brain cancer, and haven't been able to work in over a year. Well this time when they told me my tire was unrepairable, I took it to Tomball Tire on Main St. They were able to repair the flat in short order and they did it for me for under $20.00. The moral of my story is, if you have a flat. Save your tire and money and bring it to someone else. I have never bashed anyone like this before. But, when you get the feeling you're being swindled, then you need to tell people, there is a better place to go, with less stress and drama. I've been coming here for tires and oil changes for about two years. The person that helps me is always extremely friendly and knowledgable. Let's face it, no one wakes up and thinks about how they can't wait to get their oil or tires changed.. This place makes it as painless as possible. After installing a new steering rack took in for an alignment and they ripped one of the new tie rod bellows but denied fault after going back in. Had a warranty issue with rack so replaced it anyway and they come with new bellows. Son took it back in for alignment, took pictures of undamaged bellows in parking lot due to prior issue. After alignment he checked bellows before leaving and this time both new ones had been ripped. Manager denied that was something they could have done and was very rude and confrontational. Never checked vehicle, never looked at photos with date stamp and never questioned tech, only gave customer service number. I went in and only then did manager agree to replace both bellows. The managers character is very questionable based on my experience. After replacing bellows had to take to another Goodyear because alignment was of-this perfectly demonstrated the quality of service from this manager. read more
